Wonderful place, very clean. We stayed in a tiny house for 6 nights. It was clean but upon requesting clean towels we were first told that we had to wash the ones that we had dirtied. We did receive clean towels when all was said and done. Not sure if the employee was new or just didn't know the answer but all turned out well.

Loved this KOA. The site next to us had a problem with water. Our site water was shut off. the problem was fixed in 20 minutes! Highly recommend this KOA

We planned a quick get away to the Florida warm weather and rented a RV spot and two small cabins. It worked out perfectly! Super impressed by how clean the shower house was as we did not plan on using it but RV owners know something always breaks and the hot water heater went out. It was a fun trip, thank you.

Overall the facilities were nice. Big pool, nice people and staff. Not a lot to do on Pine Island so plan to drive a bit to get to anything. Our big issues were the no-see-ums and our site. When we arrived I asked if we could be closer to the lake but was “blown off” by the check in person and told the bugs were worse there. Our site was behind a not so nice double wide. We left after 3 days.

Enjoyable, very relaxing, friendly atmosphere Sure we'd stay again, we have friends in CapeCoral and one on Pine Island It was fun to explore Fort Meyer Love te shops in Matlacha and esp The Perfect Cup. Even my Dr has a place nearby!

Staff was very rude and hateful including the owner Smelt like raw sewage every afternoon very bad odor Really nice camp ground with great aminitys but will not be staying again do to how rude all the workers and even the owner was . Very bad experience I have been staying at koa for 10 years and have never had a bad experience till this one.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly. The facilities and grounds are very clean and well kept! Loved Pine Island and the surrounding area!! Thank you to the staff for what they do!! We will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I stayed 5 days while exploring and paddling our sea kayaks. We appreciated the safety and quiet at night. All park personnel were friendly and helpful and the location is easy to roll in to and get out of. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff and very clean and well maintained park. Easy access to all the many amenities. Only comment on possible improvement would be a stronger wi-fi. Right now am planning on booking for next winter.

We had a really great month. The staff was fantastic. Shout outs to Peter, Sherry, Vicki, Matt, Mark, and the whole team. The campground was exceptionally well kept and clean. Loved the friendly atmosphere. The bike path on the island and the local restaurants and bars were fun to visit. Loved the island Music!

Staff are very friendly, and the help we had backing our TT in much appreciated after a long day of travel! The grounds and restrooms very clean.

Nice until it filled up but then quite crowded and difficult to walk small dogs. Also power surge required replacement of surge protector and power cord. Boil water order in effect for a couple days. Not park's fault. Great laundry room.

The people here were fantastic The facility were nice. Our complaint is that the sites were too small. Cramped sites packed one on top of each other. We had a 34’ travel trailer and couldn’t even fit our truck on our site. The camper next to us was being used as an Airbnb so we had four different people coming in going in our ten day visit. OMG We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful. The no-seeums are troublesome but we can get through that. All in all the staff are friendly and courteous. The septic smell can get kinda rough, but not a deal breaker. Two thumbs up for Fort Myers Pine Island KOA

We asked to move to be closer to our family and to be more in the shade b/c of my meds but were told they were completely booked and could not help. The rest of the stay we counted numerous spots they could have moved us to. Our neighbors had to move 3/4 through their stay….yet their site stayed open for the remainder of the time. Disappointed in not being allowed to celebrate NYE!

This campground is immaculately kept! Bathrooms, landscaping, pool, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. But, as others have said, be ready for the “no see ems”-especially at dusk! It is also 45+ minutes to go anywhere outside of Pine Island, so prepare for that unless you plan to stay at the campground and not go out! But great KOA and staff!!

Stay away! PLACE IS INFECTED WITH NOSEEUM!!! Most of the reviews are fake - as they are asking you to post a good-review.. but this place is just a big disaster, look for other place to stay. We stay over there from 12/29/2021 to 01/01/2022, the place is INFECTED with NOSEEUM, bathrooms are FILTHY! , no internet / Wi-Fi.. PALCE IS REALLY BAD! GO LOOK FOR OTHER PARKS! Stay-Away from this KOA

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
