It’s a bit of a misnomer to use the name Jasper in the company name when it is 80 km from the town of Jasper and the town it is near doesn’t have much to offer. There is no pool or recreational amenities. The road in is narrow and crosses a single narrow bridge which is in need of repair. The price per night was 30-50% more than most parks with the same amenities who were better located.

Stay was good Wifi was very poor in our site, which was unfortunate. Tables could use a painting and shower floors as well. Everything else is kept tidy and nice. Grass is cut and looked after.

Great stay! The cabin was the perfect size for our family. It was great that it came with a BBQ, and the view from our patio was spectacular. The only negative was that I was told in advance that the campsite provided coffee (as there was no coffee maker in the cabin) and both times when I went to get coffee, they didn't have any available.

Lovely, quiet location with a fantastic K-9 Kamp area. Very clean. The threat of a $20 charge for taking the water hookup backlog preventer was a bit odd. Who would want it?

The bathrooms and showers were really clean. When checking in they rushed a bit on some specific information, like what the laundry facility took payment wise. We didn't have loonies and didn't know if ther was a place there at the KOA that exchanged USD for CAD. I believe the owners may have been at the check-in desk but didn't greet or help the young lady working the desk. She was very friendly.

The water was terrible. We told them that it was leaking from our faucet and they came over and changed the faucet. The water still leaked all over the ground. That was Thursday and it leaked all weekend. They told us on Sunday that a plumber was coming on Monday. That's good, we leave Monday morning. There was no pressure at all and you got very little water out.

We had a great time while we were there. Staff and owners very nice people and very helpful. Washrooms and showers very clean,and a very clean park. Only one not even a complaint, it would be nice to see mini putt or something else to do, but it's hard to compete with being so close to Jasper and other places to see. We are staying here again on our way back from Dawson Creek. Really nice KOA

We enjoyed our visit at the KOA, the cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a short drive to hinton, for shopping and food. Lots to do in the area, we will be back.

The only issue we had was the water pressure at the site. It would start out decent then become a trickle. We found this strange since the water pressure in the KOA bathrooms were fine. Since we were only there a few days, we just used our water pump. The bathrooms could use a recoated floor. Otherwise, this was a good KOA.

Beautiful view. Grounds nicely mowed. Cooking area understandably dirty, but stoves took long time to heat, so food did not cook properly. Bathrooms could use a good update scrubbing, especially the shower floors. Gentleman at welcome center was lovely. Would not give us exchange rate for change.

We loved Hinton/Jasper KOA will recommend it highly, (Couple of small things in the Pet area….one of the play structures that the dog is to run over has a broken board on it. Also the gait to the pet area could be more secure - we were parked close to the pet area and one of the other dogs got out and came running over to our dogs - initially looked viscous but settled by owner)

Loved the spot in Hinton/Jasper KOA. I would like maybe ONE 24 Hour news channel (FOX News, CNBC, FOX Business, NEWSMAX, etc) provided with your free channels. Not that we watch that much TV while camping. Water pressure was inconsistent and more often than not low compared to other RV parks we stayed. Maybe it is the backflow preventer connection that is the issue.

the area is great, the check in is easy. Sites easy to get into. Water pressure is almost a trickle. We had to use our own Water pump to get any water to flow. Asked at the store, they came and checked and said, 'yes, that's bad, we'll have someone come look at it tomorrow." No one showed up, we asked again, No one showed up. Gave up at that point. Let them know again, Nothing.

KOA reservations should mean a Quality experience. Campground currently has water pressure issues. It appears to be an ongoing issue. Hopefully I was able to influence them to start addressing. They have a brand new mgmt team who hopefully will address

Sites were small and narrow. Very poor water pressure. Felt the prices we paid were not value for the money spent. Grounds overall not kept as nice as they could be, a bit run down. Lacked the fun, energetic KOA vibe that we’ve experienced at many other KOA’s. We traveled across Canada and back last summer, staying at many KOA’s along the way. This one was a disappointment.

The outside area was well kept. The bathrooms/showers could do with more regular cleaning and maybe something to stand on when getting out the shower. We had to ask that the showers be cleaned Some of the shower heads need replacing as they do not spray well some is good and others not. There was ample hot water and the rest of the toilet areas were clean. Overall it was good and nice and quiet.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
