Washrooms could have been cleaner, and new mattresses for the cabins is a must however other than that the stay was great

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Perfect little cabin for a family weekend getaway. Very clean,upkept facility. Will definitely be back

Stayed for 7 nights in a muddy, very uneven site that was too short for our fifth wheel & truck. Had to park truck in overflow parking even though we booked a longer site months ahead. Electric, sewer & water hookups were in a mudhole. Cable TV did not work, poor WIFI. Showers were not clean. Were beside community firepit that was a smudge of smoke all day so could not open our window.

Decent clean campground with nice helpful staff. Full hookups but are located in the middle of the site so you see your neighbors sewer when you open your door, not very appealing. Had water pressure issues. Would go to a trickle while using then return to adequate pressure. Didn't bring up with staff. Price in line with area but expensive. Didn't use bath/shower but laundry nice and clean

We rented a deluxe cabin for 4 days it was a disappointment. There was no A/C and the cabin exceeded 35 degrees at 3.00 pm daily. We were forced to go to a local store and shell out hard earned money for a small a/ c unit which bought us relief, then inorder for the unit to keep up we had to install tin foil on on the windows.Bunk beds were very small and uncomfortable. A bad experience overall.

We had such a wonderful stay, and especially the greeting when we check it was awesome! They had everything ready for us in folders with names on. Best place we’ve stayed at for the last 14 days

Nice park. The campsites are level & clean. Bathrooms are clean, but the shower stalls are dated (peeling paint) and some of them have signs of mold on the ceilings. Flip flops are a must.

The camp host was super nice and helpful. As for the camping it was just ok. There were no trees anywhere and it was a hot week when we were there. We had to hide away in the RV to feel comfortable. The WiFi work so we couldn’t depend on that. The shower floors need a remodel as they were old and dirty. The store shelves and coolers were almost empty so we had to head into town for some basics.

We had a very good stay with the only issue being low water pressure. it is a beautiful setting with very nice staff. we will be back!

Nice facilities, super clean washrooms and showers. My 1 complaint is there was no cable at our site #62. Spoke with KOA personal on 2 occasions with no resolve. Was told to try cable connections on sites #61 or #63. Both these sites where occupied and I didn't have 50 feet of cable to check with. As well, I was not going to go purchase the cable either.

Fyi parking for car for tent camping is shared with the next site. They should really label this on the campsite. It is confusing everyone Facility somewhat close to Jasper national Park. There's Walmart and fast foods down the street. The shower facility here is old.

Lovely small campsite, lots of grass for tents. Set well back from the road but easy on/off access. Washrooms/showers were clean and loved the Kamping Kitchen. Was met by a very friendly KOA representative after hours. Very quiet.

Stayed on two different occasions this past 30 days. I like the convenience of your KOA and the friendly charm of the staff. I also enjoy the shopping etc. in the city of Hinton which makes any stay that much more memorable.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The park was very clean, bathrooms, laundry and grounds. Convenient location and will stay again.

we woke up on the day of our departure with a low tire on our camper. I asked the front desk for help and they sent someone over. He tried many things and ultimately ended up changing the tire for us. He was amazing. I was travelling with my 90 year old father and I have a hand injury. You all went above and beyound.

This is a convenient campground with a good layout, great staff, clean bathroom/showers, good working hookups, good location - close-ish to Jasper, good to drive in for a day because Parks Canada is always booked up in Jasper. It is right near Hinton which has good amenities.

Lovely spot. I liked how well spaced the tents and small vans were. Loved the shared kitchen. The bathrooms and showers needed some attention and updates. Also, no internet.

This campground is about an hour front m Jasper National Park. The grocery stores are close. It was a nice campground. Staff is very friendly. We didn’t spent much time there since we went to the NP from morning until late evening.

Nice location. Very nice manager. Clean bathrooms and showers. There was a toddler play room but was locked when we were there as they were just opening the campground up for the season

My first time here, but my second time for the Wife. It's that good. Price is right. Plenty of views. Very friendly staff. Any problems were sorted out very fast. Would come back again and again when we're in the area. Awesome.
