The staff are more accommodating than any other place. I have been. They were friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. We did our family reunion there and everybody said it’s very clean very organized and very friendly.

Great staff and a very nice wooded space. The laundry room and showers were immaculate! Very well maintained campground. We would definitely recommend it to any campers headed to the Gaylord area.

One of the best KOA sites!! Great set-up for kids, to play in areas & tent sites were awesome! People were great & kids activities were too! Wish we would of stayed longer!! I will recommend this site always! Thanks for the experience there!

Great sites and lots of great activities for the kids. Bathrooms could use upgrading and cleanliness need to improve. Mosquitos were terrible and should invest in spraying.

We only stayed a night but wish it was longer, large sites, clean restrooms/showers. Lots of things to do and very shaded sites made for a great one day family trip for us! We will be back!

We stayed for one night (tent) as part of a long road trip. Great, clean facilities. Super friendly staff. Fantastic layout and tent location. We visited as a couple, but the camping would also be a great place to stay with kids. Wish we could have stayed longer. Compliments to the family running this KOA!

Second time at Gaylord KOA. Premium site, good utilities. Roads are very dusty, need to apply something to keep the dust down. Easy in and out.

Courteous staff. Clean facility. Western weekend was a blast Nice big area for the trucks and trailers to park in Lots of things to do there and in the surrounding area Farmers market was a big hit with us in downtown Gaylord

First we have to say thank you for the enclosed dog area very roomy. Not all parks give such a nice space for our furry friends. Beautiful site we were in pool was amazing people are great. We had so much fun with the wine and beer tasting thank you for great stay.

Lovely, clean, level and spacious site. Friendly staff. Darling activities for families and children. Lots of trees for shade. We were very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed our long weekend at the site. There were lots of Saturday night activities for our 14 year-old daughter. We were there visiting my uncle who lives nearby. The site was nice, plenty of room. Lots of amenities, playground, and jump pad where my daughter’s favorite.

Staff was friendly. Upon arrival to cabin it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat was loose. Spiders in bathroom. Hair on toilet, on counter and in shower. Beds were the most uncomfortable thing we've ever slept on. Ended up leaving early because it was so bad. Pool was cold and dirty. Man smoking cigar next to pool so we had to leave. Doors didn't lock right in cabin. Worst stay ever.

Site was pretty level and utilities close to the camper. Site is good for outside activities, close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the site itself. Not sure how/why but once set up the camper is a few inches low? Can't really describe it better than that. Issue is the sewer hose ends up being uphill. Even with a bridge. Will return for sure.

Beautiful facility. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in. The only bad thing was that there were dogs off leashes on two occasions and both ran up to our dog, who was on her leash, as we were walking her. This is a major safety concern. One of those dogs was tended by a man smoking marijuana who was obviously impaired. This made for an uncomfortable situation.

Have been here 3yrs in a row. They no longer pick up trash, the bathroom wasn’t clean. One day they took 11 mins the next it was 3hrs. Employee female really rude when we went to use washer/dryer. Never opened pool on time. Hour of operation is different than website. Constantly grading road instead of open pool or cleaning. Left for an emergency a day early and got charged 40 for late check out

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The camp grounds were clean and good size lots. We only stayed one night, passing through, but looking forward to another visit due to the location of this KOA.

I went up with a buddy we rode our motorcycles from Cincinnati and stayed in a deluxe cabin. I can't say enough this place is awesome

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.

We have been here about three times and enjoy it every time. We always go in the fall and rent a simple cabin with our kids and dog. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the camp store has all kinds of great things in it! They have themed weekends all year i think. We always participate in Fall-o-ween. I recommend!!
