We requested a shaded site and were given a spot in ‘the parking lot’. There were still available shaded sites. The pool was not working; I’m questioning the progress of repairs based on the appearance of any lack of maintenance. This site also lacked some of the traditional ‘care’ of a KOA (e.g. trash pickup, an abundance of dog bag/drop stations, free coffee in AM, etc.).

I recently completed a 3 night stay over the 4th of July weekend. I had difficulty getting level,but staff quickly responded to insure I was able to stabilize my unit. When in the area, I won't hesitate to book a stay.

It’s unfortunate that the pool is not opened. The price is a little high. But the goody bag and the staff were amazing. We will come by in the return trip

Friendly & helpful staff. Site was easy to navigate to but a bit of a leveling challenge. This is understandable, since it’s a hilly terrain with lovely trees. Two side by side dog parks were shady, safe, clean. We did not access any amenities, but walking around park, noticed lots of fun activities available for kids and their adults.

This campground has really improved. We have family in Greensboro so we have stayed several times. They have made such nice changes. Wendy,the manager is amazing!!!! Flat sites with clean, raked gravel- nice mulch not messy grass, new fire pits! They even gave us a terrific welcome bag when we arrived. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

We stayed earlier in the week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The office staff (gentleman) was extremely pleasant and helpful. We pulled in on Sunday for a one night stay with another couple. The lady in the office was not near as nice as the other person we had experienced. There was a sewer odor so bad on Monday morning you could not sit outside to eat.

Nice staff. Loved the goodie bag. Nice campground, FHU, WiFi, air TV. The space between each site was not much. We were in Site #82 and the sites along the road below us looked a bit wider.

I'm disappointed that many of the sites aren't level. I had to reposition my RV after trying to level it the first time because the site was not even. I moved it back and found a better part of the site to level it. I still like your campsite because it is very convenient.

Just a overnight stay but the faculity was great. The staff was friendly and professional and I recommend this KOA hands down.

Nice park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Site was plenty large enough for our truck camper. Wish the pool had been open but all in all it was good. Laundry room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They were very accommodating to our guests that visited each day we were there. We really appreciate that!

Would have given a better rating but our breaker kept tripping when running multiple items (AC, TV, Lights and microwave). Tested same items running at home via our camper plug-in and no problems. May want to replace power breakers on the site we had.

We stayed one night on our travels home from Georgia. It was a great overnight stop. The site was spacious and didn't require that we unhook our towed vehicle to fit. The only problem was that the campground is close to a busy interstate so you could hear the traffic noise.

We stayed here for only one night just passing through on the way to OBX. We were greeted by friendliest of staff and the campground was well taken care of.

Nice KOA, well maintained and friendly staff. Only drawback is highway can be noisy.. but understood the roadside location before booking, all in all, I would stay here again.

First of all, I have never been more delighted than when we checked in and I was handed a gift bag!!! WOW! If that weren’t amazing enough, the shower pressure, temp, environment was better than home! Exceptional! Thanks for making our stay. Love KOA, but this one is special �

Camp host not very friendly or accommodating.Too many rules compared to other koa. No alcohol. Cabin was clean. Bathrooms were neat and clean too! The checkin experience could have been friendlier. No military discount offered. Check in policy time was firm without exception, which after a day on the bike was a bit annoying and displayed lack of compassion. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was at Greensboro KOA for 7 months for work in the area. The staff was amazing! Very friendly. Knew me by name, always happy personalities with an upbeat and helpful vibe. The camp bathrooms and laundry were clean. The shower stalls are great size, and water flow is great! The grounds are good for walking or riding bikes with slight hills. Very easy in and out. Nice quiet park.

Great campground for an overnight stay while travelling. Very convenient, staff is very friendly, facilities are clean, sites on main row in the 20's are level, good connections. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The campground was clean and the team there was very helpful and friendly. The pool was down and there is not a lot of anything else going on at the campground for families.

The staff at the Greensboro campground were great place is very conveniently located, clean and quiet. Cancel that go back to Greensboro again but if I did, I definitely stay at this KOA.

We were greeted by I think maybe the owners of the campground. They were very friendly. It's a small campground but very well kept.our sight was plenty big enough.so we had a drain problem. They actually brought us vinegar as we had bs. It worked. Very nice people.

To be completely honest when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant to book to say the least. But let me tell you my fear were completely unjustified. The staff was amazing and super friendly my quiet kids even talked to them which is just a credit to the amazing staff! The girls loved the playground and the train. And the noise level was already quiet I would stay again in a heartbeat beat! My littlest one has an early bedtime and I was worried about noise but once again that was never an issue. And the selection to do stuff around the area was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. I never leave reviews but with the tons of bad reviews I felt it was necessary to see the good. Also 99% of the bad comments are before they switch management! And let me once again tell you that they are amazing 10/10 would recommend ❤️
