The "mattresses" were paper thin. Basically sleeping on hard wood for the bunk and on metal bars for the futon. The queen was hellish for the ppl on it. Everyone didnt sleep because it hurt to lay on these "mattesses". We all have back pain after. No one to call about rowdy neighbours partying all night. Broken window open with highway noise. Bad experience.

When we saw KOA was just outside of Jasper National Park in Canada, we knew our second honeymoon would be enjoyable! Facilities, beautiful rural setting, safety, economy, and friendly people were all appreciated. After 10 days in Jasper, Banff and Glacier parks, we wouldn't have traded our accommodations for anywhere else.

Very friendly staffs. The cabin was nice and clean and only five minutes drive to Hinton where you can dine in and get any supplies you may need.

The deluxe cabin was very roomy. Our family rented 2 cabins across from one another. This made it so much easier to attend to cooking and watching all the kids.

The cabins are cute and very affordable. There’s also 2 dog runs and a horseshoe pit. Best of all, if you stay up late you can see ALL THE STARS <3

The luxury cabin was great. However, it would be even better if pets are allowed. I don’t think it would affect the cabin and will facilitate more the stay there more often. Also, to include outside a table that can be used for cooking instead of the dining table.

The route to the campsite is very scenic, and you can see plenty of wildlife. The site is quiet, and the small wooden cabins are lovely, featuring a hanging bench, a private table, and a barbecue. The laundry room, sanitary facilities, and communal kitchen are all good. The dog park is fantastic. The operators are very friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach or helpful.

I was given the cabin right next to the sewerage and had to smell the sewerage everynight during my dinner, had to cook outside as cooking not allowed inside the cabin anyways. There is no clarity on the typpe of cabins at the time of booking as well. KS06 and KS01 should be classified as different categories as one has a patio table in front and the other one doesnt have

We stayed in a very nice, comfortable roomy cabin. The only downfall was that we had to close our windows around 9pm because of the smell from dumping station. We had an issue with our lock but maintenance came out immediately when we reported the problem to fix it. The town is very close and had everything we needed.

This KOA campground is second to none. I’ve camped throughout the United States and my stay in Hinton, Canada was outstanding. From the time I got there until we left, the camp owner did everything in his power to make sure everyone camping there was his top priority. Not to mention that the KOA was extremely clean and well maintained.

Spacious campground, super clean facilities, clean cabins that met all our basic needs well. Luscious screen yard and acres surrounding us with great views, great shared community kitchen and community campfire. Kids enjoy the playground and flying planes in the field. Fantastic service, easy check-in and check out. Best private campsite we’ve ever been to and a great price.

The off leash dog park was very, very helpful for us as we had a big large breed puppy who needed to run. It made our stay much more pleasant. The people working there were also very pleasant.

we stayed in a rustic little cabin, super cute but not enough privacy anyone coming into the KOA site can see me sitting on my bed if the curtain is open,and if it’s closed it’s dark inside the cabin. not a big deal. i’d say the thing that made me more “upset” was that there wasn’t a single fire going as no one will share fire wood. i don’t understand why they don’t have individual

The toliet was extremely loose. Therefore it moved and flooded our bathroom floor. Office was closed so we simply dealt with it. The shower and sink was clogged so we ended up using public showers. Had a baby so an inconvenience.

Loved the stay! Would have preferred microwave to TV in the kamping cabin. Too many mosquitoes and period pesticide treatment might keep them in check.

Really liked this KOA…unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. Very nice location and the sites were level and roomy. Close to Jasper and the Icefields parkway and the views from the park were nice! Already planning a return trip to spend more time.
