Clean, quiet. There was a lack of . The night we arrived an evacuation order went out for Jasper. E tucked our rigs up invade we were asked to evacuate too. We didn’t have to leave but the office personal never had any information about what was going on. Very disconcerting.

The wooden bridge coming in, is a little unnerving, but the park it's self is great. We had a easy in and out pull through. Close to the town of Hinton and Jasper National Park.

Needs a little bit of fixing up in the cabin. We had problems with the door handle. We also had problems with the drain plug in the bathtub.

This Koa is certainly not up to the standards of the Koa we are used to. Compared to Sault Ste Marie or Herkimer or multiple others we have been to it may have been a no name camp ground. Washrooms are over run with webs, bugs and filth. Campsites are not the pristine sites we are used to. The campgrounds are not carefully and thoughtfully manicured. Regretted booking and staying there.

The staff was very polite and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay and the scenery of the Rocky Mountain's was beautiful!

My biggest concern is TOTAL lack of communication from staff and owners. We were there on the 23rd when Jasper was being evacuated. Since we are not from the area, sending a text/call, in person talk would have eased fear/anxiety. We left a day early bc the smoke was rolling in and safety was our priority, even if it wasn’t the KOAs.

This park is in need of a facelift. Sites were not very level more weeds than grass. Make sure to note east gate is far from the park. Staff was friendly

Had a quick over night stay. All was good except on full service lot the sewer hook up is not in a good place. Requires hooking up and pulling ahead across road to dump. Its just in an unusual inconvenient place. Rest of campground is super.

Given 74. On the online map , sites appear fairly equal however the row tapers smaller considerably .upon arrival #66 was excavated around sewer & water stand draining to our site making ground soggy wet. It also stunk & attracted flies . Unable to eat outdoors or open windows . July 20 a backhoe & vacuum truck arrived to dig sewer /water pipes in #74 , 10 ft away. No warning.

Nice folks run it. It was full from the looks of it, but seemed lacking in facilities. Needed to wait for quite a bit on showers one evening. The set up of sites was a bit odd-water and electric was very far from the designated parking spot. Had to pull in one way to fill the water tank, and turn vehicle around in order to barely access power hookup. Clean grounds. Liked the sheltered kitchen.

Would have been great if the deluxe cabin had Air Conditioning included, Many others do. Alberta summers are now usually very hot. The cabins have a lot of sun exposure, not a lot of cross breeze with windows open through the night. Only issue during our stay was the smell of septic whenever there was a breeze. Otherwise the cabin was great. Very clean.

We had a great stay in KOA Hinton. The campground is awesome & the staff as well. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place!

Nice Maintained campground, gravel sites. Large rigs 45’ can stay here. Close to Shopping, diesel & JNP. Entrance has single lane bridge. KOA sign hard to spot coming from Park.

We liked the excellent location of the camp - just a few minutes from the entrance to the Jasper National Park. In addition, the location provides a good 360-degree view of the mountains in the area.

Check in was efficient, facilities are clean and well-kept. There is a great dog run plus a fantastic large green space to walk or run your dog. The site is set up with good sized RV pads and everything worked fine. The natural beauty of the area (mountains to the west) adds to the enjoyment of our stay. There is a decent amount of space between sites. Plus they have several cabin style sites.

The bathroom/shower doors were propped open all day/night allowing spiders, insects, flies, etc to get inside and make it not so pleasant shower experience. Recommend you keep them close and regularly clean/fumigate for insects/spiders to keep it cleaner. The doors in the past stays were closed and had less flies/insects/spiders in the bathrooms/showers. Other than that, would stay again.

Stayed for 7 nights in a muddy, very uneven site that was too short for our fifth wheel & truck. Had to park truck in overflow parking even though we booked a longer site months ahead. Electric, sewer & water hookups were in a mudhole. Cable TV did not work, poor WIFI. Showers were not clean. Were beside community firepit that was a smudge of smoke all day so could not open our window.

Decent clean campground with nice helpful staff. Full hookups but are located in the middle of the site so you see your neighbors sewer when you open your door, not very appealing. Had water pressure issues. Would go to a trickle while using then return to adequate pressure. Didn't bring up with staff. Price in line with area but expensive. Didn't use bath/shower but laundry nice and clean

We rented a deluxe cabin for 4 days it was a disappointment. There was no A/C and the cabin exceeded 35 degrees at 3.00 pm daily. We were forced to go to a local store and shell out hard earned money for a small a/ c unit which bought us relief, then inorder for the unit to keep up we had to install tin foil on on the windows.Bunk beds were very small and uncomfortable. A bad experience overall.

We had such a wonderful stay, and especially the greeting when we check it was awesome! They had everything ready for us in folders with names on. Best place we’ve stayed at for the last 14 days

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
