We rented 2 cabins this year for the whole family. We had a great time. Our 3 year old grandson especially had a great time. We liked being close to the pool. See you next year as we know we will be back.

Enjoyed the campground very much. Great Store, nice sites and loved the Kamp K-9 area. However, we had a few bad experience's with sewage at our site and my husband had a very bad experience in one of the shower areas. Also in General Store there was a backup in the men's room which he reported. I would certainly come back again in hopes that all sewage issues are resolved.

We love this KOA. The amenities are great entertainment for the kids. The staff is friendly and the restrooms clean. The only thing we wish was better was the WiFi.

When we arrived we had rented a site to small. The front desk was so helpful in make a change. We had a great stay thanks for the help at the front desk!

The facility itself is nice. Lots of fun amenities to keep you busy. Only downside was our cabin was quite dirty. (Dog?) Hair on the mattresses and dirt all of the floor but nothing some wipes and a sweep couldn’t fix. Also, there was lots of nails in the parking area of the lower cabins, one ended up in my tire and completely deflated it which we had to patch up before the drive home.

We came to visit for my Mom's birthday, she has never been camping so this was her first time out. The campground was beautiful, we got a chance to visit the historic sites, shop for souvenirs, and eat at some of the local restaurants. The kids got to enjoy the pool and the game rooms, we had the $1 pancakes at the pavilion. We had a fantastic time! We look forward to coming back again.

This is a great campground. Lots of amenities and things to do onsite. Saves you money so you don't have to go out everyday. The pool is wonderful and the mountain views are lovely. The only complaint is are some of the campsites are tight and small. And on the weekends it's jammed in and packed. But overall it's a really nice campground.

Our first 3 nights, Fri, Sat, Sun the 10 pm quiet time was observed. Mon I had to place 4 calls between 11:30 and 12:30 because the noise from one site was horrible and went on till 12:45. 2 calls to Emergency/after hour # in pamphlet went to the GM ans mach and she was apparently off. 2 calls to emergency/after hours on main # also went to ans mach. Nothing done by staff and no apology to us.

The pull through sites were far too short and too tight around corners; several had large drop-offs making it impossible to level the coach. We had to move 3 times before we got to a site that was useable, and then we had to detach our toad and park in the grass. Not likely to stay here again!

We were put on site 158. We had paid extra to guarantee a site close to our family. This should not even be a site. I have pictures of it I’d love to show. The electric and sewer were so close to us it was horrible. We had to sit beside them looking at that being emptied and there hoses and electric in a small yard area. I asked for a call. Didn’t happen. I shouldnt have been charged full pri

The Kampground has lots of amenties however the cabins need some TLC. We come here every year and I will say my cabins have not been in great shape - from soggy floors to locks that were really not secure in any way, to the trim of the window falling off with wasps living in it.

We like coming there been there twice in the last two months. Would like to see them clean up the movie theater a little bit and also allow later night movies for the grandkids.

stayed 11 nights in July. Nice place (& convenient to get to from our home). Wish spots were a little larger in the area where the big rigs are (we have a 40' travel trailer) because WHEN FULL (as it was on the weekends) it is a little difficult to pull in & out with the trailer. Pool was nice but wish it stayed open a little later. Nice, clean place.

We were really relaxed & enjoyed our stay. Not having stayed at a KOA cabin before we weren’t sure what to expect. Everything seemed to be in walking distance from our cabin. Really enjoyed the tour of the battlefield with the Park Ranger. There was some confusion with getting a shuttle bus to downtown, the ranger had told us there was a free bus but that was actually from the National Park.

This campground has come a long way over the years with many site improvements. Staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Sites not very level, not even the patio ones. Wifi is in need of upgrade and cable hook-up lacking. Overall, a very good place for a get-away and do things in the surrounding area.

Campground is nice but we had a bad experience with our deluxe cabin- when we went in there were bees flying around the cabin, dead bees on the sills , bed and floor. No way did anyone clean this place! Air conditioner blew warm air too. Only cabin left was a rustic cabin- but I had to ask for sheets/towels since we weren’t prepared for this type of cabin. Very disappointed with the new sites. They are very unlevel. It rained Friday and there was mud everywhere. Our site was also very close to the sewer grinder and the smell was near unbearable during our entire stay. Will not stay at this site again.

We were not able to get our RV level on the Premium site, and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Also, most of the time had no Wifi signal. I went to dump the trash twice, and the bins were full and overflowing.

Nice campground but if you stay there, bring a bunch of leveling blocks as a majority of the sites are far from level side to side and front to rear.

We camp in a patio site when we go to Harper's Ferry. It's spacious and very nice. The only issue is our sewer hose had to run uphill in our site! That doesn't work so well!!

Very friendly place. Nice employees loved how quiet the campground is. really like the dog walking area. The only problem I had with it was the big gaps under the gates we have small dogs so it very easy for them to get out of the gate Overall we liked it and will go back again.

I love this KOA. Stay here at least 4 times a year. But the older gentleman with the pony tail needs an attitude adjustment. He snapped at my wife telling her she’s gotta be 18 to drive a golf cart. She’s 49!! Never seen this guy before. But he needs to calm down ALOT!!!

Everything was great. The ending was a bit tough for us, something was wrong with sewer line and it started coming from the site above us through the wood in the ground and then it came into our pipe and popped our sewer line up... the maintenance crew that came made a comment that if we went to the dump station this wouldn't have happened, which is an odd thing to say when it's full hook up

As usual our stay was AMAZING! If I had one recommendation it would be to add music of some sort to the pool. It would elevate the experience that much more! Also, it would avoid guest becoming angry with others for providing their own music.

Overall nice campground. Had a challenge finding our campsite, most other KOAs escort you to your site. This was challenging for us as we had to pull our 31' RV trailer around looking for our campsite. We finally had to request someone to come escort us to our site. Campsite has lots of things to do, back-in campsites were tight backing into and felt a little cramped with our neighbors.

Site was not mowed. Campground was not very well maintained. I don’t think I will come back. If you’re going to charge a premium site charge along with a resort fee you need to maintain the sites and grounds.

I was placed in a site, way too small for my camper. Tree limbs hit my camper in and out. However, staff was kind, the bath house were clean and there were fun activities. The pancake breakfast was a big hit. We loved how close it was to the park and river.

The camp store was great- well stocked with supplies, groceries and gifts. Our only concern was that we were charged $10 for campground amenities. We are both in our late 70’s, early 80’s and we’re only there overnight. The extra $10 was not a charge that we are comfortable having to pay. All we did was shop in the store and watch tv in our camper. Other than that we liked the campgroun

When we booked for this stay, we were told they had only 1 site available. I saw no need to lock the site in since there was only 1 site available. The site we were given would not accommodate our 41' 5th wheel. We were then directed to another site. It had absolutely no shade and was terribly un-level. There were several sites vacant. If this were our 1st stay here, it would have been our last.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
