Upper bunk had a dirty bed pad. So so gross! Thankfully the lower bunk looked okay and we only needed 1 bed. Had to unplug the fridge & microwave and use that extension cord to be able to charge our phones. The TV is installed in a position that only the person on the top bunk can watch. The AC was dirty with visible dust. The cabin could use a wooden bench to put stuff on and to sit on.

We had a great stay. We were in a cabin which was better kitted out than I thought it would be. However you could plug in the microwave!! Lucky I had bought an extention cord with me. The staff were lovely. The showers could do with updating.

Cabin was very dirty and floor was sticky. The door on the cabin was rigged up and windows didnt work. The showers in mens bathroom was nasty. The tv and internet didnt work. Price was expensive to hear traffic all night.

Patricia was awesome! She was very friendly and attentive. The cabin windows were not in working order therefore we could not lock them and didn’t feel particularly safe. There was no chair to sit in.

The Greensboro KOA is a quaint spot. They do have a small pool and a pavillion with outdoor "yard" games and plenty of board games available. The tv, microwave and refridgerator were a plesant bonus to our rustic cabin we did not expect!! The location is close within 15 mins to lots of food, a botanical garden and a cute downtown area.

Only suggestion I have is maybe a couple more outlets in the cabin. Other than that I was not disappointed at all. Clean facilities and super nice staff!!! Showers where amazing, fabulous pressure with plenty of heat.

The campground and cabin area are nice and clean. I was locked out of my cabin because they are automatic locking doors which I have never experienced at a KOA before. A simple reminder when you check in would be nice. Also not that it was needed, but we could not get the TV to work. Had it been a stormy night, this would’ve been disappointing.

The two room cabin was lovely, but a little drafty - there is a gap so large between the front door and the doorframe that you can see outside. The one space heater provided didn't properly heat the space after we had the door open for a little bit to bring things inside. It may have been our error, but if we stay in the cooler months again, we'll be sure to bring extra blankets.

Shower drains backed up 4” and stayed, had to step into toilet area to dress, cabin was dusty, sticky spots on floor, soiled rugs, however office worker was super nice but OPEN hours very restricted

Couldn't get in my cabin because the key was locked inside. They eventually got me in and were apologetic. Told me they would discount my stay. Hasn't happened yet.

The cabin was as described in the picture on the website. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We accidently locked ourselves out of the cabin on the way to shower one morning. The door was open to the camp host's trailer, so we knocked to ask for help. She came to unlock the door but was very rude. I apologized and thanked her, but she didn't respond besides a single grunt.

Camp host not very friendly or accommodating.Too many rules compared to other koa. No alcohol. Cabin was clean. Bathrooms were neat and clean too! The checkin experience could have been friendlier. No military discount offered. Check in policy time was firm without exception, which after a day on the bike was a bit annoying and displayed lack of compassion. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff at the Greensboro campground were great place is very conveniently located, clean and quiet. Cancel that go back to Greensboro again but if I did, I definitely stay at this KOA.

Had a great time. There was no fire ring at my camping cabin site and I missed that, but overall a great site and campground with lovely staff and clean bathrooms!

We were a late arrival and The office staff were very helpful. Our cabin was just as expected. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. The KOA location was close to everything we needed.

Had a great stay in a cabin. The cabin was very tidy and clean. Great amenities inside. Heater/ac, flatscreen tv, mini fridge, goodie bag and waters. Bathrooms were spotless. Not a pure nature sound as the highway runs past the campground but if you don’t mind that, which I did not, it’s a nice place to stay. The manager was super friendly and nice to talk to and ask questions.

I had read about the road noise but wasn't prepared for the volume at all. The trucks on Route 40 sound like they are coming right through your camper. Sites are extraordinarily narrow. You're right on top of your neighbors' sewer, and the sewer hookup is small and difficult to fit. The site just fit my 34 foot 5th wheel and truck. They advertise portable fire pits if you order wood. We didn't bother. The facilities are very clean, laundry is clean with 4 washers and 4 dryers with the store being attached so you can purchase quarters if you need to. No change machines. The staff is super friendly. After perusing the park I would suggest if you book here make sure to ask for sites 19-26 if possible for pull thru sites. They are further from the road.
