Campground was filthy. Trash and dog feces left in many sites, and dog feces left throughout the campground. Sites were small and you stay on top of your fellow campers. People wandering the campground intoxicated and smoking weed. I will not be returning to this KOA.

The bathrooms at the campground were absolutely disgusting. The worst I have ever seen at any campground. After the cleaning crew left there was still cobwebs in all the corners. There was a ton of debree on the mini golf course. All someone would have to do is leaf blow the greens off. The Maintenace around the greens was also bad. There were weeds everywhere.

The accommodations were nice. I’ve been several times with Scouts. It was a little hard to find our campsite boundaries, but once we did it was what we expected. We had nice side neighbors the first night, but they left and Saturday night the new neighbors came in late and loud. However, I really like the Harpers Ferry KOA and will definitely return.

Amazing camp ground with great sites and great staff beside the General manager. Had a great long weekend up till meeting that very rude person. May possibly return but hope that she either takes some training on customer service or parts ways with KOA.

Website promised a lot for the RVer family. While amenities were open they were rundown, neglected and unclean. There were also three additional fees added upon arrival that were not in the original bill. It was a costly camping weekend!! Recommend others choose another location until this KOA invests time and money into their staff and facilities. Front desk and cafe staff were friendly.

We had a very mean dog across from us. I should have reported it. We enjoyed our stay except for all the excessive dog barking.

Everything was great my kid loved the arcade and I love the indoor basketball court , love the pancakes the pool. The only thing I didn’t like was my cabin’s AC it was noisy running but other than that everything was great

Overpriced for what was offered. Under staffed that pillow and mining were rarely open. No activities during week and limited during weekend. We have been coming for several years but very disappointed this time. Most likely not returning for our annual stay.

We had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the campgrounds were very nice. The only thing I would say is I would have liked to see scheduled activities for the kids during the week. Other than that, the pool was nice, big and clean, the garbage collectors and workers patrolled the grounds regularly to offer any assistance. The cabin was great; large, clean and had ac. Thanks KOA!

We have a VERY large truck and 41' camper. Our original site was not going to cut it and the office staff was very helpful in relocating us. Our only real complaint was the wifi was just awful. I know it is to be expected at most campgrounds, but it was really bad. Cell service, T-Mobile was not good.

Accommodations, location, store were a plus. Lower rating - Even though trailer has bathroom facilities, I like to use the campground facilities, especially shower. At this location, these were very subpar for cleanliness. Did not use.

Stayed only one night. Great amenities. Nice staff. Patio site was nice. If you come bring plastic leveling blocks and wheel chocks. You might have a site that is somewhat sloped.

Site was fine. Very uneven but we managed. We choose this KOA due to location and amentitiea. Location was perfect. We were disappointed that the air pillow was only open 12-3pm during the week and also no crafts or special activities were offered during the week. The movie theatre would not play movies after 4pm and not without an adult. Our kids were not toddlers.

Our cleaning lady was the best, & let us sit on our porch while she finished and put stuff in the refrigerator.Front desk was responsive. Our room wasn’t ready & we immediately compensated us for that w/o asking. Because of that kindness, I wasn’t as disappointed with the disrepair of the amenities. The jumping pillow was deflated, put put had nails out, carpet damage, dirty arcade..

We stayed in an RV site. It was great. Friendly staff. Pool was nice. Lots of activities for our family age 4-64 years old!

Great campground. Wonderful views of the mountains. Hope to return. Some sites are a little tight but still worth the stay. Campground is really close to all the Harper's Ferry attractions. WIFI here is the best!

We had a good experience. The park was quiet at night. The area we were in had very narrow roads and a little tricky to maneuver our 30’ 5th wheel. The gift shop was very nice and large with lots to choose from. I was excited to see a coffee shop on the grounds but very disappointed on Sunday afternoon, after a long hot day of sightseeing, to find it closed, and it was barely 3:00.

Great place, great people. Store has everything you want and more. Wish the grapes and grains was open on Mondays and Tuesdays, however, they still sell the wine in the store for those of you. Who are there on off days during the week. The pool is wonderful and facilities are clean. The views are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming again.

The customer service is above and beyond. My family had so much fun at the amenities. My only little complaint is a lot of the games in the game room were out of order and the attendant was unable to fix or credit any of the charges.

Complaint that jumping pillow times weren't followed, avail at 1130 instead of 10. No staff for activities like tie-dyeing and slime to answer questions and oversee things. Picked up litter off the site so grandchildren wouldn't. Got stabbed by wires (from sparklers?) and found 8 of them of the site, which I don't consider staff fault since they are hard to see. Otherwise good stay.

The KOA was close to Harpers Ferry and we enjoyed touring there for 3 days. The cabin we had was very dirty on the outside with mud all on the front of the cabin including the door. Called for a clean up and a picnic table, which we did not have. The mud remained. Bathrooms need cleaned. They had old cobwebs. Breakfast was very nice. We also took the campground tour, very nice, guide was great

We had a great stay !! All the amenities were open and available, our tent site was shaded and close to the bath/shower houses and my kids loved the movie theater!! Would/will def stay again, this campground is clean and organized and offers plenty of activities for the family !!

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
