Site 19 and the facilities were very well kept and we were extremely well treated by the staff. I'm not making a complaint but just a suggestion, it would be easier to level a class A RV if you added about 2 to 4 inches of gravel to the front 10 feet of the site's pad.

Lovely owner, willing to please. But. Loud on the highway. Expensive. I also was surprised that the office didnt open till 10. Not what I expected from a premium koa. Would only stay there again if i had no other options.

We use to stay at your campground for two reasons 1. it was on our way to our next stop 2. you had a pool. That was the only thing to do in that area. It was working last year, this year it was not

Very clean and quiet. Well marked sites easy pull through Fun things to do here. Train car is a nice edition. Wooded lots with newer picnic tables and fire rings. Loved the gift bag we got at check in. Thank you!

Really like the KOA. A bit pricy but friendly and good people. They give you a little welcome bag which is pretty cool.

Loved that it had to two fenced in dog areas. We had a spot not far from the office, play area with games by the cabins, close the office & laundry.

The camping itself is fine and what could be expected from a KOA Journey but the staff and the manager/Owner was AAA. Very helpful, nice, cool, allows us to use the game spot for our party, his nephew even care and play with the kids. On this, it's was memorable. We were all very happy. Thank you.

Great place for where it is right off the i40 freeway so that is your view. Everything was very clean and taken care of. Sites are pull through but not much width so get very cosey with your neighbors. Priced above the normal at 95 a night but owner is very nice. Good dog park.

4 stars because the staff is super friendly, the park is easy to find and sites are easy to park. I didn't use the facilities and the pool is out of commission. Even though it's next to I40 the traffic noice at night was quite tolerable, we even slept with the windows open.

way over priced !! expected to use the pool but it’s closed and by the looks of it , the pool hasn’t been open for a long time. and they don’t tell you it’s closed when you book online !

Such nice hosts. Very pleasant with great attitudes. They seemed so pleased to see us. Showed us our spot. They even stopped us the next morning to see if everything was alright with our stay! You can’t ask for more! Would definitely recommend this campground!

Locked bathroom no codes given. Sites for larger rigs/pull thru not even close to level. Felt bad for my boxer who fell trying to get up the first step since we were so high off the ground. Waste of money. How difficult is it to correct things like this? No pool no bathrooms and un-level site for $100.. ridiculous

Very helpful staff. Rather expensive just to pull in at 8 PM and pull out at 7 AM, using no facilities. Location is great for a stopover.

I would love to rate this higher, but we only spent one night and our site was right across from the freeway. I am sure the sites further back are a lot quieter. We arrived late, our info was taped to the door and we made our way to our site, which was very easy to find. Access was quick and easy on and off the freeway without much trouble.

Spent 4 nights while visiting friends. After heavy rain the previous few days original site was very wet. Asked to be moved and staff was very accommodating. Would stay here again. Wee stayed in a 45' motorhome.

I love the KOA campgrounds - they are clean, quiet and pet friendly. Easy to get into and out of! I was traveling with a friend and you put us close together even though I was in a 30' Class A and she had a 43' fifth wheel. Hope you get the Paw and Patio soon!

Overnight stay. The campground was clean and well kept. The reception was excellent. Lead us to our site and made sure we were set. Our only issue was the pool was closed. Wifi was excellent.

sites were not very well maintained. i was there 2 weeks and the grass wasn't cut once. it was 6 to 8 inches long. and the pool was closed and drained.

Disappointed in the customer service of the staff. Traveling with friends in another RV who had mechanical problems. As a courtesy we cancelled their reservation. Soon after their mechanical problem was repaired and we asked the campground to reinstate their reservation. Per policy they kept our fee and charged us again. Campground was not full. Many available spaces.

The rattiest KOA's I've stayed at. Not real rats, just not well maintained at all. Noise didn't really both me that much, I was further back.

It's priced way too high for what is offered. The internet was down, pool wasn't open, sites need more gravel, the showers had mold in them and it was obvious that the maintenance was not adequate...if you're going to charge over $100 for a campsite you need to make it worth it and not try to make up for high prices with a goodie bag.

We were in Greensboro for the Jr Olympic s and the location is very handy for that. My problem is KOA is pricing there locations at a premium and not delivering the value. As an example the men’s and women’s restrooms/showers are every bit of 40yrs old with no AC. In the middle of summer it was a sauna inside. Also the pool was drained. For $87/nt, we expect more. Will not stay here agai

We were greeted by I think maybe the owners of the campground. They were very friendly. It's a small campground but very well kept.our sight was plenty big enough.so we had a drain problem. They actually brought us vinegar as we had bs. It worked. Very nice people.

To be completely honest when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant to book to say the least. But let me tell you my fear were completely unjustified. The staff was amazing and super friendly my quiet kids even talked to them which is just a credit to the amazing staff! The girls loved the playground and the train. And the noise level was already quiet I would stay again in a heartbeat beat! My littlest one has an early bedtime and I was worried about noise but once again that was never an issue. And the selection to do stuff around the area was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. I never leave reviews but with the tons of bad reviews I felt it was necessary to see the good. Also 99% of the bad comments are before they switch management! And let me once again tell you that they are amazing 10/10 would recommend ❤️
