Showers and bathrooms are very far away from the tent sites which is inconvenient.

The staff was helpful getting us into a cabin the second night after storms that left us in our car instead of our tent. The KOA campground itself was clean and the cooking and washing gazebo was great. Overall nice place to camp.

Pros: clean, quiet. Showers are free. Playground is decent for the little ones. Parking areas are flat. No leveling blocks needed. Far enough from the highway that you can not hear the traffic. The view is stunning. Cons: It is pricey Lack of trees/privacy between sites. Also the sewer and power and water are located near the front of the site. My power and sewer wouldn't reach.

Very nice, clean park but no trees. My only complaint would be that the roads to get to your site were full of potholes....hard on a big motorhome. We only stayed one night. The operators were very nice.

We spent only one night but saw nothing about which to complain. The showers & bathrooms were clean, the water temperature was fine, the grounds were clean & attractive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We only spent one night here and it was alright. It was clean and had all the amenities. Power,water,sewer washrooms, showers. However when we booked I was told there were lots of openings but they could not guarantee that we would be parked together there are no fire rings at the sites just a large community one we were parked by the sewer tanks which we could smell and there is no shade.

Clean and quiet. Nice grass. Good layout of washrooms by gender but individual showers for all. A few trees would be nice.

It was an excellent stay. Everyone we dealt with was positive, all areas of the park were clean. (Including showers) If we have to make a critique I would like to see the flags, especially the Canadian one replaced with one in better condition. We were always taught that our natural symbol never touches the ground and always is to be flown in good condition. No tatters please. We will return.

Easy to make online reservation- easy to check in when we arrived late. Easy to find campsite and we liked how easy to park. The park is very clean and well maintained. Wish we could have stayed a few days. Hopefully next time we can. Thank you KOA

I would not recommend this KOA to friends or family. *KOA has no amenities that other KOA's offer for adults and children *Water in bathrooms, communal kitchen and sites was either yellow or brown Showers and bathrooms were dirty, missing supplies, or plugged. Showers were co-ed Staff unaccomadating to make reservation changes Location is an hour or more each way from everything in the park.

We stayed 10 days. We were located one site away from the common fire pit. this resulted in being loud on some evenings. The camp is located about 75 km from Jasper. Most activities that we were doing were in Jasper so spent 45-60 minutes on the road.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.
