This is probably the 8th time we have stayed here. Our last stay, in May (this one in July) was awful. The place looked and felt so run down. Gravel permeated everything. I wrote a scathing review. This visit was quite different. The person at the office was delightfully chipper and helpful. The gift bag was filled to the brim with chips and water and a granola bar! Place cleaned up.

We love Koa Greensboro for our overnight saty on our travels from WNC mountains to the OBX. The pull through sites full hook ups are convenient. The travel around the cg is easily managed with our 31 ft class c towing a cargo trailer.

There were just a couple of things that bothered us were the traffic noise. The state needs to put up a noise blocking wall. The grounds could be kept up a little bit better, like weed eating and mowing. The back section could be fixed up to allow more RVs back there with full hook up. The crew there were really great!

Stayed to visit with friends and go to the Barn Dinner Theater. Clean grounds and great staff! Nice dog park and plenty of room to walk!

Great journey campground. Nice people and clean. Easy pull through spots and close to the highway. We’ve stayed several times in our travels. Nice 8’ depth pool.

The only downfall of this KOA is that it is right next to I-40 and it is very noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

While traveling from Wilmington to Nashville, we stopped here and loved it! The staff is wonderful, the campground's much bigger than what you think, the dog park is great, the loop through the park is paved so it's wonderful for walking, it's clean, the pool's sparkling & the trees give great shade! I'd definitely stay again!

This camp is strictly for overnight stays . Right on I 40 so very convenient . Easy pull in and out . Great spot . Maintained for what it is .

The stay was fine but the sites were so close we weren’t able to open our awning and we were informed in a email that they no longer had cable 3 days before arriving. We stayed there 2 nights.

The only negative I have about this KOA is that it is right on the Interstate and you hear all of the traffic noise. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I used Greensboro KOA because it was the only one near the Greensboro Colosseum. The price was over twice what I pay at a Good Sam’s park and the park wasn’t as nice as most I’ve gone to. The people were nice but the park wasn’t.

I have stayed here a few times because it is close to visit my daughter and family! Staff is friendly & helpful. Only downside is the loud traffic noise from I-40.

Everyone was super nice. But the park is really small and tight. It was hard to maneuver around. The rates are high for the size and offerings.

Lots of road noise, but they do offer sound suppressors. Given a welcome bag consisting of water and chips. This was a pleasant surprise! We will be back!

Staff was very friendly, and willing to help. We extended our stay a couple of times, and they managed to let us keep our original spot. Very well maintained. I just wish that it wasn't so expensive to stay there.

Staff was very friendly! BUT, there is no pride taken in this now run down campground. It's sad because there is potential here, but in it's current condition it's barely a step above a Walmart parking lot.

I stayed here for 5 months for work and had a great experience! Wendy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Laundry facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff is always working on a different project to upgrade the campground which is very nice to see. They have a wonderful dog park with two separate fenced in areas which has a been incredible for me as I have two large dogs. They also have some nice trails through the woods for walks. The campground is located very conveniently by highway 40 which makes for easy access to get to and from work. Thank you to the staff at Greensboro KOA for making my stay enjoyable and allowing me to call this place home for a few months!

Dog park is awesome, water pressure in showers are awesome, Reading the reviews and the owners responses was priceless... stayed for one night and had a great experience, would definitely come again.

I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel assignment for work from Oct 2023 until Feb 2024. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities are outdated but still very clean. Having laundry on site was also helpful and the laundry room was very clean, cheap ($4 to wash and dry a load) and accessible 24/7. The road noise from I-40 was a little annoying to me but I got used to it after a while. Even at night, I still slept with the TV on to drown out the noise. If you stay here, I highly recommend you use a water filter. They have well water and some days, the water would come out very orange. I added a filter to my water hose while staying here in addition to having a filter pitcher for my drinking water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
