We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was FANTASTIC! We had the best camping experience all around! Everyone was very kind and accommodating! The only thing I’d recommend is having grilling tools in the deluxe cabins. Loved our entire stay!

What a wonderful little campground! The A-frame cabin we stayed in was beautiful and offered the perfect amount of space. We really enjoyed the activities. And the people working there are phenomenal - so welcoming and so helpful!

Great place to stay-friendly and helpful staff. Great location to take 'day trips' during the up-north-Michigan fall foliage, while able to return to campfires and our cottage in the evenings. Close to Tunnel of Trees, Traverse City, Boyne Mountain, etc... Would definitely stay here again.

Deluxe cabin was fabulous, had everything we needed and was spotless. Appreciated that all linens were included in the cost. Campground is clean, laid out perfectly and run with kindness. Will definitely recommend!

Fantastic campground! Stayed in the new deluxe cabins and it was perfect! We’ve stayed in the rustic cabins prior and let’s just say we found our new cabin. My family of 6 plus dog (cocker) had plenty of space to spread out. Campground had a lot of activities to keep everyone busy and having fun. Staff was really friendly and always helpful!

We enjoyed our stay in the larger cabin. The pots/pans, utensils, etc. that were there were a good variety. Liked the bedding all packaged and clean along with the bath towels. We walked the campgrounds but didn't used the bathhouse or pool, playground etc. I would recommend that you clean/dust the ceiling fans in the unit we were in. Other than that everything was great. Hope to see you again.

Wonderful stay. We had stayed twice a couple years ago but this time we really noticed how clean the cabin was, bathrooms spotless, and overall loved the stay.

Booked a last-minute trip with my son for the weekend. It turned out to be great. There was so much to do and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the facility and the way it was managed.

We have been coming to this campground for years with our family. We bring our kids and grand kids here every year. The grand kids continue to not want to leave and ask repeatedly, when are we coming back again? My husband and I give this KOA Team high KUDOS for really knowing how to make camping fun and memorable for all ages. There really is something to do for everyone.

My dog and I came for a few days as a change of pace. I'm grateful that you allow pets in cabins. This was our 3rd stay at your park. Love everything about it. I must say that cabin DK-21 might be better with a futon in the main room. The bed in there doesn't leave much room to maneuver. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thank you

The staff are more accommodating than any other place. I have been. They were friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. We did our family reunion there and everybody said it’s very clean very organized and very friendly.

Staff was friendly. Upon arrival to cabin it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat was loose. Spiders in bathroom. Hair on toilet, on counter and in shower. Beds were the most uncomfortable thing we've ever slept on. Ended up leaving early because it was so bad. Pool was cold and dirty. Man smoking cigar next to pool so we had to leave. Doors didn't lock right in cabin. Worst stay ever.

Best KOA I have ever been to! Everyone at the KOA were so nice and helpful. So many fun activities for the kids. We had an amazing camping trip at this KOA in Gaylord.

Cabin was what I expected. Should have had enough towels and wash rags for everyone staying in cabins but the problem was satisfactorly taken care of wgen I called the office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

It’s a very quaint campground. Lots of activities for the kids to do, and the deluxe cabin was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be coming back here.

The staff was absolutely amazing very friendly and the whole campground was very nice and clean and felt very safe. We had an emergency come so we couldn’t stay the second night and I was refunded which was so appreciated. I would definitely stay with you guys over and over.

It was very disappointing. I picked the cabin that we had because of the futon bed. My husband has back issues and I thought he could sit on it and read and then sleep. Also your website says pots and pans, not so and no kitchen utensils. We like to read and relax and had only HARD wooden chairs to sit on. We were told the cabin had been up graded. It should have been on your website.

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.

We have been here about three times and enjoy it every time. We always go in the fall and rent a simple cabin with our kids and dog. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the camp store has all kinds of great things in it! They have themed weekends all year i think. We always participate in Fall-o-ween. I recommend!!
