We love this KOA. It is one of our favorites. The staff is unbelievably helpful and nice....like family! I understand for the betterment of the campground, prices will increase. Unfortunately the fact that prices have doubled in the last couple of years, we may have to reconsider some future stays. I am very sorry to have to say this. We love the KOA and the location.

This KOA is one of the best in which I've stayed. It is in a beautiful location (lots of trees and grass), and accommodates plenty of pull thrus, while perfectly mixing in family and kids activities. Also they have a large, helpful staff.

Our entire camping experience was outstanding. From the warm friendly greeting when we checked in, to the escort who lead us to our campsite, and all the waves, smiles from each and every staff member we encountered. The campground was well maintained and offered a lot of activities. We've already made our reservation for next year and looking forward to returning.

Friendly staff. Plenty of things for the kiddos to do. Warm & clean pool. Clean bathhouse. Decent size lots. Some things like the putt-putt were a bit outdated but still usable and we had fun. If we were to come back to the Gaylord area, we would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff, very clean campground, we stayed on site 113 which was a large site, some shade, full hook-up, private and quiet. We would stay again in a similar site.

All was great other than the dog that kept barking near our site and the dust from the roads in and around the campground. We love the location and activities available, just were disappointed about the fact that the campground cannot talk to people whose dog keeps barking, even with its owner right there. The dust is terrible too.

The staff were incredible. So many amenities and things to do for the children. They never got bored. The fact that we didn't have to pay extra for every single little thing was a bonus. Only downfall which isn't really a complaint is the firewood they had burned too quickly. We went through a bundle in about half an hour maybe less. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back

It was cold! Funny how the mosquitoes were still buzzing around. Lee and I felt vet welcomed. We would definitely say your staff in all categories were the friendliest we have a dealt with. Thank you.

This park is the best park we've ever been to. It's a hidden gem with large well maintained sites, clean showers and restrooms and excellent staff. We will definitely go back!

Stayed 2 nights. Night check in was easy and well marked. Site was large and clean. Staff were very friendly. Didn't have time to use or see the amenities but will go back for a longer stay!

Great campground, quiet but still close enough to town. Could use 1 or 2 more pet stations for doggie doo. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Reserved a site for one night as we were passing thru. Was very accommodating for our size as we would need to pullout the next day. The staff was very friendly and had an escort to our site. Would definitely stop again and spend a night or more.

Bref séjour d’une nuit seulement car nous étions en transit vers une autre destination. Douches très propres, endroit tranquille que j’ai bien aimé surtout à cause des beaux arbres et la propreté, les sites éloignés, etc.

Friendly staff. Clean shower/restroom facilities. Level sites with mature trees. A peaceful way to enjoy fall in Northern Michigan. Thank you, Tracy, for assisting with our reservation for the perfect spot!
