We have been staying at the Gaylord KOA for many years and even though they are now under new ownership, they were very welcoming. We had an issue with the water and water heater in our cabin and were pleased that the staff took care of the matter immediately. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly. We look forward to staying at the Gaylord KOA again next year.

Loved our stay, only thing would be a mini fridge and microwave having kids with you, they are always hungry. Food gets wet in coolers no matter how tight you wrap it. It would be a huge convenience for people. Other then that, Had a great time love having trees around. I’ve camped where it open no trees. That’s not good. Thank you for a great weekend !

This place is awesome! A lot of activities for the kids, the store is well stocked incase you forget some essentials and the park and facilities are so clean!

We were a bit disappointed with the recreation options available--in the "arcade", most of the games were not working, the pool was small and had limited hours and the pet exercise area was very small. That being said, we enjoyed our Kabin, although it was a bit cramped with 4 of us plus a dog in there. We had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink and the queen size bed was old and noisy.

Our stay was great, the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would have done differently is the cabin had a smell of not being cleaned very well. Other than that everything was fabulous

The amenities were great but I specifically booked a non corner cabin and even called to do so. The cabin was given to someone despite me calling and reserving this specific cabin leaving us with the corner cabin that of course was too much traffic and no privacy for me and my kids. When addressed, the staff simply did not care or attempt to accommodate.

It was amazing. The staff and new owners are wonderful. My grandson doesn't talk alot he was born vocal for 3 years. The entire time we were there he talked with them . This was our first stay there bc I wasn't sure how he would handle it. We will see back we drove from Tennessee and will do it again to stay there. Planning another stay this year before they close.

A little too cramped and a lot of noise at night for our liking…we prefer more rustic settings but for those that prefer the added amenities and busy-ness, I’m sure this is a great option.

Everything our family wanted in a casual vacation spot. Plenty of things to do for the teens in the group. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely consider returning.

New management is a positive improvement for 2022. I felt like an adult this year. Price increase for camping are a little to much. Thank you, KAO for your hospitality.

We spent one night in the premium cabin and were quite comfortable. Only thing we would have liked would have been a mini fridge and a water spigot nearby other than walking to the laundry room.

Absolutely the best time ever! Quiet and clean cabin. The lady that checked us in was wonderful. The shower heads were perfect. Only recommendation, please put a small garbage in each shower. Thank you for fun activities and a great place to stay.

Liked all the activities there for families to enjoy. Our kids really enjoyed the sifting for gems! We enjoyed the pool too. Thank you, staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

We love this campground! Our boys loved the basketball trampoline and I liked that the bikes and putt-putt were free! The staff were all super kind and always had a smile on their faces.

We paid extra for a cabin with a tv and the cable was out both nights that we stayed. The staff and everyone in the town were rude and unwelcoming.

Our family had an amazing time at the Gaylord KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have been coming to the Gaylord KOA for years with our kids and their families. So much to do for everyone, at all ages. It is just a great place to come and hang out with family.

We stayed in camping cabin D22. Everything was great except the queen size bed needs to be replaced. You rolled to the middle and the box springs made a loud noise every time you turned over or sat on it. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

I’ve stayed at other koas and this is missing the luster. It needs updating. Bathrooms especially. More activities for the kids and have someone cleaning the pool more often. It was gross.

We've stayed at this KOA multiple times for baseball tournaments. This stay was AMAZING! The staff was so helpful and friendly to everyone, kids up to adults. The new owners made some much welcome changes, such as including all amenities in the stay without having to pay a separate fee for some. Would highly recommend for families.
