Right off I-80 Interstate your Exit is #318, turn south and you will hit a gravel road and about 10 yards off the pavement you will see our sign! That is where you turn to come into the park. Please be sure to check-in with the Office/Store staff!

In the summer, come and enjoy our pool, recreation room, and HUGE jump pad! We are also close to Grand Island and Hastings, Nebraska. Both towns have lots of fun things to do and see: great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, breweries, museums, and lots of local history to check out! If you have any questions, just ask. The Fieldhouse is a 70,000 square foot indoor recreational facility which features indoor turf, three batting cages, four volleyball courts, two basketball courts, meeting rooms, and an indoor playground. Activities include leagues, tournaments, and rentals for birthday parties, volleyball, soccer, flag football, basketball, baseball, softball, and much more.
Mormon Island recreation area is a great place to, kayak, go fishing, and go swimming.

Heartland Public Shooting Park. The Heartland Public Shooting Park consists of 420 acres of land. Improvements to the site include six skeet ranges, eight trap ranges, a ten station sporting clay course, rifle and pistol ranges, a seven acre lake, RV campground and archery venue. The facility has been developed using over 1.2 million dollars of private funds along with city dollars. The development and operation of Heartland Public Shooting Park is based on a public/private partnership. Volunteers play a major role in the operation of the facility.
The LASER SHOT Shooting Simulator is a new addition starting in late July 2024! LASER SHOT is a global leader in virtual shooting technology and we are SO impressed with the realism of the software and dry firearms!! It allows any shooter - from beginner to advanced - to experience a variety of training applications for hunting and practical shooting, as well as recreational software such as Zombies or Pirate Ship for everyone. This is an awesome tool to practice and safely improve your firearm skills, with realistic weapons, no live ammo - and have fun doing it!
