The staff upon arriving very helpful and welcoming. Very good location to golf, shopping ECT. Our site nice length, shaded, needed fill in gravel for drainage very low never dries out and can't use fire pit Two sites over barking dog late evenings after quiet time( reported) but it continued and 6:00 am tied up both dogs outside entire day while couple stayed inside. We will return

Perfect except for the handicapped low toilet, and the inability of a wheelchair bound person to access the restroom. (No ramp, just a warning to watch your step as there is a step up to the restroom and not a ramp for wheelchairs.). But other than that it’s a great koa.

We had a Great time visiting Michigan and staying at the Gaylord KOA campground The staff was very kind and helpful. The campsite,s are big and spacious for any size rig that you might have. The only thing that I seen that needed improvements were the campground was a little dated in some aspects. I would recommend and I will be going back.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The absolute nicest people work here. Campground is clean, and well maintained. Fun events for the kids (they never want to leave). Favorite campground so far, like a home away from home.

The only thing is that the boards need to replaced on some of the picnic tables...otherwise our stay was great!

Beautiful campground. Facilities were spotless, and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We have stayed at KOAs all over the Country and this Campground is one of best.

We stay here often en route to visit family. The grounds are always clean and groomed.The staff is friendly and helpful and always accommodating. We’ve referred this KOA to friends and they were not disappointed.

We have been coming to this KOA since 2020 and have enjoyed every moment. When you’re on vacation and need firewood just text them and boom your firewood is delivered right to your site. I was having trouble getting the firewood to light and an employee let us use a leaf blower to add more airflow. Excellent staff at this KOA 2 thumbs up

We were only at the Campground for 4 days. The staff were so very polite, helpful and engaged in their jobs, we were very impressed. Clean, well maintained and managed. All kinds of activities for the kids to participate in.

We have stayed at many KOAs around the country. The Gaylord KOA was among the best for facilities and general campground. However, the staff at the Gaylord KOA was the very best we have ever seen at any of the parks, bar none. The customer service is above all others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We picked a spot away from the kid centered area and it was very quiet. Trees aplenty. Do wish they had more ground cover to cut back on sand and that the pool was a bit warmer.

It was relaxing. Tracy and Randy was very accommodating considering our circumstances. We stayed for a whole week. Kids all had fun doing the activities that Victoria and Daniel are doing. Aleasha and Allen are great. Everyone was doing a terrific job. Thanks a million to the Gaylord KOA.

Nice and peaceful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Well setup campground. I think we will make this a yearly stay if not more. We will be back.

Our hosts Tracy and Randy (although not the owners) are outgoing and very hands on. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Our site was very roomy and all utilities were convenient in terms of proximity to our RV. Have already made reservations for our next stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the things in the park for kids to do were great. Playgrounds, ladder ball, gaga ball, jumping pillow, corn hole , swimming pool , bikes, and mini golf. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. We will be back for sure!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The dirt driveway made it very dusty and dirty. The site was a nice size and had a number of trees so it was fairly private.

This is our second time at this KOA. The first was four years ago in a cabin and this year with our own trailer. We just love this campground. It is shaded, quiet and just peaceful to be in. There is plenty of help roaming around the campground all day so if you need anything you are able to track down someone on a golf cart. We will be back!

Having stayed at Gaylord KOA several times in previous years we had become frustrated with the operations of the park. This is the second year that we have stayed since Tracy and Randy came on board. This park is 100% improved under their leadership. Great staff with great attitudes plus park maintenance and appearance is amazing. We have already made reservations to return. A+ for them and staff.

We were not there for very long because we were just passing through but the stay was perfect! The site was roomy, clean and I felt very safe!! Staff were kind, patient and very accommodating!! Loved it!!!

We spent four nights recently, together with my daughter and family. It was a very enjoyable stay, with lots of activities for our grandson. The campground was quiet, the washrooms and pool area were both clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning in future. Great job, guys!

I went up with a buddy we rode our motorcycles from Cincinnati and stayed in a deluxe cabin. I can't say enough this place is awesome

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.

We have been here about three times and enjoy it every time. We always go in the fall and rent a simple cabin with our kids and dog. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the camp store has all kinds of great things in it! They have themed weekends all year i think. We always participate in Fall-o-ween. I recommend!!
