I really enjoyed my stay at Jasper/ Hinton KOA. The management are very accommodating and friendly. The facilities are is great condition and pricing is on point for season.

The managers were very accommodating. I was working the shutdown at the mill and moved my sites a few times during my stay. They were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be staying here as I finish my work at the mill.

Excellent service from the campground hosts. Pet friendly cabins are a bonus! The restrooms & shower areas are clean & well kept. The communal fire pit pagoda is welcoming & fun to hang out in. Lots of green areas to play & a separate K9 fenced area as well. The KOA office/store is well stocked with some food, toys, camping necessities & brochures about the areas to read as well. Excellent stay!

the grounds were kept up very nicely they have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay unfortunately, the cabins were Not clean :( for $150 / night, they can afford to have someone clean them

Great place . Only one complaint. The mattress in the camping cabins are horrible. Very uncomfortable. Hard as rocks, no comfort what so ever. Please replace them with a decent mattress.

Smaller delux cabin stay, I love the cabins!!! Only wish a microwave was available in them and a kettle to make a coffee or hot chocolate or warming baby formula

Overall stay was good. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Far from the Jasper townsite and centrally located park features, close to the hot spring area only in terms of the park. The cabin itself, my husband and I both multiple times hit our heads on the overhang of the deck, they hang pretty low and are exactly at our forehead level. Maybe some sort of shield or raise the corner?

Me and my three children stayed for two nights. We stayed in one of the basic cabins. They were clean, and we really appreciated the plastic mattresses, having outlets to charge our devises, and the fee wifi. The bathrooms were clean and bright. I really like that our cabin was pet friendly and we did use both the K9 camp and pet walk. We will come back.

Awesome site, beautiful view! Great base site to leave from to explore Jasper and Hinton. Deluxe cabin was clean and perfect for 3 of us. It would also work well for a couple with 2 children. Stars were awesome at night. Great place to meet others. Only recommendation is a pool would be nice, especially for kids.

My only comment is about the showers. There is no rubber mats when you get out of the shower. I brought an extra old towel and put it on the floor that worked. I have been to other KOA's and they had the rubber mat with the holes outside the shower. I'm not too sure why this KOA doesn't have it.

Highly recommend. We very much enjoyed our week’s stay in a cabin with our dog. The cabin, showers and bathrooms were very clean. Our stay coincided with a heatwave; fortunately, the cabin has two windows on opposite walls to generate a cross-breeze and it cooled off quickly at night so we were very comfortable. We are looking forward to booking another stay this fall!

The staff was helpful getting us into a cabin the second night after storms that left us in our car instead of our tent. The KOA campground itself was clean and the cooking and washing gazebo was great. Overall nice place to camp.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
