Full hookup sites are on top of each other. We could touch the rv next to us. People had tents set up in the rv loop by their rvs, they were washing dishes in the laundry room right next to where people were trying to fold their laundry, and bathing their kids in the pet wash. It was just a different vibe than we are used to at a KOA.

We loved our site ... Gravel, level, shade, privacy and right near dog park (they have 2). It was a quick overnight trip so we didn't use any amenities other than the dog park which was great We needed propane but the propane person was unavailable. When we worked at a KOA we had a few people certified in case one was there (hint).

We have stayed at this KOA a couple of times because it is a good stopping point for us. The sites were greatly improved from last year, with new gravel making sites more level. We were still very close to our neighbor. Would be great if the spots could be a little further apart.

Nice KOA, clean and quiet. Got a reservation same day. Friendly staff, great rates. Great play area for kids. Only issue, ordered a pizza and it did not get delivered. Pizza was good, just sat too long in the office.

Windy and cold so we didnt take advantage of the pool. Bathrooms were relatively clean. Need to sweep the dust and bugs out if the window sills though.

It was a nice guite place to stay. And the pizza for supper was nice. We didn't have to cook. A great place to stop on your journey.

Very nice camp ground. All the facilities are up to date and neat. Our site was a pull through site and easy access. Will stay here again if in the area in the future.

Step stool for seat in shower did not appeal to me. The guys cleaning up branches after windstorm were very helpful for suggesting a less windy route for us the next day.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. We were at the back of the campground and it was nice and quiet! The couple running it were very nice and friendly. Would stay again!!

The campground was clean and comfortable. The sites were big and level. Our only problem was that the campground hauls in their water and our last morning the campground ran out of water. It was only for a couple of hours but still a little inconvenient.

Had a nice larger site, two dog parks not just one. The playground look like a lot of fun for kids to use. Laundry facility was good to use, and fairly priced. The KOA host for very friendly and nice to talk to. They keep a nice clean the property. Highly recommend if you're passing through.

Close to interstate but quiet. Easy in and out. Owners very friendly and diligent. Stayed 3 nights to see surrounding attractions close by. Little Big Horn Battle Field and county museum very close. County museum was quite remarkable! Good pizza and wings on site!

Friendly staff. My only concern was we were under trees and no fault of anyone but the birds defacated all over a 450, 000 motorhome.

This was one of the very best KOA's we have been to. we have been traveling across the country from Pittsburgh and have been to many many KOA's. Thank goodness we did not listen to someone in a close town who said not to stay in Hardin. We chose to see for ourselves and it was worth it. This is the cleanest, family oriented, kind people, safest stay we have had. Owners are wonderful. Thanks!!

People were very friendly and helpful, Nice little Ma and Pa campground. I did feel they need to do a little maintenance in the bathroom. Some latches needed repairs and garbage can in bathroom needed cleaning. Covers over the sewers instead of rocks might look nicer. We did like the pull thru ability better than the back-ins. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hardin KOA. The management was friendly and helpful. The pool was fun and bathrroo.s were clean.. Will definitely camp here again.

The campground was fine for passing through. But the electricity on the site they put us in was not grounded, fortunately they moved us to another site.

It will be a great place to stay once they finish the upgrades. Ib loved my stay here it was very noisy due to renovation. I would recommend this KOA to my friends and family but I would say check in to see if the renovation is done so you can enjoy a peaceful time durning your stay.

Very attentive to guests’ needs. We stayed two nights, 6/1 and 6/2. They were working hard to get everything opened back up & ready for guests. Bathrooms are a little older and could use a little more space for undressing/drying/dressing but plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice, quiet place. Perfect for overnight stop. Nice gift shop. Hunts Bros pizza! Would def stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night between deadwood and Yellowstone in late May. Campsite is perfect size and we would definitely stay there again. The owners were great hosts, friendly and available on site. Nice clean shower, laundry and pet wash station! The store had really cute selection of items. If you are bird watchers this is a great spring spot.

Well kept campground. Looks like they are expanding. Only downside the town of Hardin doesn’t have much to offer

We really liked that the KOA site was a mile from Hwy 90, quiet & open spaces around the location. We will always remember the staff with a sigh; we needed a vet while in Hardin. Our Lily had been ill, & it was time to help her to the other side of the rainbow. John gave us the name of the vet he takes Jack to. Between John's concern & kind office staff; a sad occasion is now a fond memory.

We stayed for just one night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a package sent there and they called as soon as it arrived. Roads and sites are gravel. Al very level. 2 very nice, large dog parks. They have a pool, playground, etc but we did not use anything. We would stay here again.

My family stayed for approx 4 nights for the battle of little bighorn 150th anniversary. It's a pretty nice, clean, and well kept KOA. I would highly recommend staying here whether using the cabin, tent, or rv. The grass is well maintained and the campground is decently lit where needed at night. They have a lot to offer in the offices' giftshop. My only complaint would be the gray cat I saw pee and poop near the tetherball pole in the sand where the kids play. My kids still played on the equipment each day but I had them keep their shoes on from then on. They really enjoyed the slide, teeter totter, and cornhole. We did not get a chance to swim but saw other kids and adults enjoying it! The showers and bathrooms were very clean and are cleaned from 11am-1pm daily. The women's has 3 toilet stalls and 3 shower stalls and with the site super packed during our stay, the stalls stayed available.
