We use this KOA (just finished our sixth stay) for overnighting when traveling between Western and Eastern/Coastal North Carolina. The campground is very clean, has a friendly staff and nice dog park, and is easily accessed from I-40. Cannot comment on the bathhouse, as we do not use it. Traffic from I-40 can be loud, but it is to be expected based on proximity to I-40.

The campground was clean and our site was spacious enough for our large rig. The staff were friendly and the location is convenient!

Lot was very unlevel, and hot water in shower kept going in and out... I was really kinda disappointed, to be honest.

It's a great KOA journey, the Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stop and go and get some rest along your journy then this is the place.

Only stayed overnight, passing thru. staff was very friendly and helpful You do hear a lot of highway noise. Very close to I40. It wouldn’t be my first place to stay if was staying a week or more and looking for a quiet peaceful retreat. Passing thru thou no complaints

Great KOA. Stayed here several times heading west and back home. Super friendly and helpful. The host came out in the rain to help us when we arrived late in the dark. Always come back when we pass and need a place to stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Restrooms, showers, and other facilities are very clean and modern. Campground is easily accessed with a large RV.

Only negative is the water pipes/spigots need insulation for those below freezing nights

Campground has to many obstacles to be aware of when driving to site, large rocks, Railroad ties with nail heads sticking up and narrow roads. Maintenance needs to check site and utilities before guests check in. Electric didn't work when we arrived in the dark. Tech came out and repaired. Sites need better prep!

This was my first KOA experience and it was great from beginning to end. The staff were wonderful to work with and they made the entire process easy and great. I would definitely do this again.

Great overnight stay! Obviously it’s right off I40, so you’ll hear some traffic noise, but it’s super convenient! Very pleasant office staff. Clean campground. Website stated pool was under construction so no surprise & no reason for other reviews to rate poorly over that. We would �� stay here again if in the area! Thanks for a nice stay!

This park is well maintained, easily accessible in/out, and close to the freeway - a little too close. The site we were assigned was the least level we've seen in the several parks we've visited this season. It took extra time and effort to level the rig, but we managed. The park was okay for a short stop along the path to somewhere else.

Shower drains backed up 4” and stayed, had to step into toilet area to dress, cabin was dusty, sticky spots on floor, soiled rugs, however office worker was super nice but OPEN hours very restricted

Just an overnight stay to get some sleep. Every time we are traveling through the area we stay at Greensboro KOA. At least twice a year. We enjoy the campground and hosts, hosts are always friendly and welcoming. Once we were here for a weekend. Our stay was fine. Sites were a good size. Gravel was nice on the sites. We have been some KOA’s that needed more gravel to keep dirt/mud out of campers.

Was only for 1 nite. Space was long enough to not have to unhook tow vehicle. Front office was very friendly and informed. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close to everything! Front Desk was friendly and the area, no issues. Even the highway sound close by was of no bother.

The lady in the office, Diane, was very accommodating. Our site was not appropriate for a 40 ft Super C coach that needed blocks under the front wheels for leveling. We could hear the traffic noise from the highway. The area for the picnic table was unsatisfactory. Our table was too close to the neighbor's sewer hook up and was unpleasant to use. As such, we did not have a good experience.

We were greeted by I think maybe the owners of the campground. They were very friendly. It's a small campground but very well kept.our sight was plenty big enough.so we had a drain problem. They actually brought us vinegar as we had bs. It worked. Very nice people.

To be completely honest when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant to book to say the least. But let me tell you my fear were completely unjustified. The staff was amazing and super friendly my quiet kids even talked to them which is just a credit to the amazing staff! The girls loved the playground and the train. And the noise level was already quiet I would stay again in a heartbeat beat! My littlest one has an early bedtime and I was worried about noise but once again that was never an issue. And the selection to do stuff around the area was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. I never leave reviews but with the tons of bad reviews I felt it was necessary to see the good. Also 99% of the bad comments are before they switch management! And let me once again tell you that they are amazing 10/10 would recommend ❤️
