Staff was friendly and checking process was great. Site 2 is very unlevel and takes 2 sewage hoses and 2 water hoses. The worse part about that site is uphill from the RV. Location is nice but site was not.

The in-person check in process was less to be desired. The atmosphere was very unfriendly without much assistance. The campsite itself was very undesirable. We definitely will not stay here again nor suggest it to other’s.

Conceptually a great campground; but unfortunately it is effectively on noisy RT40. None of the bathroom stall doors could be closed; and it is one of the more expensive campgrounds around. I would recommend looking elsewhere…

The campsites are very close to each other. My picnic table was adjacent to the sewer of the next campsite. Reminds me of some very early KOA experiences of being packed like sardines

Very nice people, quick check in. We did not have a long stay and it rained everyday but the park was clean and well kept. It had a nice pool and dog park and a couple of things for kids play. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we stayed here, and in both inches we were put in a side that was so on level we had to step an unacceptable hide to the ground. We were barely able to level our camper. We told them about this and they knew about this, but we’re not willing to move us. These subject sites should be completely redone before letting anyone stay in them again. Better sizes were available.

Ok for overnight, but I would not recommend for long term stay. Very loud traffic noise. Much of the sites appear to be unusable due to damaged campground roads.

Unkept grounds, over priced OLD campground & bathrooms w/o AC, 1 of 2 open w/ 89 sites! #10 closed-occupied by staffer, VERY LOUD 40/85 interstate traffic, staff denied request to change ‘assigned site’. Response, (which seems to be KOA’s go to, “we’re full” A BOLD FACE LIE! Same response at other NC KOAs. Horrible customer service. One & done, Dr

Needed to stop just for the night, and this was perfect. We were able to pull our big rig in and rest. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This is our second time using this KOA as a stop over and it was great.

Very disappointed in area feeling unsafe. Very close to I-40 you can hear road noise. This place is NOT golf cart friendly. We couldn’t use our own golf cart. This should be placed under amenities that no golf carts are allowed. I would never stay or book this one again!

It’s a good overnight stop. Campground was clean and quiet. The sites could use some leveling, but overall it was a good experience and served the purpose we had for our visit.

Been traveling for over 40 years and have stayed at campgrounds all over the US and NEVER had any tell me they do not take cash. The site we were given was super small and we were constantly stepping over the picnic table and two lawn chairs to get around. They can't do much about the noise level of the interstate just a stones throw away but perhaps plant some spruce trees to buffer the sound.

We only stayed one night and while the campground and site were adequate, the women’s bath house was closed for maintenance in the early morning hours. Easy checkin/checkout process which is great for early/late travelers.

It is not the usual KOA. It is good for a place to sleep. I was there for a conference in Greensboro, so I wasn’t looking for all the activities provided by the regular KOA.

Very mediocre experience. Asked to move our site. Told no openings, but there were many. The staff were not as friendly as we have come to enjoy from most all of the KOA's we stop at. And the price, for what we experienced, was very high at $100 for the night. Would only stay again if we had no other alternatives.

We had an overnight stay. The campground is convenient to the interstate and the check~in was seamless. Office staff was helpful, however, our “big rig” pull-thru site was far from level which made it impossible to level our coach even with the extra blocks I carry. Electric and water pressure is fine. Pool looked clean. The campground is old and tired and needs some updating.

We hobbled into the KOA after serious tire hub problems. Wendy, the person in charge, was so kind to help us get settled even though the office was closed. This truly was a safe port during our storm. Thank you!

Nice and clean, staff very friendly BUT for us the VERY NICE WELL MAINTAINED DOG PARK was a big plus for our 43 lb high energy dog. All camp grounds have dog parks. No question time and money was put on this dog parks. Thanks very much!

The grounds themselves appeared to be in order, but really it comes down to the front office staff who are apparently incapable of answering the phones (called 22 times in 2hrs) and even less capable of managing even a polite interaction let alone a friendly one. That level of disrespect for the customer is not worth recommending this location to anyone.

We were greeted by I think maybe the owners of the campground. They were very friendly. It's a small campground but very well kept.our sight was plenty big enough.so we had a drain problem. They actually brought us vinegar as we had bs. It worked. Very nice people.

To be completely honest when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant to book to say the least. But let me tell you my fear were completely unjustified. The staff was amazing and super friendly my quiet kids even talked to them which is just a credit to the amazing staff! The girls loved the playground and the train. And the noise level was already quiet I would stay again in a heartbeat beat! My littlest one has an early bedtime and I was worried about noise but once again that was never an issue. And the selection to do stuff around the area was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. I never leave reviews but with the tons of bad reviews I felt it was necessary to see the good. Also 99% of the bad comments are before they switch management! And let me once again tell you that they are amazing 10/10 would recommend ❤️
