I love the cleanliness of the campsite and the accessibility to common area kitchen and picnic tables. I just wish that the store is opne late at least up to 7 PM also would be great to have a fire pit on each campsite.

We have always liked staying at Hinton KOA in Jasper; I think we’ve stayed at least 3 or 4 times. This time, I tripped on the sidewalk and fell into the gravel roadway. I tripped due to the sidewalk being uneven and raised at one section. I received cuts and bruises and I’m still not sure if I’ve sprained or broken anything in my left hand. It was reported and I believe they are fixing it.

Great host and workers, nice grounds, very convenient. Rented a small pet friendly cabin, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a two minute walk, showers were clean and water was hot. Back door to the washrooms were locked but ok. The cookhouse is great for those needing it. It can get busy as I noticed the last couple stays big groups will take over but this weekend wasn’t as busy so there was ro

Bathroom locked with no sign to direct to another entrance! It is NOT in Jasper! Over an hour away. Shouldn't be advertised as Jasper...just say Hinton

We stay here on our way through to Lloydminster. It’s a clean, quiet, relaxing stop. Plus the views are beautiful. The staff are always pleasant and friendly.

Where to start. I must say the staff were awesome and helpful in every way. The view of the Rockies every day couldn’t have been better especially the couple of mornings I could see then starting to be snow covered. The campground was clean and well maintained. I strongly recommend to anyone that is stopping in Hinton for any duration of time to stay here. I know next time I will stay again

Pristine campground, everything was so clean! The K9 fenced run is the cleanest dog run in any KOA we have stayed at and we have been across Canada and the U.S.! Friendly hosts! We will definitely be back. Thank you, great job! Jeffrey S.

Awesome KOA !! The owners and staff are exceptional!! Very well kept and spacious sites. Awesome community fire pit. Facilities are very well kept and clean. Would highly recommend when visiting the area.

Beautiful location but for all the land the spaces were crowded together. One neighbor rebuilt his trailer wheels and suspension with clanging & banging for an entire day. At night, after quiet hours, dogs were allowed to bark.

We have stayed at this compground yearly over the last 6 years. The campground landscaping, RV sites and location are good. The access requires crossing a wood deck bridge in very poor condition. The power breaker had to be replaced and Alaine promptly fixed the problem! Regret the WIFI was so poor therefore no TV reception. The TV cable service was not working! The water pressure was low!

Stayed here previously and have always been given a large enough pull through. This time it was a little too snug , site was made for a much smaller unit with no slides . Disappointed this time but will try again. Thanks

I have stayed here several times and this stay was also very good. The facilities are clean as well as the grounds. Staff is friendly with an easy check-in. The campground is a very quiet place to stay.

Was disappointed the WiFi was down most of our stay and when it worked it was so slow as to not even be able to get email. The sites are very close together.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
