Overpriced, not clean, dogs running around off leash, pools broken, may never stay at another KOA

Our stay was great! We were only there for one night! The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the campsites were very narrow. However, we arrived after dark so it might have made a difference had we arrived before dark. Loved how easy it was to get off the interstate and back on!

After Hurricane Helene, we had to reroute our planned stop in TN and found the Greensboro KOA. The camp site were clean and level, and the staff very friendly. Our only complaint was the fact that the Dog Park was all gravel, no grass, so our dogs did not like playing there.

They forgot to put our late arrival reservation paperwork outside for us so we had no idea where to park. No bathroom codes (we have a van camper) so no shower after a long day on the road. We called the posted manager phone 3 times with no response. We finally saw someone with a yellow shirt in the morning for codes. Otherwise if you don’t mind traffic noise it’s alright.

Stay here and explore Greensboro. A good jumping off spot to discovered Greensboro's attractions and restaurants. Our site was level and the park is well-maintained.

The camp hosts Suzanne and Brian were awesome. They were very helpful with any questions that we had.the sites are easy to get into and out of when we departed. The campground is clean and they were actively cleaning the sites of leaves. It is a great place to stay.

Couldn't get in my cabin because the key was locked inside. They eventually got me in and were apologetic. Told me they would discount my stay. Hasn't happened yet.

Very nice and well kept. WIFI was very strong and secure. Dog park was really good and shaded. All in all a wonderful respite.

Great location for a one night stay. Great staff. Phenomenal dog park. Some sites have slope that make it difficult to level. Recommend calling for site advice & paying lock-in fee.

The bathroom was not very nice and there was no hot water. Don’t tell me there’s plenty of hot water when there’s not. The campground itself was just OK.

Our normal south-bound journey was pre-planned to go through western NC; the hurricane had canceled our intended campsite. So, we looked for a substitute campground. But I did not do enough research regarding Greensboro KOA's proximity to I-40. Respectfully submitted.

We were greeted by your staff immediately upon arrival. Didn't get her name, but she was so friendly and very pleasant. Our accommodations were very nice, full hookups all amenities work great. Next time we'll request a longer pull through if available. Overall, we were very pleased and know we'll be back when we visit our friends again next year!

Nice stay! Convenient to I-40, very clean bathrooms and laundry, and a welcoming store. Easy pull thru sites.

We were only there for one night but the young man who checked us in and took us to our site was so nice. The campsite was clean and nice for a one night stay!

The couple running the office this weekend were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME… Make sure we were greeted with a beautiful smile and followed up to see if we needed anything. Great weekend with great hostess

So close to Freeway could read logos on trucks as they went by, extremely noisy, but it was only for a one night stop over. The campers behind us stayed up and partied past 1 am. After we left I called the manager and she apologized profusely.

Our site was perfectly level and easy to get in and out. The campground was clean and the staff couldn't be better. Very convenient to Greensboro. We've stayed there years ago and it was nice then too.

Very nice campgrounds. I arrived before 2pm check-in time and they charged me a $35 early check-in fee. I did not feel that was necessary. The camper next to me arrived a half hour before check-in time and was also charged the $35. I would not recommend getting there early. Staff was very friendly. Quiet park except for highway noise, but that never bothers us.

Pull thru site unlevel, unable to put our slideouts out. Was moved to more level site but unable to connect to sewage, to far away even with 2 hoses. Water was brown and had to run over and over again to clear it. Sound outside very loud from I 40. Unfortunately I have stayed in better KOA's

Nice place to stop while traveling on interstate 85. It is a bit loud with highway traffic from i40. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checked on us as soon as we arrived. The camp site and the grounds around the park were very clean and well kept. Restroom and showers were very clean as well. Great campground for a simple weekend stay!

Sites need upgrading, which seems to be under way. Bathrooms & Showers also need upgrading- clean but very old.

Amazing people we stopped on our way over night to Maine and back to Georgia both times was a pleasure. Some of the reviews were saying a lot on noise from the highway we never had a issue inside our camper and we liked the ease of getting off and back on the highway. If my travels ever take me that way again will definitely stay again.

We were greeted by I think maybe the owners of the campground. They were very friendly. It's a small campground but very well kept.our sight was plenty big enough.so we had a drain problem. They actually brought us vinegar as we had bs. It worked. Very nice people.

To be completely honest when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant to book to say the least. But let me tell you my fear were completely unjustified. The staff was amazing and super friendly my quiet kids even talked to them which is just a credit to the amazing staff! The girls loved the playground and the train. And the noise level was already quiet I would stay again in a heartbeat beat! My littlest one has an early bedtime and I was worried about noise but once again that was never an issue. And the selection to do stuff around the area was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. I never leave reviews but with the tons of bad reviews I felt it was necessary to see the good. Also 99% of the bad comments are before they switch management! And let me once again tell you that they are amazing 10/10 would recommend ❤️
