Loved our stay, only thing would be a mini fridge and microwave having kids with you, they are always hungry. Food gets wet in coolers no matter how tight you wrap it. It would be a huge convenience for people. Other then that, Had a great time love having trees around. I’ve camped where it open no trees. That’s not good. Thank you for a great weekend !

Really enjoyed our stay at the Gaylord KOA. Site was easy to find (we arrived late) and was spacious. Bathrooms were SUPER clean.

The people working at the campground very friendly and made us feel welcome. The campsite was large with easy access. We really enjoyed our time there.

This is one of my favorite KOA's. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The park was clean, well maintained with plenty of things to do. The Dog park was super nice and also very clean. Looking forward to staying here again.

Hayride didn’t stop for our kids- they had to ride their bikes behind it even though it was not full-disappointed. Firewood is ridiculous for price- paid $25 and received 16 pieces of wood.

Just an overnight stopover for us, but close enough to Petoskey Stone beaches and Hartwick Pines State Park to make doing a couple of significant check-offs feasible in the short time of our stay. This is clearly an area rich in places to go and things to do. Good campsite, lots of family activities going on, many people obviously enjoying their stays.

This place is awesome! A lot of activities for the kids, the store is well stocked incase you forget some essentials and the park and facilities are so clean!

We were a bit disappointed with the recreation options available--in the "arcade", most of the games were not working, the pool was small and had limited hours and the pet exercise area was very small. That being said, we enjoyed our Kabin, although it was a bit cramped with 4 of us plus a dog in there. We had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink and the queen size bed was old and noisy.

Our stay was peaceful and the staff was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The grounds and buildings are clean. It was easy to maneuver through the roads in the campground. We had fun playing the putt putt golf. ��

We had a nice, pull-through site with full hookups. Not too far from the bath house. The lot was not very shady. Lots all around were, but 2 trees had been cut down on our lot. That would have made it better if we had had shade. Not a whole lot to do in Gaylord, but it was a nice little town. It rained hard for two straight days while we were there, and it was unusually hot for another.

Loved this campground. Sites were way larger than you normally get at a KOA, Have more than enough room for our 40' 5th wheel and tow vehicle. Super quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. Laundry and bath house are all super clean. Laundry was totally affordable and everything actually worked. Best part was the team working here. Everyone was positive and helpful.

Our stay was great, the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would have done differently is the cabin had a smell of not being cleaned very well. Other than that everything was fabulous

Bathhouse and bathrooms were closed from 11am-2pm for "cleaning" and the office/store with the only other bathroom was closed 11am-1pm. This was distressing and unacceptable. The pool was open but not heated for the 5 days we were there and so cold that it prevented most campers from getting in & enjoying it. Putter golf in need of upkeep & maintenance. Staff are friendly & attentive. Quiet camp.

Park had lots of amenities. Although, signs leading to Arcade and vending machine would find someone in a room with non-functional and dusty video games and an empty vending machine. On a rainy day or in the evening hours, an indoor area with games would be great for all ages. Shower and restroom facilities were clean and in working order, however soap dispensers were not filled.

Nancy was very friendly and accommodating when I had to call the week before and change my departure date. Everyone was very welcoming when we arrived. I would definitely be back to visit again.

This was BY FAR the best KOA my wife and I have stayed at… the attention to detail all the way down to raking the site after a guest leaves was superb. Loved they had a guide to take us back to the camping site. Loved that everything was clean Loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff Experience was so positive we added one extra night lol.

We thought your campground had a lot of potential. Staff was very helpful and friendly pool was nice as well as the store. Our problem was the DIRT! The roads were SO dusty. Dirt inside our coach was horrible...also the nightly rate is WAY overpriced. Our neighbors said the same thing. At least pave the main roads and the entrance. #toodirtyforus

We had situation that needed attention. It was handled by the staff beyond our expectations. The manager Tracy then followed up after the fact to make sure it was handled correctly. Her and her staff went above and beyond great customer service. They were superb! Campground is clean and beautiful,

The amenities were great but I specifically booked a non corner cabin and even called to do so. The cabin was given to someone despite me calling and reserving this specific cabin leaving us with the corner cabin that of course was too much traffic and no privacy for me and my kids. When addressed, the staff simply did not care or attempt to accommodate.

Excellent stay. The only drawback are the short person toilet in the handicapped stall. It should be a riser toilet for folks in a wheelchair or hip and leg issues be able to safely get up and down from it. But that doesn’t affect my rating, just information

Three day stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Site was very nice. Loved the fenced walkways that kept people from crossing into your site. Owners/employees were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

It was amazing. The staff and new owners are wonderful. My grandson doesn't talk alot he was born vocal for 3 years. The entire time we were there he talked with them . This was our first stay there bc I wasn't sure how he would handle it. We will see back we drove from Tennessee and will do it again to stay there. Planning another stay this year before they close.
