Very nice park and the folks who work there Are great. Escort to the site and help (guide) backing in �. Park is clean well maintained and was quiet at night.

Loved the Location, Convent Access to Restaurants and Shops , Friendly Staff, and Clean Park. What I didn't like was the No-Seeums ( Which is not the fault the campground) and they desperately need to upgrade both the Wi-Fi and Cable

You have a couple of workers that are not very friendly. We had one person come and tell us that we could not use our own wood even though we read throughout all the paperwork saying that we had to bring our own fire pits but nothing stated anything about having to buy the wood from KOA. We also have a gentleman that was leaving and honky's Horn and waved at us two of your people came and told us

Everything was nice except the noseums. Horrible. Almost couldn’t even be outside with out getting eaten up.

I was disappointed. No events planned for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival we were put in a very small site which was like a parking lot. We thought the campground would be relatively full so we didn’t complain. There were multiple vacancies around the lakes and around the wooded area all weekend so I don’t know why they put us there. We will not return.

We've been there 4 times. You tried to put a 41' trailer on a spot designed for a 35' trailer. If we had brought our cycles we would not have been able to open the garage door. For what we paid for the sight each night I would have thought the internet would have been better. Very weak signal. Hope you boast it up before we come back. I'm sure we're not the only ones complaining.

Thanksgiving glamping trip! Was absolutely wonderful! Big beautiful site. Very clean and quiet campground. This was our second trip to the KOA in pine island and we will return again.

Excellent!! The deluxe cabins are incredible. Place perfect for families with children very clean!!! Bring your bike!!!

I would recommend it to someone with an RV. But I stayed tenting and it was nice but neighbors were very close. I’m sure it is warm in the summer also. No shade really. The facilities were super clean and I loved that. The people were very nice and that was great too

Very welcoming staff. Good size sites. Laundry room, restrooms and shower facilities were very clean and first rate overall. Very large fenced in dog park with a water spigot was a nice surprise. Pool area looked great. The only downside was the "nosee'ems". Park is sprayed for mosquitos and they were not a problem but the nosee'ems we're brutal at dusk. Overall a great park.

Although the KOA was les than half full we we stuck on a lot at the end. Of a road with one other trailer when there were many empty sites, bigger with grills and fire pits and furniture. We had nothing and barely enough room to park. Not good after traveling seven hours!

Stayed in a cabin, very nice, clean and kitchen well equipped. Outdoor area very well kept and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was really nice. I don't know where Marc Erwin was but I can't believe it was where we were. Marc, maybe read the signs. I happen to take our safety and security seriously. I was asked 3 times while setting up if I needed help. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a day, a month or.......

Wonderful stay in cottage 5! We will be back for a stay with our RV for sure! Everyone at the KOA was very welcoming and friendly. Sites were nice, park was very clean and well maintained.

Staff was very nice and thankful they guided us to the site since it was such a large KOA facility. The locker room, showers and pool area was very well kept. The entire facility was very clean. Really enjoyed the access to the bike path so that we could go bicycling into town. Overall, a great experience

The facility to include the restrooms were spotless. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lot was large and I don’t have a single complaint.

Friendly staff, clean grounds, nice sites. There was a huge dog park, largest we’ve seen in any RV Park. The pool was very nice too. We will be back for another visit.

We love this place! Peaceful and relaxing. The staff here are top notch! They went the extra mile to make it fun for the kids at Hallowe'en. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

Great customer service, very helpful, very clean.If Laundry was available longer it would be absolutely great as we work 6am to 7pm everyday so by the time we get back to site at 8pm no laundry available other than that it’s great place to stay.

Lady at camp store was beyond nasty, she was down right despicable while yelling at my family. Mosquitoes and Noseeums at this camp ground are way beyond the norm even for Florida. Basically we were camping in a cest pool. We ended up leaving a night early because everyone was miserable there.

This park is always a joy to stay in! All of the workers are so nice and great to talk to. We also enjoyed talking to our neighbors. They have a great pool area and nice laundry room!

PROS: Pre-check in. They escorted us to our site and helped guide us into the spot. Has many amenities (pool, tennis, etc.). Close to Winn-Dixie, 50 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach, 5 minutes from kayaking, 10 minutes from local restaurants. CONS: Distance between sewer & electric is far. Asked to move one spot for extra room, were told it was reserved. No one ever showed.

We really enjoyed the Pine Island KOA. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bathrooms had been recently remodeled and very clean. I only wish there were more trees and no noseeums. We stayed at a site on one of the ponds and watched the birds!

Very nice campground. Arrived late and greeted by George who took us to our site. Nice location and very quiet New hookups good water. George and Doris were excellent hosts for our first stay and went out of their way to insure we enjoyed our stay. Wi-Fi was ok, not too slow. Good T-Mobile signals.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Checked to be sure we were set up and trouble free. Off-season so was very quiet. Conveniently located.

Quiet and comfortable. Our site was easy in and easy out. The office staff was helpful and even when we were delayed on check out they called to make sure we were not having any issues. I explained we were just running a little late and simple Lt said, “ no problem”. Great customer service

Online said only 2 sites left but camp was almost empty. Nothing within walking distance, no ocean, shops, etc. Staff is great!! Barely any shade.

Our stay was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bath houses were immaculate! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit pricey compared to other campgrounds. Especially when it's not quite the season for the snowbirds yet. We stayed in June for less with the Florida resident rates which ended Sept.1st. It might be a good idea to extend those til at least Oct. 1s

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
