Everyone was friendly. Loved all the pull thru sites! Only there one night, so really didn't get to explore the park. Only disappointment, was when dumping on way out. The hanging water hoses were just cut off ends. Would have been nice to have fittings on ends to hook up my back spray cleaner for black tank.

I would add two more stars if you could get your Wi-Fi back to what it used to be. We were parked right next to a tower and the Wi-Fi was abysmal.

Greeted pleasantly, checked in very efficiently, guided to a beautiful campsite! Everyone is friendly, everything is clean! Looking forward to coming back!

We were very impressed with all the facilities and staff. If we had one comment it would be the young workers (our assumption was that they were working for the camp) were flying around our corner on electric bikes. The quiet nature of the bikes combined with the speed could have led to an unfortunate run-in... literally. The 5mph speed limit didn't appear to apply to them.

Beautiful family oriented campground. Laundry, camp store, trails and fire pits!! Full hook up to tents! Very clean facilities. Would definitely come again.

We stayed at Gaylord KOA Holiday. From the minute we arrived until we left, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were so pleasant, too. The site was very clean. The site was perfect! We had a plumbing problem, and Tim was very helpful and resourceful. Thank you, both Tracey and Amy for your kindness. Plenty of fun for everyone: kids to adults especially on the weekend. A very clean pool.

Best KOA we’ve ever been to. We had our Grandkids visit and they had a ball. We will definitely return. Thank you for a weekend of priceless memories with our kids!!

The Pros: The extracurricular activities were an unexpected bonus. Our camping cabin was cleaned very well. The Cons: The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy, so much so, that if you used the bathroom at night, it would wake everyone up. The location of said said light/fan switch was poor. The beds were not made (we could see why). The pillows and mattresses were mediocre at best. Call for more info.

From the telephone reservation to the welcoming check in, we were treated like family. The campground and bathrooms i are exceptionally clean and offers everything you need for a great stay.

I stayed for only one night but this is the first KOA that proactively notified their guests (via texts) to activities and specials I really liked that. Plus the park was clean and neat. It was one of my betters stays at a KOA

The Kamping Kabin was great, and the staff was outstanding. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive to any needs. The pool, playground, and bouncy "pillow" were superb for the kids (and me), and the carts and mini-golf were fun, too. Panning for gemstones was also fun! We will definitely stay at this KOA Holiday again and again!

The campgrounds were very pretty and I wished we could have stayed longer. We used Gaylord as our base and traveled to Charlevoix one day then the upper peninsula the next.

Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The park was beautifully maintained with many things for an active family to do. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Had. Great time. Excellent staff. We had a group with our own theme and activities and all the staff was so helpful, moved tables for us, and even judged our sites that were decorated for us. Stayed in D20, was worried due to my mobility issues, but was excellent,bonus was the walk In shower. Thanks to Amy and Corbin's parents in particular!

We had a great time. Everything was really good. Our only complaint was, and we are not sure what the answer would be, the bathroom floors get so muddy and slippery. I saw a woman almost face plant coming out of the stall. Got to be something that can be done. Again the sites, very nice. The cabins, very nice. Our group used both.

We stayed for an over night stop. The only place of improvement would be the walkway through the campground had a lot of big roots which made it hard to walk through. Also the stairs coming out of the bathhouse were very dark.

I went up with a buddy we rode our motorcycles from Cincinnati and stayed in a deluxe cabin. I can't say enough this place is awesome

Gorgeous campgrounds that is extremely well maintained. We had a full hook up site that was level and quite large with a fire pit, picnic table and nice shading. Lovely building off of pool with very clean laundry room washroom/showers and lounging area. Staff are very friendly and can be seen throughout the day doing maintenance and available to assist campers. The store has a nice variety of items: food, beverages, clothes, games, toys... even fun items for your furry friend. Nice walking/biking trails, miniature golf, basketball hoops, bike rentals, K-9 run... Top marks for this beautiful KOA.

We have been here about three times and enjoy it every time. We always go in the fall and rent a simple cabin with our kids and dog. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is friendly and the camp store has all kinds of great things in it! They have themed weekends all year i think. We always participate in Fall-o-ween. I recommend!!
