Friendly and helpful staff, nice new rain shower heads in bathhouse. I have been coming here 7 times since 2016. Gaylord KOA is one of my favorite.

We just had a great stay for 9 days at Gaylord KOA. Great park. Great workers. Level campsites. Just one down side for my wife and I. The showers!!! Very small and tiny. Built more for kids. 6 stalls I believe which all shared the same drain. Just not what we are use to. Down side for us for sure. Thank you.

Very clean and well maintained. Large staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring Northern Michigan. A fit for every size rv, and the tent sites aren't an afterthought like most private campgrounds.

Very nice park with big sites. The best wifi we have ever experienced at a campground. We had power issues at our pedestal at numerous sites and finally ended up running on 30 amps instead of 50. That is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars

Loved the on site camper repair man. He was a god sent. We were without a working hot water heater and he fixed it ! Super convenient.

This was a convenient overnight stay for us on our way to the UP. It is easy to make reservations and the office is well organized and ready to assist you getting parked in your site.

We enjoyed the amenities and staying in the deluxe cabin! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very clean place with so much to do! We'll be back to stay next year during Big Ticket Festival again! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

This is our second visit this season and we can't say enough good things about this KOA. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are well maintained and the sites are great. I would like to see an 'adult only swim' available in the evenings but beyond that this KOA gets a perfect score!

Everything was great until I used the laundromat. Floors were dirty. The sink, washers and dryers were all dirty and needed a good cleaning. Dryers were packed with link and I had to wipe out the washer and dryer before using.

It was our first ever camping trip since purchasing our first camper (1999 5th wheel). My wife and I and our 3 boys had a ball! The thunderstorm and hail was definitely a surprise though! Would definitely camp at the Gaylord KOA again!

Very nice park. Had site 110 in the wheel. Lots of room. Full service was good. Defiantly would stay again and recommend.

Your KOA was extremely clean. The sites are all cleaned and raked when someone leaves before the next camper pulled in. The bathrooms were clean and I loved the ledge with large mirror and plugs which made it easy to blow dry my hair and not be in anyone's way at the sinks. Everyone was super nice in the office and very helpful with information about the area.

By far one of the best KOA campgrounds we have stayed at!! The campsites were large and well maintained, single row sites so neighbors on side but not behind. And a shout out to the STAFF! They were friendly, polite and VERY efficient! With a special shout out to MARTHA, one of the friendliest office staff I have met so far!!!

Very nice campground with lots of shade trees! All facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was great. The campground's location makes it easy to take a day trip to Mackinaw, Mackinac Island, Traverse City, or Petoski. We would definitely stay at this campground again!

Very nice stay, very clean and friendly staff. I would def stay again. Some improvements- I would like to see more activities planned for the kids as well as a camp store with a snack bar would be nice.

We stayed in a cabin and it did have a fridge but no sink where we could wash dishes which was hard. The beds are just not comfortable at all, but the cabin itself is very nice and clean. Staff was excellent.

My wife and I have stayed at The Gaylord KOA Holiday about 10 times. We are senior....senior citizens �, but hope � to be around long enough to stay another 10.

Loved our 3 night stay at Gaylord KOA!!! We were given the warmest welcome upon arrival, and greeted with kindness by staff throughout our stay. All the facilities were spotless, and the grounds were impeccable as well. All sites raked and cleaned before new campers arrived. Pool was large and clean. Nice sized sites. Can’t wait to visit again!

This is an amazing campground! The staff is very friendly, the sites and the buildings are clean and well-maintained. The pool and the kids area were definitely a favorite for our crew!!

We had a pleasant stay overall. Our location was pleasant, and the showers were nice and clean. It was quiet, except for a few unruly guests, who left at midnight. (I am assuming they were told to, as they were very loud). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this campground to others.
