Great little place to stay the night or two. We stayed in a comfort cabin. Clean and dry. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Quiet at night. Not many trees if that’s what you’re looking for but great mountain views.

Very clean and friendly camp ground . Location great for touring the Jasper Hinton area. No individual fire pits which was a bit disappointing . Some benches or picnic tables at the playground would also be nice . The staff was very friendly and welcoming . We stayed in a cabin and it was clean,cozy and comfortable .

I stayed at the cabins and loved that there was a heater and a mini fridge, these two things made it very convenient. We loved the porch swing, community kitchen with water and a hot plate was great idea. The staff was amazing, especially the receptionist, friendly and professional. I do however wish that there were some trees between sites, instead of just grass, there was no privacy.

We stayed in two small cabins good no complaints there only thing the burners on the kitchen area took a long time to heat we had our own burner an grill so was ok for us other than that we had a nice relaxing time Thank You

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little cabin in a fantastic location! It was just the right size for us and had all the essentials, like a mini fridge and a TV. The highlight, though, was definitely the porch swing. We spent the evenings sipping wine and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The cabin was spotless, and the check-in process was a breeze. I can't recommend this place

Have stayed here a few times and always satisfied, we were planning on leaving on a Wednesday but had prior commitments first thing in the morning and was unable to leave by the 11am checkout time. I had checked out of the cabin 3 hrs late and the rv lot 5 hrs late, we had cleaned out the cabin and site. I thought because I am a repeat customer I could have been given a break but got charged full

Hinton facility location has great mountain views. Maintenance can be improved. Especially wash rooms running out of toilet paper washroom exhaust fans are not working.

Washrooms not very clean throughout the day; no firepits on each site makes the “camping” experience dull; not all camping cabins dont have air conditioning; not all cabins allow pets

I booked a cabin originally for 4 adults 2 kids I thought it had a pullout couch and a bunk bed and double bed that the desk told me about. The booking wasn’t made properly only enough space for 4. so we wanted up with paying for another cabin extra $ oh well they didn’t care more money for them. Be sure booking look right.

Kabin was great , we had our own sheets and sleeping bags. But “mattresses “ were Very worn out and had no spring to them . Loved the kitchen shelter but burners took forever to boil water .

Beautiful view. Check in was a breeze and our cabin was ready a bit earlier when we arrived which was a bonus. Bathrooms are under the main office. I do wish they were a bit more private, next time we'd get a cabin with its own washroom. I do wish there was more for kids to do. Maybe look into getting a bouncy pillow, mini golf or bike rentals. We'd still come back.

We loved this KOA! Our cabin we rented was super comfy, clean, and the price was right. The cooking area is a great addition with the sinks right there, however, we couldn’t get our water to boil because the coil burners didn’t get very hot. The campground was clean, quiet, clean showers, bathrooms, etc. We appreciated the Wi-Fi, also. I would stay at a KOA again.

Host was wonderful and ensured we had what we needed - pillows and sleeping bags. He even made coffee for my husband in the morning. No pool but nice Pavillion to eat when it rains.

I have stayed before about 9 years ago in the same Kabin we rented this weekend. I found dead/alive spiders all over so I had to do deep cleaning. The toilet had what looked like sewer coming back when you flushed plus the blinds were all wrecked and I had to hang up towels for privacy. Disappointed in the overall state of the Kabins. Everything else is very clean and they were very accommodating.

Great location. A few minutes to Hinton for supplies or head the other direction to the spectacular Jasper National Park. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. The host is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended as a spot to enjoy BC.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
