We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would say is that it would be a lot better with shade in the hot summer months.

The location was easy to find and there was no problem driving my 45' rig within the park. Site 29 had a hump in the middle, where my rear tires were located, and this required leveling the rig. There is no shade available for most of the park, and by the looks of it, no plans to add trees for shade. The bathrooms & laundry were clean. It would have been nice to know the restaurant was closed.

Easy to reserve staff was helpful when we had to reschedule. Beautiful camp facilities, arranged for easy access and was extremely clean facility.

Everything was great, except they need to empty the dog poop station. We have been here for 5 days & it hasn't been emptied 1 time. Everything else was great.

We enjoyed the spacious sites and unique theme, but the customer service ruined our stay. The front desk employee was rude, insulting, and later made quiet comments under their breath that my wife and I both heard. The mini golf was fun but overpriced, especially since many KOAs include it for free. Great campground, poor customer service. Passing on this one next time.

The I-64 Grayville Illinois is hands down the best campgrounds we have ever stayed with. Management is great the staff is super nice and very accommodating. Their appreciation for us veterans is the best I have seen. Bath houses are kept up and very clean and there is plenty to do with the kiddos. All in all I highly recommend this KOA.

Easy check-in, we were far enough away from interstate you couldn’t hear traffic. The campground was great! Putt putt golf, playground, restaurant, store, everything was great

Although it appeared you offered a lot of things to do, almost everything costs extra. I believe the only "included " things were the playground and horseshoes and I would never expect to pay extra for those anywhere. So our extended family chose to entertain ourselves with our own games. It is a quiet area with decent bathrooms/showers and fine for an overnight, but would not stay longer.

It was truly terrible. We have stayed at hundreds of KOAs all across America. The theme is the only decent thing, everything else is truly awful from staff, to layout, bathhouses, all of it. Highly recommend that it be avoided.

This is a delightful campground! We were wishing that our grandkids could have been with us! Thank you for your friendly help with our late arrival, and for a clean and comfortable stay!

We came on a Monday looking forward to going to the onsite restaurant, that wasn’t open, as were other places like the saloon and ice cream parlor, plus a few other places; it was basically a ghost town, no pun intended, however, the campground was very nice, and would love to come back when everything is open.

The facilities are so clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and so helpful. There was a tornado warning that night, but they had already warned us that it was likely and told us where the safe place was. When we later ended up there, it was fun to get to know the other campers.

We love staying at the Grayville KOA. We enjoy the on site restaurant. I wish they had a pool. Adults have no way to cool off in the summer heat.

Water faucet leaked after numerous tries to fix the leak we notified the office and they said the person who had the site before had reported it but it did not get fixed. She said they would send maintenance over to look at it and not one showed. The bathrooms and shower facilities are woefully inadequate for the number of spaces. All bathrooms are locked when the camp store is closed.

Lovely KOA Park, with more guest amenities than any KOA park we've stayed. Super family friendly and a place we'll always choose as we travel from the East Coast to the West Coast from North Carolina.

We always love staying here. It's a stop-over for us as we head out on our travels west from Kentucky. Everything is so pretty and groomed and welcoming. I was surprised this time at how bad the side to side slope was at our site, though. I'm glad I had extra blocks. I could see another unit by us was worse. Just out of character. Everything else was perfect.

We travel in a 42' Motorhome towing a vehicle. We stopped at our KOA for the night. We booked a deluxe pull through and after stopping enjoyed "happy hour" on a rocking couch set in our site. Your location has a nice fenced dog park for our 95 pound beast. Thanks for the smooth stay. My only suggestion is to make a BIGGER koa sign at the turn. Safe Travels!

Wonderful! Love the rec room for when it’s hot outside, the playground was super fun! Smokin pig was delicious. Koa employees in the ice cream parlor were kind and helpful.

Very nice amenities! We enjoyed the game room and the shooting range is very nice. The playground and mini golf are also way above average. Restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday so we didn't get to try it. Super long sites! Would stay again!

Nice roomy lots. The staff was very helpful with some issues we incurred with our motor home. The onsite restaurant was very good.the grounds and facilities are pristine. Probably the nicest KOA we’ve ever visited and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We really enjoyed staying here! Whether you are passing by for a stay or just needing something to do or place to camp, this is the place. Putt Putt course is awesome and challenging to all. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff friendly! The RV spots were spacious and well kept, very easy to maneuver in a big rig and trailer (60+ft). Very easy to get to right off the interstate with some other business near by that we rode our bikes too. There's a restaurant on site and a shooting gallery, a wonderful playground and activities for the kids. I think if this place put in some arcade games or pool table for those super hot days for fun indoors, this would be a hard place to beat. I know a pool or splash pad would be awesome but pricey to add, but theybhave the space for it. Honestly they could even do a small water park and give campers a free day use and charge the public and campers additional days as this KOA is one of my favorites. Oh bring the bug repellent, there are low lands to the south by the truck stops and you'll be on the buffet.

The ice cream shop and play areas are adorable. Staff was friendly. Good was subpar but I'm sure I'll give them another shot.

Nice campground, easy reservation and check in. We had a very long (maybe +85 ft) level gravel pull through with FH. Looks like a new park so no real shade. Laundry and private bathrooms are modern and clean. Good WiFi and decent cell service on T Mobile. Small store, ice cream parlor and restaurant/ bar, western theme park. Lunch at restaurant was above average. Close to interstate but far enough so no noise. Nice playground for the kids.
