Great location very pleasant but the water pressure was very weak. What made it worse there was no good response to try and fix it. There is a difference between water volume which was fine and water pressure. 1/2 inch line out of the ground to a 3/4 inch hose automatically lowers pressure. We had to use our tank and pump the whole trip.

Well-kept and conveniently located, but there was almost no water pressure. Ranging from 5 to 8 pounds of pressure for the price we payed was very disappointing. All of our neighbors experienced the same. For this price, water pressure should be a given.

Overnight on the way to Alaska, the site was spacious and the park was well maintained Dog park was great.

Location was fine, view was nice, Camp was clean, staff was friendly enough, but not enough amenities or activities on rainy days, tiny tot room was a basement closet.

Clean and located in a great spot. Owner was a bit rude and could use some customer service training however. That was only downfall but check in was quick and easy, but lots of attitude for someone who's paying money to stay at the site.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Dog off leash was great. Only problem was the water pressure varied from good pressure to a slow stream. It was their first day open for the season; most likely a minor issue.

No one answers the phone. Few sites for night check in even though lots of empty sites. My site was poorly designed and built. I had to back in all the way in so that my electrical cord would reach and my cord is in the rear of my motor home. Most RV's would not be able to hook up here. Very low water pressure. Not what you'd expect from a KOA.

It was ok for just a place to stay. I get it, it is a quiet time of year but this KOA was dead. No activities, nothing going on. I’m used to KOAs being busy and things going on. We hardly heard a voice and this place was very expensive.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
