I stayed at a deluxe cabin but there was nothing provided by the host. It was totally empty inside the cabin, except a roll of toilet paper, not even a cup for drinking, no pillows, no coffee brewer that you could not make any warm water, no dishes and no beddings. (i was informed to bring my own linens and i did.) I will stay at a hotel in Hinton rather than choosing the Hinton KOA.

Big KOA, i loved the scenic road from Jasper to the KOA. Hinton has many shops for groceries and gasstations. It was cold at night but in our basic cabin was a good heater. Washroom where clean. Friendly service with check in. The gazebo with outdoor kitchen has electric plates to cook a meal. Laundry coins only cash

Quick 1 night stay in the cabin without bathroom. Was clean, warm, fridge and TV very convenient. I was impressed especially for the price. Bathroom/showers are very close by and kept clean. Bathroom building itself is a little run down, aged. But kept clean and I'd go back for a stay.

Great stay! The cabin was the perfect size for our family. It was great that it came with a BBQ, and the view from our patio was spectacular. The only negative was that I was told in advance that the campsite provided coffee (as there was no coffee maker in the cabin) and both times when I went to get coffee, they didn't have any available.

We enjoyed our visit at the KOA, the cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a short drive to hinton, for shopping and food. Lots to do in the area, we will be back.

Beautiful view. Grounds nicely mowed. Cooking area understandably dirty, but stoves took long time to heat, so food did not cook properly. Bathrooms could use a good update scrubbing, especially the shower floors. Gentleman at welcome center was lovely. Would not give us exchange rate for change.

Very clean and new cabin, even the weather was terrible with heavy rainfall, there was no water leaking insidecthe cabin. If there is a small heater like other KOA , it will be perfect . The only thing to improve is the water drainage in the bathtub : It takes > 20 mins to drain about 1 inch of shower water.

I have been going to this KOA since it first opened! Cabin was clean and the operators stayed open until 9:00 pm as I arrived late from my drive from Edmonton. The heat was turned off, but after a quick email, I was able to get it to work.

Very nice, the cabin had a funny smell, nothing that a plug in air freshener didn’t fix. Would have been nice to have a bigger fire pit

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which included a full bathroom and a room with a queen bed and a separate area with 2 bunk beds. Cabin was very nice although the cushions/mattresses used in the bunk beds were very uncomfortable as were the futon/couch used when watching one of the two televisions. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the campground. It was such a relief to have warm water in the showers and well-maintained washrooms. Nice location. Very nice manager. Clean bathrooms and showers. There was a toddler play room but was locked when we were there as they were just opening the campground up for the season

My first time here, but my second time for the Wife. It's that good. Price is right. Plenty of views. Very friendly staff. Any problems were sorted out very fast. Would come back again and again when we're in the area. Awesome.
