Camp host not very friendly or accommodating.Too many rules compared to other koa. No alcohol. Cabin was clean. Bathrooms were neat and clean too! The checkin experience could have been friendlier. No military discount offered. Check in policy time was firm without exception, which after a day on the bike was a bit annoying and displayed lack of compassion. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was at Greensboro KOA for 7 months for work in the area. The staff was amazing! Very friendly. Knew me by name, always happy personalities with an upbeat and helpful vibe. The camp bathrooms and laundry were clean. The shower stalls are great size, and water flow is great! The grounds are good for walking or riding bikes with slight hills. Very easy in and out. Nice quiet park.

Great campground for an overnight stay while travelling. Very convenient, staff is very friendly, facilities are clean, sites on main row in the 20's are level, good connections. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The campground was clean and the team there was very helpful and friendly. The pool was down and there is not a lot of anything else going on at the campground for families.

After a long stressful day, we arrived at the Greensboro KOA to find a happy, helpful, generous, and welcoming group of people, with a fun gift bag. The staff here made my day!

The staff at the Greensboro campground were great place is very conveniently located, clean and quiet. Cancel that go back to Greensboro again but if I did, I definitely stay at this KOA.

The folks who work there are very nice and I would rate them 5 stars if it was an entry. As far as the park is concerned, you can see improvement work is ongoing, and appears successful. The pool was down, and had been since April, with no mention of that fact upon reservation, we were disappointed at checkin. No discounted price for the lack of pool, even though it’s their biggest amenity. JUN

I was very disappointed with my stay. Seems the pool has been out of service for a while. Yet then was no references on the web page. This seem to be a common practice with Koa sites.

Nice, clean campground, super easy to access on/off highway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had premium pull thru site, level and clean, good power and water connections.

We had a long term stay (7 nights) and wished our site was a bit bigger for the longer stay. It was very convenient as it’s right off the highway. The staff was very kind.

Everyone was so friendly when I went in to register. My wife was so excited when I handed her a goodie bag they gave me. That was the first time we had ever received a goodie bag & we both thought that was so special. Later my wife stopped in to get a KOA book both ladies were so nice to her.

The only down side was that the pool was closed. The people working at this KOA were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff of the KOA was great and the park was clean. Our original sight was very unlevel and they had to move us to another lot. If the campground had been full, we would have had a real problem.

My family and I have been staying at the exact same campground for the past 20 years. Over that 20 years we have always requested and been provided 2 sites side by side, except this time. When questioned the staff was not helpful acting very arrogant, even with both reservations requesting the adjoining sites. When we arrived there were 6 vacant sites on the same road as we were on.

I had read about the road noise but wasn't prepared for the volume at all. The trucks on Route 40 sound like they are coming right through your camper. Sites are extraordinarily narrow. You're right on top of your neighbors' sewer, and the sewer hookup is small and difficult to fit. The site just fit my 34 foot 5th wheel and truck. They advertise portable fire pits if you order wood. We didn't bother. The facilities are very clean, laundry is clean with 4 washers and 4 dryers with the store being attached so you can purchase quarters if you need to. No change machines. The staff is super friendly. After perusing the park I would suggest if you book here make sure to ask for sites 19-26 if possible for pull thru sites. They are further from the road.
