Friendly host but sites are very small and after rain, puddles of water make for a mucky mess. Sites are in much need of pea gravel fill.

Eve rything was pretty good except the internet when I had work to do and took KOA to get the internet. It was unfortunately useless it would take 15 minutes to bring anything up on google and then just stop if you tried to open any subcategory of your subject. Could not get any work done. I think they should remove it from their ad. Otherwise a pleasant clean place to stay. Liked the K9 Park.

Great stay! Clean cabin, clean well kept property. Felt very safe allowing children to go to the playground themselves. Great Mountain views, and a great price!

It was a very nice campground. Very quiet and staff were very friendly! My only issue was lack of privacy. Sites are wide-open.

The transmission in our truck needed to be replaced while traveling through Hinton. Peter and the rest of the staff were very helpful in providing a place for our travel trailer for a week while the truck was being repaired. While we were "stuck" at the campground, Peter and the other staff were very helpful and accommodating whatever needs we had.

Wonderful owners very kind and helpful . Bathrooms. Showers and laundry were very neat and clean . Our site was pull through and easy to access . WiFi wasn’t the best but not surprising as your in the mountains . A few minutes from town which had everything we needed.

Nice, clean restrooms. We were in the tenting area. No electric/water. Dog constantly barking in the pavilion was ignored. It’s a very windy location, so be aware of canopies, large profile tents. Conveniently located to Hinton stores/restaurants and Jasper NP.

This is the best KOA I’ve stayed at so far. The staff are excellent, and everything is exceptionally clean—from the restrooms and showers to the campgrounds. The large kitchen areas have sinks, electric stoves, and plenty of picnic tables. There are great playgrounds for both kids and dogs. The campground is quiet, with beautiful mountain views. I highly recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay at your KOA... I did both types of camping my first trip with my new camper ..ever.. lol.. The forest type and open camping like yours ..I enjoyed both ... I liked your dog run.. milly had a great time learning the A frame... however I did almost twist an ankle that I broke two years ago.. there is a big hole in there.. I get dogs dig. but it should be filled in. Great park!

We love how well run and clean tbis campground is. Friendly staff ( Hi Peter!). One problem for us is how high the sani-connections are. Our rig is very low...we cant make water flow uphill. But the sani-dump at the entrance is perfect, so no real problem!

The campground was neat. The washrooms were clean. The showers were clean. The washer /dryers were clean. The management team were friendly and helpful. We would stay at this location again.

Peter was very helpful. As a cyclist, I needed to stash my food for the night and he found solutions. Clean bathrooms, sites, and cooking shelter (someday with food storage lockers?). The absence of shade was a problem for tenting, but grass/sod made pegging the fly possible and welcome, compared to the average gravel campsite. Many friendly people.

Very very nice gentleman in front office. A lady wanted milk which he did not keep in the small store. He offered after he got off work to drive 15 miles to get her bread and milk. Who does that? Best service i have seen and a lovely park.

I enjoyed the lively setting. The campground is a great place to relax and/or go for a walk. The washrooms/shower area work well. They are clean. Updates would be nice, though, to make showers/washrooms look more modern.

Very large grassy open field dog walk/park. The nicest we have ever seen. Excellent Wifi for a KOA, most KOA Wifi are inadequate even for simple email use. Well maintained, nicely mowed CG. Beautiful distant mountain views.

Awesome park. Friendly and helpful hosts. Our dogs loved the dog park. Bought a very nice jacket in the camp store. The park was close to major shopping. Really enjoyed our stay in a beautiful setting.

The stay was wonderful. I should have done more reading up, but I missed that there were no fire pits at the sites, so roasting the hotdogs and marshmallows we brought wasn't possible without charcoal. Perhaps making that more obvious would be helpful, but overall it was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed.

Beautiful view. Check in was a breeze and our cabin was ready a bit earlier when we arrived which was a bonus. Bathrooms are under the main office. I do wish they were a bit more private, next time we'd get a cabin with its own washroom. I do wish there was more for kids to do. Maybe look into getting a bouncy pillow, mini golf or bike rentals. We'd still come back.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
