The sites are set in a way allowing space for campers and not uncomfortably close to each other. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Great camp! Lots of free activities, bikes, pool, bounce pillow, warm bathrooms and strong water pressure showers. Clean laundry room & plenty of other activities too! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and we loved it all!

The Gaylord KAO is a clean ,very well maintained park. Sites are large enough for big rigs. Staff is very friendly and informative about the area. There are many activities planned for children. We would definitely recommend this park to people travelling in the area, and also those with young children.

The camp people were great to talk to. I know that they had to deal with two major storms to clean up after. But for the 8 days that we were there, they really didn’t do much to clean up camp sites. I was not sure if they were understaffed but they need to clean it up. We have stayed there many years, and I hope they can bring it back. Right now I would have a hard time recommending.

It definitely needs work. Our site was a mess. Not mowed, the ground was not raked or cleaned up of sticks so much so it was hard to walk around. The campground says it has cable it does not. The put put area was also not cleared of debris. For the cost it was definitely not a well kept park. We have stayed at several KOA campgrounds and this one comes in last place.

Good stay at Gaylord Holiday again . We'll be back in July. Campground looked great after the ice storm. Easy to see lots of hard work has gone on and continuing to have everything available for incoming campers. Thank you all for your dedication.

My husband works occasionally at Otsego Hospital and we like taking our camper and staying here. It's always a pleasant experience and the staff is always nice and helpful. The facilities are always clean and in good shape. We had a problem with the power this time but within an hour they had replaced the bad breaker and got us power again. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoy the Gaylord KOA. We love the location. So much in the area to see and do. We are golfers, and there are so many beautiful ones here. The campground has always been clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We’ve got reservations for Labor Day! See you then.

This campground was hit very hard by the late March ice storm and the crew was still working hard to making camping possible and safe for the incoming campers. But even with the task at hand, everyone, from the women in the office, to the employees we encountered outside, everyone was very friendly and helpful with whatever was needed. We'll certainly stay there again in the future.

We got to the park after the office closed and we were parked outside the office trying to find another park that was open when the Activities Director came out and asked us if we needed anything. We told him we needed a site for one night, so he opened the office and got us a site for the night. Great Service!

Our 2024 truck lost power, camper in tow, on a local road, and we were towed to Gaylord KOA. Not only did the staff there find us a site, but they were extra attentive in view of our situation. The park itself was immaculate. As we were stranded, we took advantage of the laundry facilities and camp store, that are normally not in our plans. Can't say enough about this location and the staff A++

The staff was exceptional, kind and addressed all my needs. The location was picturesque. The amenities were fantastic with everything needed for a family to stay engaged as well as clean, perfect home away from home. They have bounce pads, recumbent bikes, mining activities, playgrounds, a swimming pool and hiking/biking paths. Great showers and clean laundry facilities. Could not ask for more.

Very nice campground. Lots of trees and very well kept. Staff was wonderful and very helpful when we had health issues and needed a later checkout. We will definitely go back.

Was a relaxing , enjoyable and great stay as always. Tracy and Randy were great. Melissa checked us in she was great. Jessie was great also. Aleasha and Allen was also great. They all did a great job. Tracy and Randy were exceptionally great hosts. Love everyone there

We had a great time during our stay. The kids (age 6 and 8) enjoyed the activities. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept.

Owners and employees are extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Bath house, laundry and pool areas were spotless. Kids had so much fun with the activities! Overall, a great campground!

Great place to camp! We had lot #26 and it's the best! This is one of the only sites that has real privacy. There are trees and shade here and it sets you apart from the rest of the camp. It's a 2 min walk to restrooms and shower. Bathrooms are temp controlled and very clean. We love the layout of the park. It's quiet and peaceful. No loud parties or rude neighbors. We walked around the park to see all the amenities. The pool is clean and big. They have an in ground "pillow" for bouncing (adults & kids) and it's so fun! There is a playground for the kids. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. We selected 30 amp service and they have sewer & water on our pull thru lot. They sell wood for camp fires, you can't bring your own (to prevent insect contamination). The cabins are neat & clean, there are 2 different types. But all visitors have to register at the front & pay a $6 "visitors fee". That keeps others out, if they aren't staying here. Nice safety feature. We recommend!
