Loved it so much we plan on coming back, People were so nice, Only thing bothered me was that the lake was low.

Other than the lake being very low , was Very Pleased with our accommodations, Stayed on site 11 with 50 AMP camper . My only suggestion would be a rail of some type along the edge of crossties , at the steep hill area.

Lakeside sites are great and the amenities are very nice. I would recommend having clearly marked paths leading to the bath houses. Our site was a decent walk and if all of the sites on the interior were booked, we would have had to drive to the bath house every time. That is not a complaint, only a suggestion!! Great campground though!!

We enjoyed the campground, stayed on a lakeside campsite and enjoyed the views of the lake. Everyone was friendly. Wi-Fi wasn’t good but we haven’t found many campgrounds that are. We will def be back.

First time there. Loved our site and before the first night was over, I had already booked again! We loved it there and this will definitely be our new go-to campground far enough away from home to feel like you've been somewhere but close enough to be home in 2 hours!

The place is great. However, the person who checked us in moved us to another campsite from the one we had booked. Not a bad site but we had absolutely no shade for the entire afternoon. The original site had shade. We will come back, but next time I want to physically look at at site before moving to it.

We stayed on a full hookup site we always sites on watery everything was very good people tend to drive too fast in the camp ground.

We loved it. Beautiful view and met some nice people. The only negative was no internet and slow cell service where we were. It rained on part of our trip…the internet would have allowed us to watch tv. Other than that, great place!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are prompt and the park is nice! Great rates. We stayed for a few months and we will be coming back.

Nice small park. Lake side spots are worth the extra money, however, condition of the lots / decks were a little rough for the premium price. Multiple tenants were willfully ignoring the "dogs on a leash" rule which was very frustrating as I was following the rules walking my dog on a leash and having "free" dogs run up and trying to cause a stir.

Such a beautiful place to stay! We had a lake view site. Level site. Bathhouse was very clean and appeared recently remodeled. The lake was clear and so nice for swimming. Great walk around the lake and campgrounds too.

This place would be absolutely awesome if they got a pool. Still a very nice place for highly recommended. Very quiet and relaxing spacious sites around the water

Very nice park with awesome staff and easy kayak rentals. Downside is the excessive yellow jackets. Park does offer WiFi but it’s only around the bathrooms it’s not park wide

I would not recommend staying at this KOA. This was my first time at a KOA and while I have heard good reviews from other KOA's, this experience has left me doubting I would stay at another KOA. Our site was with out a doubt the most unlevel site I have ever camped on. It is possible to level sites but it was if someone came in and dumped a load of gravel and called it quits.

We checked in on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised that the campground was very beautiful and quiet. The Lake was peaceful we enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend this campground and plan on returning sometime in the future.

I like that they issue key cards for the gate like a hotel would do. The staff was friendly, my site was clean and functional with a gorgeous view and direct lake access. Unless I'm wrong, nearly all the sites have water access. The Harwell Marina was directly across the little cove from us, which was very convenient for boat/jetski rental! The Koa rents kayaks too and delivers to your site.

Beautiful sites on the water, wooded lots. No pool but the lake was beautiful, great to float around on! Store was lacking, very little supplies. Friendly folks!

We enjoyed it. Didn’t really like the site, not very private, but over all we had a great time. We found sites that we will visit later. Camp hosts were great and answered all our questions…… most importantly they were available! Thank you!

This was our first visit. It was perfect! Clean, nice size lots and picture perfect lake. We either spoke or interacted with at least 4 staff members there and they were each amazing, kind, helpful and most of all patient.

Our 30 foot trailer was put in a very awkward site. The site itself was terrible! How on earth were we supposed to carry food down the incline to cook? The picnic table was also down the incline. There was no room to put 2 chairs at our camper. Waste of money.

The staff is wonderful. Very accommodating and willing to go out of their way to help campers. Bathrooms were clean. Sites were kept up. If campers would adhere to the rules while camping, this would be one of the best places to camp in North Georgia.

This is one of the best camping places we have been to. Hartwell lakeside KOA has excellent camping options. Great Lake views. Restrooms are clean. Kids play area. Dog park. Variety of sites to fit your camping preferences. The staff is really friendly and provide great service. We have camped here 3 times and always recommend to our friends and family. I would anytime come back and camp here.
