Main road inside of campground needs fixing. There are some holes there that you could hide a Volkswagen in!!

Very friendly staff and well maintained campground. Only downfalls are the sites are so close to each other your sewer is right beside your neighbour and the roads need some maintenance as there are many large potholes.

Great customer service, very clean grounds, great location just minutes from Hinton and not too far to Jasper. Enjoyed our stay. Best campground we have ever stayed at. Will definitely come here again.

Our stay was great, friendly service. Clean sites, easy to park in sites. Also our dog enjoyed the dog area.

Overall stay was good. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Far from the Jasper townsite and centrally located park features, close to the hot spring area only in terms of the park. The cabin itself, my husband and I both multiple times hit our heads on the overhang of the deck, they hang pretty low and are exactly at our forehead level. Maybe some sort of shield or raise the corner?

Location is good but it’s nothing to be excited about and the grounds are all quite run down. And the road into the place they could grade it to remove all the pot holes So many crew trucks leaving before dawn it isn’t a very peaceful place for sleeping or relaxing

We were traveling from the Vancouver area to Saskatoon, this was a perfect overnight place to stay, with nice big pull-through sites that meant we didn't have to unhook, and all the services including a minimal cable tv selection. Lots of green space, and a small playground for the kids. This was our second stay for the same purpose and I'd stay again should we be needing an overnight stop.

The campground was very clean and the staff friendly. My only complaint was that we told them we wouldn't be using any of their facilities and we didn't so I thought the price was a little steep for just the use of a site and a picnic table.

This is a beautiful campground with lawn well maintained! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only recommendation would be to fill up the pot holes in ur gravel drives.

All KOAs are measured against Sault Ste Marie. I was a bit surprised at how far out this park was, but the scenery was magnificent.

Me and my three children stayed for two nights. We stayed in one of the basic cabins. They were clean, and we really appreciated the plastic mattresses, having outlets to charge our devises, and the fee wifi. The bathrooms were clean and bright. I really like that our cabin was pet friendly and we did use both the K9 camp and pet walk. We will come back.

No fire pits were a big bummer. The sites are small. None of the usual things you expect at a KOA. The potholes were HUGE and plentiful. The last thing is that the park is more in Hinton and a 45 minute drive to the town of Jasper. The staff was nice and the park was clean.

Very clean campground, good facilities (off leash area, laundry, Kamp Kitchen). I liked that campfires were limited to a central pavilion and really appreciated that quiet hours were respected and enforced. Would definitely stay again!

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
