Showers need attention. Booked online a site with full hookups. Got to the site and told the sewer connection is clogged and therefore no sewer. Campground needs a dump station. It is not shown on the map.

It was the perfect place to split up a long drive. It is easy to access and very clean. The grounds were kept up and the staff was friendly. It is right off the interstate. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome! It was easy in, easy out. The lady at the front desk (& her dog Jack) were friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything I'd change. It was convenient to downtown Greensboro. Depending on your campsite, it is situated near the interstate so just realize there will be some noise from that, but we didn't find that to be a problem at all. We would stay here again if we return to the area

For the price it’s not worth the stay. $89 for a ghetto campground. Sites are on top of each other, WiFi was not working, and just over felt like bad trailer park. I was coming from vacation that i stayed at 2 campgrounds both around $40 each and were so much better.

This KOA is one of the better ones. It is very clean and has easy access. I would stay there again!

We stayed just for the night. The hostess escorted us to our site which was excellent. Easy for us to pull thru towing. Will stay there again if we are in that area.

Very nice campground easy access on and off the interstate office staff lady was extremely helpful and nice. We had a very nice site. Would stay there again.

We arrived at 6:00 and the woman was happy to see we made it. Got us checked in showed us to our lot and made sure we were ok. Very sweet.

Georgie in the office was delightful and extremely helpful when we had a last minute change on our itinerary. There is a little herb garden you can get clippings from, so quaint and cute. The campground was very clean and well maintained

Mike the GM was very accommodating to us. We stayed 2 nights during the storms caused from Isaias. There was a nice woman that worked in the office that was so helpful to us and other guest. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was running the place by herself. Place was busy during those 2 days and she handle it well. It’s right off the interstate. Thank you to her and Mike.

There was no wifi. The dog park had no grass all gravel/rock. That is why there was poop outside the fence where grass was. There are always people who do not clean up after their pets, but you expect to find it inside not outside of the dog park. We did not interact with the staff as we arrived and left while they were not on duty. Possibly would stay there again if traveling that way.

It's fine for what it is. The camping spaces were very small, and the men's bathrooms weren't cleaned during our stay, which was gross. I also couldn't believe that, to pass the time, the pool table in the main office wasn't free to use.

The campground is very nice but being next to the interstate really puts it down because of the noise.

I have visited many KOAs and rate this as a 2 stars facility, primarily because the men’s bathroom/shower is in poor condition, and I assume that the women’s is in similar shape. The toilet partition is dislodged from the floor preventing at least one of the doors from closing, the wood doors on the shower stalls are delaminating, the shower stalls are very small and curtains not wide enough.

Although the website says this campground has WiFi they do not and haven’t had since July. When I questioned this I was told by the manager that I was being an a..hole. We camp primarily at KOA and have never been treated this way. Extremely disappointed.

Nice campground we have stayed at before. Park is adjacent to I-85 but very little road noise. Easy access to Greensboro area shopping, dining and attractions. Interior roads and sites are gravel but in good shape; our pull through site was level and roomy enough for RV and toad.

Very disappointing! Arrived at 4:00pm and the campground was without water. According to KOA on site staff the water outage happened the day before. I understand that unplanned accidents happen but a notification to campers should have been issued! We could have made other arrangements for our overnight stay. I am requesting a refund of our night’s lodging. Please let me know about the refund.

Mike gave me valuable information for directions to Cherokee that the GPS route would have put us a very dangerous route with our Coach pulling a Jeep. Thank you Mike!

Sites were narrow and not level. There were other sites available that looked much more level and wider. Campground looks run down. One camper said he called and left 2 messages asking what the campground WiFi password was. I looked on my check-in form and the WiFi password area was blank too. 1st KOA that did not take us to our site in a golf cart. Pool was dirty.

Paid 87 dollars for NO WI-FI. I now will ask every campground I call if they have working Wi-Fi. And I have to say working because one told me they had it and it kept going in and out all night long.

Greensboro KOA has some of the most friendly and helpful staff we have encountered in our full-time RV living travels. The park is well maintained and clean and everyone makes you feel like a family. I would rate higher than 5 stars is possible. Will certainly visit them again!

Too much road noise from adjacent 4lane. Site not level from side to side. Pool was nice and clean but needs lounge furniture instead of chairs. Access to downtown Greensboro is very good. Campground staff are polite and helpful.

The facility was fantastic and extremely accommodating, which would definitely make me want to stay again, but there was a lot of traffic noise from the expressway, which made it hard to sleep.

We were there only one night. The entire campground was without water (no fault of the campground) staff were very nice and helped us to fill up with fresh water, however I felt that we should not have paid full price.

Long over-night sites really need to be graded and leveled out. I had to use 15 leveling bocks to get close to level in site 79

All was really nice at your campground but the huge motor home so close to us had 3 grandsons who romped and stomped all day until they were asleep. We could hear every step in our camper with the doors shut and the AC on!

I had read about the road noise but wasn't prepared for the volume at all. The trucks on Route 40 sound like they are coming right through your camper. Sites are extraordinarily narrow. You're right on top of your neighbors' sewer, and the sewer hookup is small and difficult to fit. The site just fit my 34 foot 5th wheel and truck. They advertise portable fire pits if you order wood. We didn't bother. The facilities are very clean, laundry is clean with 4 washers and 4 dryers with the store being attached so you can purchase quarters if you need to. No change machines. The staff is super friendly. After perusing the park I would suggest if you book here make sure to ask for sites 19-26 if possible for pull thru sites. They are further from the road.
