Absolutely loved staying there they are extremely friendly they were helpful it was clean in the cabin the bathrooms they found my autistic sons Pokémon cards and even offered to mail them back I couldn’t say enough about the stay the staff was incredible quick responses by email I can’t wait to go back next year better then any hotel stay Tracey definitely went above and beyond Thank you

I had a great time this year. I do this trip every year so I can attend the Michigan Firefighters Memorial Weekend activities. I normally stay in the Deluxe Cabin, however pricing did not allow for that option this year.(Sad to see the Deluxe Cabins were empty this weekend). The entire staff were great to work with and as always the campground was well maintained, and clean. See you next yea

It rained while we was there, and there wasn't a rug inside the cabin to wipe your feet on. The freezer portion of the mini refrigerator needed to be defrosted it was dripping water. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Lots of activities available over the Labor Day Weekend for campers to participate in if they were at the KoA and available. Look forward to staying here again in the future!!

This is the 10th year our family (19 of us) have camped here for Labor Day! It is very family friendly and there are so many activities for children! This KOA is a real gem! Shout out to Elizabeth and her staff!

All the activities were arranged so close to each other, that it was easy for me to keep an eye on both kids as they played in the pool, on the jump pad, at the playground and more! Kids were busy and active and worn out by the end of each day, but this Mama wasn't worn out! LOL

Another amazing trip. The new updates to the campground were great to use, kids especially loved the jump pillow. Great deal on a bucket of wood and great positivity from all the staff. Don't see why we won't be back next year!

Had a great time at Gaylord KOA! Stayed in Deluxe Cabin, which was great - spacious deck, nice grill & main bedroom was really nice. Bunk room was a really tight squeeze! Also would like to have hooks/pegs to hang things on throughout the cabin. Quiet & very clean campground. Nice laundry, large pool with view of the forest and free activities such as mini golf. Would stay here again!

We had a terrific stay. The staff was absolutely amazing! Deluxe cabin was better than described! Kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, glasses, plates, coffee pot, gas grill, full size fridge, induction stove with pans (we did not use but loved the option), can opener, etc.

My family and I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We had a great time and the park was clean and quiet. We got directions to different things we could do during our stay and stores that were close by should we need them. Overall great experience and hope to come back soon.

The cabin was nice, we stay in a lot of rustic cabins, this is the only one we didn’t have a refrigerator and water outside.

I went up with a buddy we rode our motorcycles from Cincinnati and stayed in a deluxe cabin. I can't say enough this place is awesome

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.

We have been here about three times and enjoy it every time. We always go in the fall and rent a simple cabin with our kids and dog. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the camp store has all kinds of great things in it! They have themed weekends all year i think. We always participate in Fall-o-ween. I recommend!!
