Only stayed 1 night but nice campground. Would like to stay again and spend more than 1 day there.

This is the friendliest campground that we have ever stayed at. Personnel seemed to really care about accommodating us as we arrived late due to unforeseen problems with our rig while traveling to Gaylord. We needed to stay an extra two days more than expected & they were very courteous & so helpful with our needs. We really didn’t want to leave! Will be back soon we hope.

We are very pleased with this campground. Relaxing and spaces between site is great with lots of trees and space for activities. Lots to do for kids and their families.

We had a wonderful time camping again for the first time in many years. Our tent held out with the rain that came and our grandsons had a great time plaing mini golf, bouncing on the jump pillow and playing on the play grounds.

This campground has done a complete 180 from 2years ago. The new people running this are the best family oriented we've seen in a long time. For anyone that had a bad experience give Gaylord KOA a try.

Martha was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful, she made a recommendation that allowed us to save money on upcoming reservations by joining the KOA Rewards program. She also helped us with an upcoming family vacation reservation we have booked next month. The campground was very quiet and clean.

Too many very aggressive dogs. There were (2) dogs staked right next to the road that were aggressive and an owner that treated them poorly. There a a huge Newfoundland in another site that was aggressive to other dogs when you passed taking you dog for a walk. Not a fan of how your park handles pet control. The people who worked at the park were very nice folks. Very helpfuland polite

Gaylord is the half way point when I travel to visit family, so it's always a 1 night stay. I appreciate the level pull-through full hook up sites.

We came up from Lansing for Saturday night to test out our new camper before we head to the UP for a week and a half. We will be coming back here on our way home. The campsites are perfect size and there was a lot for people to do. Staff is friendly and the grounds were great!

We had a great time kid's loved it, close to all activities. It was nice that I didn't always have to go to the office to get fire wood or ice. Everyone was friendly. I would go back again.

Nice staff, nice park. Only downside is that it was expensive. Most expensive KOA RV park we stayed in over our 30 day, 13 states tour. And we had no sewers.

Our 3rd yr here. We loved the place but this yr was not our best. There were too many unsupervised by mngr family reunions. They were allowed to take over the area with stuff tied to trees, screaming people, children doing constant bicycle burnouts on the rd. It was not a relaxing & pleasant stay for us. The games should have been on open grassy area not on sites. A manager was needed in evenings.

Tucked away in the woods, far enough removed from the hustle & bustle of the highway, city and busy life - Still close enough to downtown Gaylord to enjoy a restaurant dinner, connivence of a retail box store or a day trip around northern Michigan. We had a great time at the Gaylord KOA. The campground is very well run. Everything is clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is in a great location and there is lots of shade. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

KOA Holiday Gaylord is a great getaway location. Large clean campsites, lots of trees. Activates for adults and children. CLEAN, well maintained, friendly.

All staff were great! Firewood delivery was lightening fast. The park was very nice, lots of trees, spacious sites, and my dog loved the dog park.

Stayed July 30; site 78. This is a very nice campground. All amenities were very good and the staff very nice and helpful. I will stay here again.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for 2 nights. Cabin was very clean, large, very well laid out. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend. The service was great. Staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

really nice campground level sites, if they don't have it you don't need it . very helpful staff would stay there every time if i was in the area.

We have always had a good time here but this year things have changed so much. The pool was closed at 8pm overnight on the July 4th weekend and it was so hot. there was never any bikes available for my child but when you walked around they were scattered through out the park with no one using them. The wifi was terrible couldn't use my device as the internet kept going out.

Concerned that fire pits are too close to ground someone could easily step into them and break a leg.

This is our favorite KOA. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very clean.

The staff was excellent, we can’t say enough good things about them. The gentleman that Led us to our site was wonderful, it had rained hard and the rig looked like it was going to get stuck, he jumped into action to help. The down side is, lots of sand and dirt. Lots of big trees. I would have rated them a five had it not been for all the dirt and sand. But they are very nice.
