The spaces, bathrooms, and laundry were excellent. However, our picnic table was dismal! Was not even usable and left us with slivers when we tried. Also, having a site near the playground with a bells toy was super annoying (and we have kids!) It was loud and obnoxious. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The cable tv did not work. The picnic table was disgusting. The paint was chipping so bad we were concerned about splinters. The center of the table had a large hole in it.

We stayed for a week while we toured the surrounding areas including Jasper National Park. This KOA's facilities are very clean and the staff is very helpful. It's very quiet for sleeping at night.

I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the campground. It was such a relief to have warm water in the showers and well-maintained washrooms. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at KOA America in Hinton for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

This was the best dog park for our five months old puppy. The location worked well for us, close to Hinton and not far from Jasper National Park.

We wanted to visit Jasper and found this location to be quite a way out of our way in a very small town without many activities. We were in a 5th wheel and the campground had good services, both for our unit and for showers. The washers and dryers were not as good as some other places we have been. If it is on the path you want to travel, it is a good place to stay.

Clean, quiet, east access. Lots of room to get in and out of the sites. Just off the Hwy, but far enough that there's no road noise. Big Clean bathrooms and showers (free). Good stay, will be our go to campground as we travel back and forth to B.C.

Stayed both ways to and from Saskatchewan and both times the campground was clean, sites are easy in out and a playground for the kids. Had everything we needed

We loved deluxe lodge. It was cozy and nice. Close to the gate of jasper. Easy to check in and out. Very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
