The KOA saved us and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We had booked a private campground for the first time in the area and upon arrival to it, it was a nightmare. We thought we would have to drive 2.5 hours back home disappointed. We called the KOA and they had a spot for us. Although the sites are pretty cramped, we were pleasantly impressed by the amenities and enjoyed them all.

Beautiful area and cabin was great. However the WIFI is terrible. Some people may need to remotely work when visiting and the service was completely unreliable. They ought to be upfront when advertising so people are prepared.(Hotspot and wifi boosters do not work there) Many activities such as crafts for kids and even a movie theater Arcade could use an upgrade as with the ticket prizes.

Disappointed this year. Cabin was full of cobwebs and not very clean. There was about a 2 inch gap from the floor that a snake or animal could crawl under. Ick..

Thank goodness for the AC in the cabins, it was a muggy and buggy weekend. :) KOA staff were very friendly and hospitable. Great proximity to Harpers Ferry!

We enjoyed our stay but wish they would clean up the bathrooms more and have more convenient pathways from the far cabins to the restrooms. Also our cabin (2 room) faced another cabin (2room) and we felt right on top of one another meanwhile both picnic and fire pit areas were washed out and we couldn’t really enjoy either because of it

Basically camped in check-in parking lot. View was asphalt lot, 2 dump stations, dumpster and overflow lot where I had to park jeep. Site too small. Road into campground 10 feet from my door with constant rv and staff traffic. Firepit next to road, had to move for large rvs. Nighttime staff constantly driving past, headlights. Felt like being in prison, watched all nite.

This was our 4th visit to Harpers Ferry and it was fantastic. This is our grandkids favorite location because there is plenty to do.

We love this KOA. However, the amount of poison ivy located in the dog park on the trees & on various trees along the roadway on the back portion of the campground, is concerning. We let the staff know each time & I don't believe we are being taken serious. The game room is great, needs more games where young children can win prizes. Continue to clean the sites between campers of excess trash.

This was our first time camping with the RV. It was a great learning experience for us. Next time we should be pros at it. We really enjoyed ourselves and we can’t wait to do it again.

We had a lovely stay! The campground is very clean, dog park in good shape, bathrooms are spotless. Check in is very easy. No poison ivy! The pool was lovely and had lots of umbrellas. Thank you!

We had originally booked for a 3 night stay, while there our truck developed mechanic issues. My husband updated the office multiple times and we booked and stayed an extra night. Everyone in the office was very understanding and told us they would help us out and work with us. We needed an extra hour to check out and the manager on duty got a total attitude over it. Deducted one star for her.

Sites with concrete pads and nice furniture are great but very difficult to level-up on. Harper Valley and Surrounds are most interesting. Lots of things to do at camp site and a super pool and camp store.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and it was perfect. Absolutely every need we may have had was already anticipated and was supplied in the cabin. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for everything!

We booked online and then tried to call the KOA. We called 9 times. NO ONE ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. We were redirected to a person across the country. Very unsettling when you are traveling hundreds of miles to get to the site but are unable to reach anyone. This is also a SAFETY concern! The sites were very narrow compared to other KOAs we stayed at. Site wasn’t level for a 55’ camper

Me and my friends had an awesome time nice staff and plenty to do from swimming to the arcade even mini golf each day was fun cabins looked bigger than you'd think on the inside too

The location can't be beat. The camp store and grounds are really nice. However, I paid over $300 for 3 nights at a tent site barely big enough for the five of us. The bathhouse is also in desperate need of updating.

We had a great stay! Our booking was screwed up @ check in but the Manager on Duty was very helpful & fixed the situation to the best of her ability. We always enjoy our stays there. Thank you for another year of memories!!

Wonderful KOA resort with great amenities, a bit tight for a big rig (45 ft). Loved the coffee shop and a shout out to Pat who not only made great coffees but gave terrific insight to area. The grounds were clean and well kept, very nice pool, on-site cafe and many activities for the children. The office staff was friendly, nice selection of food & other items in the store. Highly recommended

The interior roads are narrow and marginal. Our premium patio site was not at all level side-to-side and needed several blocks to level the trailer. The Verizon and AT&T cell service was limited.

It should be advertised that cell coverage and the Wifi offered is seriously unavailable. We had been boondocking in the mountains and specifically chose this KOA depending on being able to have a functional internet connection. Also, my wife was treated rudely at check-in by a woman that just came back from a smoking break. Not a typical KOA experience.

We came only to test our new camper. Picked an inexpensive spot. Others are correct. Sites a REALLY close together. Sewer hook up was UPHILL from camper. Next time we come, we’ll spend the extra $$ and book one of the newer sites that looked really nice.

The facility was very clean and well laid out. The store has a lot to offer. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the mini-golf and pool. Thank you for having so many things to do and clean showers!

This campground had a full agenda of things to do. Also, cooperation with River Riders to pick you up and bring you back to the campground. We loved the pancake breakfast too.

Been to this campground many times for tent camping but this was our first time cabin camping. We love the location and activities that are offered but the cabins need some TLC. We had three of the basic cabins. Each one needed a good dusting and thorough cleaning. The ceilings are covered in cobwebs and the walls behind the beds had a thick layer of dust. The AC units also need a good clean.

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
