We had booked a specific Patio site. It was unavailable the day we checked in we were moved to a back patio site that was unlevel tree trimmers removing trees dust and dirty. Specialty Coffee shop Pizza never opens our entire stay. Coupons were given but obviously useless. Pool is nice, great location to Harpers Ferry. Pancake breakfast ok. Needs so TLC. Ok for a night or passing through.

The best thing about this campground is the location. The entire facility is tired. Our site was not level, had little gravel and I found a tent type stake in the ground, which would have easily punctured our tire. The shower wasn't dirty but it was not clean either. Everything was over used. The coffee/wine house is only open Friday/Saturday. The cafeteria is inexpensive and ok.

The best part is the location next to the Harpers Ferry National Park. The KOA site was crowded, no shade. We have no pets and were given a site next to the dog park. We were surrounded by other campers with big barking dogs.

Campsite road too narrow. difficult to get in and out. We had to wait for people across us to leave so we had room to hook up as we needed to pull in their site since road is too narrow. No stone in site, all dirt so very dusty. site was way too steep. Couldn't back all the way in; our sewer lines would've been up hill and not draining. Dirty bathrooms. Run down Cutler hall....what a mess.

Very clean and well maintained place. General store and cafe prices all reasonable. Staff was helpful and polite. Huge pool and jump pad compared to other koas. Loved it. We will be back.

The pull through site you gave me was the worst site I’ve ever had at a campground. It was small, up a steep gravel hill, and very unlevel. RV’s were stacked right on top of each other. The picnic table was broken. I asked a maintenance man for a new one, and he never came back. I had to walk to the office the following day to request a new one. Very clean and had lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the pool, ice cream, putt putt golf, and pancake breakfast. It was a lot of fun, a busy place but quiet, especially in the evening.

Bathroom in main store was “very” dirty. Sink, toilet & floor. Wi-Fi appears strong but streaming limited and not possible for most part. Site held camper but not vehicle. Dissatisfied given $85 nightly for a spot by the parking lot of the main store.

The campsite was incredibly unlevel and for the price that we paid for the sites they should have been leveled better by the campground. Aside from the unlevel part, the campground was very well maintained and had great things to do with kids!

Some Activities for kids were closed because of being understaffed. There were rotted beams with bees .Miniture golf course was not blown off, it was hard to navigate the golf course. Our 9 year old granddaughter got stung 2 times at & the bouncing pillow.

The campground staff was nice, but the layout of the park is terrible. The sites are not maintained in any regard and driving in you get the distinct feeling there is a desire to cram as many trailers in as possible. But for the national park right next door we would have turned around and left and never set up. It was unacceptably cramped with little room to maneuver or enjoy. Not worth a stay.

Very small sites,nice staff.However the bath houses and restrooms were not cleaned all week. The bathrooms in the game room area that are used by the pool guests were so dirty I didn’t even want to use them! The bathhouses smelled like urine. Hairballs in the showers and the same garbage in the garbage cans all week. Never emptied. Shame because they look newly redone, nice tile work. But filthy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful campground, plenty of activities, loved the big open parking lot for registration, large camp store, very nice pool and the staff was so incredibly nice!!We didn’t particularly care for our site (#50), but we walked around and found other sites we would choose. We would definitely be back!

Site that we had was very small, skinny too close to each other, this was the entire campground. Said that they had cable, however, it's horrible did not work.I reported no one called me back- bad cust serv The mini golf, was not taken care of at all. There was a bee hive on one of the holes, it definitely needed attention for safety reasons. Boards were all splintered, not well maintained at all

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The campground is very large and well maintained. The store is huge and even has a theatre. It is just outside of the National Park grounds and is very easy to get to the park.

Quiet, nice activities. Wifi was very spotty..fire rings too close to there campsites, some bathrooms could have been cleaner.. Overall we like it.

A bit crowded but not unreasonable, but the black water input at the campsite was built up too high and we had the devil of a time getting our tank emptied. All the personnel were great...check-in, maintenance, store clerks, etc. Could use better signage to direct campers to their spots. The pancake breakfast was a big hit with everyone. A very nice place to stay, grocery stores are close by.

We arrived late afternoon and received our assigned spot. However, our location was a bit cramped because of a tree trunk, preventing us from parking our vehicle with our camper. The bathrooms were clean and supplied with soap and toilet paper.

Our only concern was the cleaning of the bathrooms and showers were not done as posted on the schedules. We were there from Monday to Thursday - Thursday was the first day (the two bathhouse we used) were cleaned. The showers were very damp and mildewed smelling. The bathhouses once clean were noticeably better We were happy with our spot, campground was beautiful. Staff wonderful. Pool great

I felt like it was very impersonal there. There was no until he gets his spot like they care Waze and everything. Our Spot was a premium one and it was right in front of the office in the middle of the parking lot and absolutely no shade it was boiling hot. There’s no bathrooms near the pool. Really liked this campground and will definitely be back. The bathrooms and showers needed extra attention/were pretty gross at times but otherwise we loved our stay and the excellent customer service.

Grass not mowed,amenities not open,told management about a bees neat my daughter got stung by nothing done..horrible stay at a koa.mini golf was a mess not cleaned.

There needs to be better signage telling which lane to go down to the 180s. I'd like to see more grass, and an easy way to opt out of the resort fee for people who won't use the amenities.

Very nice campground. Lovely amenities. The only reason I gave you a 9 instead of a 10 was I thought the campsite was a bit small. When I registered I gave my size a 30' w/ slide. I don't know if you had one that would have been a better fit. It was adequate, but bare minimum fit.

First timers here.....very nice KOA. Well maintained. Was slightly confused when we arrived at the entrance area and where to park for check in and paint on ground needs to be refreshed for parking ease. Great store on site and super friendly staff. Admit to some of the seasonal spaces, clearly visible from our site were "junky" and looking like cleanup needed but other than that...really enjoyed

Kudos to Sandy for being so nice and friendly especially to Bear our German Shepherd. The only thing i can suggest is that site 016 have the sewer drain lowered because we had to use the dump upon leaving, it was just too high for us. Loved the view, location and everything. We will definitely be back.

Location was amazing for visiting Harpers Ferry. The sites are way too expensive for the quality of the sites. There are lots of amenities that may interest some people. For people just wanting to have a place to stay while enjoying the area this is a place to avoid.

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
