Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults. We would definitely stay with them again! are hoping to go back again soon

Cabin was what I expected. Should have had enough towels and wash rags for everyone staying in cabins but the problem was satisfactorly taken care of wgen I called the office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

This campground is very accommodating and well run. We have stayed here many times in the past few years and always enjoy the time. We encourage people to give them a visit.

It’s a very quaint campground. Lots of activities for the kids to do, and the deluxe cabin was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be coming back here.

The staff was absolutely amazing very friendly and the whole campground was very nice and clean and felt very safe. We had an emergency come so we couldn’t stay the second night and I was refunded which was so appreciated. I would definitely stay with you guys over and over.

Great camp! Lots of free activities, bikes, pool, bounce pillow, warm bathrooms and strong water pressure showers. Clean laundry room & plenty of other activities too! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and we loved it all!

The Gaylord KAO is a clean ,very well maintained park. Sites are large enough for big rigs. Staff is very friendly and informative about the area. There are many activities planned for children. We would definitely recommend this park to people travelling in the area, and also those with young children.

The camp people were great to talk to. I know that they had to deal with two major storms to clean up after. But for the 8 days that we were there, they really didn’t do much to clean up camp sites. I was not sure if they were understaffed but they need to clean it up. We have stayed there many years, and I hope they can bring it back. Right now I would have a hard time recommending.

It definitely needs work. Our site was a mess. Not mowed, the ground was not raked or cleaned up of sticks so much so it was hard to walk around. The campground says it has cable it does not. The put put area was also not cleared of debris. For the cost it was definitely not a well kept park. We have stayed at several KOA campgrounds and this one comes in last place.

Good stay at Gaylord Holiday again . We'll be back in July. Campground looked great after the ice storm. Easy to see lots of hard work has gone on and continuing to have everything available for incoming campers. Thank you all for your dedication.

My husband works occasionally at Otsego Hospital and we like taking our camper and staying here. It's always a pleasant experience and the staff is always nice and helpful. The facilities are always clean and in good shape. We had a problem with the power this time but within an hour they had replaced the bad breaker and got us power again. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoy the Gaylord KOA. We love the location. So much in the area to see and do. We are golfers, and there are so many beautiful ones here. The campground has always been clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We’ve got reservations for Labor Day! See you then.

This campground was hit very hard by the late March ice storm and the crew was still working hard to making camping possible and safe for the incoming campers. But even with the task at hand, everyone, from the women in the office, to the employees we encountered outside, everyone was very friendly and helpful with whatever was needed. We'll certainly stay there again in the future.

We got to the park after the office closed and we were parked outside the office trying to find another park that was open when the Activities Director came out and asked us if we needed anything. We told him we needed a site for one night, so he opened the office and got us a site for the night. Great Service!

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They escort you to site and deliver firewood. Jesse realized I forgot fire starter. Many activities for children. Quiet relaxing stay. Location is very quiet but not far from highway and restaurants. Im glad I stopped here. Really didn't want to leave. Definitely a place I will return to.

I went up with a buddy we rode our motorcycles from Cincinnati and stayed in a deluxe cabin. I can't say enough this place is awesome

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.
