We are very poor and spent all of our extra money to have a fun place for my non verbal autistic son somewhere safe to swim. The pool was closed and I wish someone had informed us before it was paid. I was informed after being escorted to my cabin.i was told no one is more frustrated than us by a staff member and I would argue we were so much more disappointed than anyone.

John and Kristy are the best! The campground is well kept and very nice. We had car trouble and had to wait for parts to come in. Kristy and her employees made it work for us to stay for the length of time we needed while waiting on our CE hike to be fixed. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Hardin KOA. The park was clean and well maintained. It was convenient to the Little Big Horn. All the staff were courteous and let us know they were there to help if we had any problems with our site or questions during our stay. We had to extend our stay due to having repairs to our vehicle in Hardin. So glad we were at this KOA during this problem.

Owners are amazing, so friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. The game room is very fun, my kids had a blast playing with their games and enjoying the popcorn. Beautiful sunsets too.

Nice little campground. We stayed 2 nights on our way home from Yellowstone. The campground has new owners and they are working hard on improvements new bathrooms and laundry room were great. The staff is all friendly. The only thing that bothered me a little was no notice of mowing day and I had shoes and stuff outside and they blew grass and dust every where.

First few days out in a Class B here. Couldn’t have done better!! The owners and staff were not only nice and helpful, but above-and-beyond. Looking forward to next time!

The staff and the owners at the KOA Journey Hardin have a passion for camping that I don't see too often. I really appreciated their hard work to make this campground memorable. I hope they do well and more campers will stop by and pay them a visit.

I love to see a couple work together in a great way . They are really doing a lot of upgrades to the facility. My wife got sick and they were able to accommodate us even with our large rig for an extra night. Great owners, nice staff and clean updated facilities we will re.

Jon and Kristi are so kind and have done an absolutely amazing job renovating this campground over the past year since they purchased it. They go above and beyond for their customers and have stocked their store with so many useful and fun items and amenities. I needed an elbow adaptor, shower caddy and children's motrin - you bet they had it all! An amazing campground for all to experience!

Clean and helpful… not a big fan of the “buddy sites”. Our “buddy” was quiet so absolutely no problem but if you had a loud bunch or barking dogs our overnight stop on our long journey could have been awful! Camp was clean, hosts helpful. We will stop again but request NO buddy site. The slides were just a couple feet apart and the hookups between the sites a little crowded

This was a very nice campground. We accidentally messed up our reservation and they worked to get us straightened out. Everyone was professional. You could tell the couple that bought the campground was working very hard to make it a superb campground. The laundry room was clean. The bathrooms were clean. It was a quiet spot.

When we arrived we were supposed to have sewer hookup. We were told thee was a problem and they were working on it. Problem was not fixed before we left the next morning. The did not have another site with sewer available. They moved us to another site with just electric and water. Site was ok but I had to stop at the dip before leaving in the morning. We were got a credit for the inconvence

Very nice campground and well maintained. Only surprise and désappointement is that they book us a buddy site with a stranger without even advising us before closing the tab. It was very disappointing beein 3 feet face with a 40 feet motorhome.

The views of farmland surrounding the campground are beautiful and peaceful. But the best part was how helpful the owners were. We had issues with the battery on our tow vehicle and they were helpful and accommodating. Wonderful folks!

Owners were great! They were very helpful. They led us to our site and even brought us firewood. The next morning we were worried about the wind advisory heading to Yellowstone and they talked us through our options. The camp store was full of goodies and they even had a well equipped game room for rainy days or down time from the heat. The restrooms and showers were clean. We will stay again.

Wonderfully peaceful and kept up well! Bathrooms were beautifully clean, beds in cabins were super comfy! Dogs enjoyed the K9 park, cutest little shop with anything you may have forgotten, and super friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here on your travels!

We were caught by surprise that this was a buddy site. It was not stated in the site description. The site next to us shared a power box, which was also a surprise. Even though both rigs were hugging the grass, our slides were less than 2 feet apart, which was too close for comfort. It would have been nice to have a better idea of that before hand. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

We stayed for just one night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a package sent there and they called as soon as it arrived. Roads and sites are gravel. Al very level. 2 very nice, large dog parks. They have a pool, playground, etc but we did not use anything. We would stay here again.

My family stayed for approx 4 nights for the battle of little bighorn 150th anniversary. It's a pretty nice, clean, and well kept KOA. I would highly recommend staying here whether using the cabin, tent, or rv. The grass is well maintained and the campground is decently lit where needed at night. They have a lot to offer in the offices' giftshop. My only complaint would be the gray cat I saw pee and poop near the tetherball pole in the sand where the kids play. My kids still played on the equipment each day but I had them keep their shoes on from then on. They really enjoyed the slide, teeter totter, and cornhole. We did not get a chance to swim but saw other kids and adults enjoying it! The showers and bathrooms were very clean and are cleaned from 11am-1pm daily. The women's has 3 toilet stalls and 3 shower stalls and with the site super packed during our stay, the stalls stayed available.
