Every thing was fine. The flies were terrible, I have no advice to keep them away. You have a shower stall that is wider then the other too which is good. I would like to see it with hand grabs. I am not handicapped, but I do have balance issues. It would be nice to have hand grabs. Thanks.

Rented Cabin, escorted to cabin, staff unlocked and looked inside cabin then said have a great stay. The second you entered the cabin the strong overwhelming chemical type smell hits. The matteress were leaning against the bed frame. We had to put the beds together. The upper bunk mattress too wide for the slot so it sits at an angle. Bathroom toliet rocking. Overall I was not impressed.

We have always enjoyed staying at the Hardin KOA. But this time it was a bit much. The venting sewer gas outside and in the bathrooms was offputting. Availability for those in the cabins to freshwater was a challenge. The map showed places to get water, but those were not operable. We were told the best place was the sink in the laundry room.

We come every year to Hardin with our job for the past 10 years. We love staying here, however it was starting to get run down over the past 5 years. But John and Kristy have done an amazing job of rejuvenating the property in just their first year of ownership!! Adding a 24 hour laundry mat with vending machines. Painting the picnic tables and the office building. The office is completely redone.

I've stayed at the Hardin KOA for many years now. All centering around the Little Big Horn events of June. It's just a little oasis. And so simple. I started with tenting, but tired quickly with Montana's June storms that roll through at sun down. I now stay in their Kamper Kabins, and they're just great. The folks from owners to maintenance are just so friendly.

It's a convenient location for traveling/resting. The grounds are clean/maintained, it's quiet, and the management/owners have always been inviting/friendly.

Interesting problem here. They had to truck in water, no well. It affected the water pressure in the showers and toilets. The owner was working like crazy to get things working. If you go to this KOA, remember others use the water here too, besides you. Don't be a water HOG and drain their water source.

Very clean well kept cabin, bathrooms and grounds. Owners at checkin were so kind and welcoming. Nothing beats a smile and great hospitality! Loved our experience there.

The facilities were fine, and the lady in the office/gift shop was friendly and courteous. The man was the opposite, on the phone he was fine, but in person he was not friendly and disrespectful. I believe this could've been that he found out that I was American Indian when I got to the Hardin KOA. He also yelled at me and my kids and I did not appreciate that. I believe he is a racist.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hardin KOA during Little Big Horn Days. The new owners have done wonders in renovating and improving the camp ground. The office and game room are wonders to behold. The staff is friendly, courtious,and professional. They respond to your every need. John is so accomodating and helpful with campers who need assistance with their RVs or motor home. I recommend it.

Booking online was easy. After hours check-in was easy. The kabin was super cute, as was the entire campground from what I could see. The bathroom and shower felt clean. The location was great for me, including just off the highway I was traveling and it provided a great sunset and sunrise view. The entire campground looked updated and well maintained with a great vibe! Kabin had AC. TY KOA!

We are very poor and spent all of our extra money to have a fun place for my non verbal autistic son somewhere safe to swim. The pool was closed and I wish someone had informed us before it was paid. I was informed after being escorted to my cabin.i was told no one is more frustrated than us by a staff member and I would argue we were so much more disappointed than anyone.

Owners are amazing, so friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. The game room is very fun, my kids had a blast playing with their games and enjoying the popcorn. Beautiful sunsets too.

Wonderfully peaceful and kept up well! Bathrooms were beautifully clean, beds in cabins were super comfy! Dogs enjoyed the K9 park, cutest little shop with anything you may have forgotten, and super friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here on your travels!

We stayed for just one night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a package sent there and they called as soon as it arrived. Roads and sites are gravel. Al very level. 2 very nice, large dog parks. They have a pool, playground, etc but we did not use anything. We would stay here again.

My family stayed for approx 4 nights for the battle of little bighorn 150th anniversary. It's a pretty nice, clean, and well kept KOA. I would highly recommend staying here whether using the cabin, tent, or rv. The grass is well maintained and the campground is decently lit where needed at night. They have a lot to offer in the offices' giftshop. My only complaint would be the gray cat I saw pee and poop near the tetherball pole in the sand where the kids play. My kids still played on the equipment each day but I had them keep their shoes on from then on. They really enjoyed the slide, teeter totter, and cornhole. We did not get a chance to swim but saw other kids and adults enjoying it! The showers and bathrooms were very clean and are cleaned from 11am-1pm daily. The women's has 3 toilet stalls and 3 shower stalls and with the site super packed during our stay, the stalls stayed available.
