Great communication from the front desk prior to check-in. We to arrive after 5pm and they took care of everything. Very responsive when I had a question. Will be back.

The campsites are awesome staff super friendly. The WiFi is trash. I was in a lot directly next to a repeater and I couldn’t stream. Kept bouncing from the 5g to the 2.4g randomly when I did get connected to one it didn’t have enough juice to stream anything It was also interfering with hotspot on occasions. WiFi needs complete overhaul

Great experience! The staff was very helpful and was always around the grounds if needed. Bath houses were very clean. Grounds were kept nicely. Check in & out was simple and easy. Only reasoning for loosing a star is space. The camp sites seemed to be close together compared to other campgrounds we have been in. Would still recommend tho!!

We love this time of year. Changing of the leaves, quiet and peacefull. Had the whole place to ourselves for 3 days. Very nice. We will be back again next year in site 30

Had a blast. Wish there weren’t as many big dogs on the sites. People don’t know how to control them or clean up after them.

Very nice campground, Large lots large trees. We had lakefront and it was very nice. Showers were clean nice and had hot water.

Nice site. Large and great views of the lake. Leaf and grounds cleanup could be better. Too many leaves on the roads and walking paths and sites.

The views were beautiful , even with the lake levels down so low. The bath houses were decent. My complaints being that the wifi did not work our entire stay, minus a tiny playground and jump pad there wasn't much for the kids to do or explore. Also, staff wasn't there anytime we tried.

Was great! Beautiful ! Dump station was just a little little for our 5th wheel toy hauler. Very tight! But everything is so nicely set up. We didn’t stay at the tepees but if I had my grandkids we would have stayed in them.

Very nice campground. Beautiful views of the lake from almost every site. Need to be careful with size/type trailer. The site we were on was very close to being too narrow for our trailer with slides on both sides.

We always enjoy our stay at Hartwell Lakeside. The staff is friendly, check-in is easy, and the sites are spacious and clean. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a great fall stay. Not many campers, great fall colors and temperatures. KOA staff very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return!

There is absolutely too much atv traffic. They need better mufflers or Maybe if they were electric golf carts. I say maybe because I’m not a battery fan. Too expensive. I don’t know what you can do but I had more people circling my camp site at 930pm - 1200 than all day. And the boat ramp needs to be fixed. The one nearest camp sites. Campsites need level. desk personnel were great.

We had a great time, camp site was great right by lake. Only thing was the wiFi signal was week and could not hook up and stay hooked up very good. Need stronger signal. Other then that 5 stars, will see you all again.

7 nights, lakefront site. Nice view. Biggest complaint is there are no hosts on site, noone to even attempt to enforce quiet hours…or if you have an electrical or water issue….Ppl were loud till midnight on the weekend. Internet service was mediocre at best. Store/office poorly stocked. No trash collection…Dumpsters were overflowing…This is below state park quality but with higher pr

Site originally reserved we could not get into, if we had showed up after 5 pm we would not have been able to stay. The site we were given afterwards was very tight and destructive to our rv size. Recommend you change your reservations to nothing over 30 feet. Too many tents allowed in the rv area.

We had an incredible week at Hartwell Lakeside KOA. The park was clean and quiet and the clubhouse employees were always so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We really liked the lakeside sites. The place is beautiful and has many hiking trails to explore. The staff was terrific, especially when someone mistakenly took our site. We had to wait two hours before they moved to their assigned spot, but the staff was supportive and apologetic even though it was not their fault. We are putting this campsite on our favorite list. Highly recommend it.

This is one of the best camping places we have been to. Hartwell lakeside KOA has excellent camping options. Great Lake views. Restrooms are clean. Kids play area. Dog park. Variety of sites to fit your camping preferences. The staff is really friendly and provide great service. We have camped here 3 times and always recommend to our friends and family. I would anytime come back and camp here.
