There appeared to be an open septic drain field right in front of my camp site. The smell was so bad I couldn't sleep in my tent I had to sleep in the car.

When I stay at a KOA there are certain things I expect…store hours, for one. Maybe a friendly face? No, the camp host is a crank. She’s late. She doesn’t stay on for the posted hours. The place is on the hWY between cow pee and noise, but cheap (for a reason). The one bathroom/shower was fine, and there’s laundry, so that was good. There’s guy who obviously lives there. Just yuk.

The smell of the feed lot next door was strong during our stay. It was quiet and our assigned spot was nice. We enjoyed the KampersKitchen. WiFi was weak and the pool was beautiful but we couldn’t swim in it. Was told waiting for an inspection. Staff were very nice.

Pool closed over the holiday extended weekend. Flies, mosquitoes the worst. One commode in men’s bathroom. Whenever the wind blows outta north/northeast….. wow it’s beyond unpleasant.

The staff was great and the facilities were clean…but the smell from a stockyard that is in close proximity made for a bad experience, the smell was unbearable at times…not sure what KOA can do about that but it would have been nice to know that

Staff was great! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Camp ground was well kept, clean, and has great amenities. Tent sites are right off the interstate and smell like sewage, so forget about sleep. This might be a nice place for RV or cabin campers. We booked 2 nights and stayed one.

Campgrounds and staff were wonderful...mosquitos and flies were crazy. Didn't want to cook due to massive amounts of flies...but I loved the campground and location...

First time staying at a KOA and loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look into another on my journey.

Nice staff but the location is horrible our lot for tent did not have a tree for shade and the surrounding area is animal filled farms so the smell is horrific I will not stay again. Love the facilities and staff!

The k away is right next to the highway and we only needed to pull off 41 night so this work perfect.

Nice people, pretty flowers, clean bathrooms with hot shower water, recreation room has uncomfortable folding chairs, outdoor campers kitchen is nice, pool was not yet open but looks nice, on a bad day the manure smell from nearby stock yards is terrible, but I was blessed to have only short periods of smell. bring good citronella candles and mosquito spray!

The mosquitoes in the campground made use of it unenjoyable even with the use of bug spray.

The pool was closed which was unfortunate! The showers and facilities were dated and not very clean. They closed the rec room early.

I stayed one night on a tent site with electrical. The grounds were clean and neat. The bathroom is well kept. I would recommend this KOA to anyone planning to camp near Fort Collins CO.

This was one of the worst KOAs we have stayed at. There was not a level spot to be found at our tent site. The kamping kitchen we were looking forward to using because we were in a tent, was being renovated for our entire 3 week stay and wasn't even done by the time we left. They had a sink for tent campers to wash dishes, but it didn't have a drain tube so it drained on your feet.

Staff were all very helpful and kind. We were so pleased to get a last minute booking as our plans had changed on the road. Thank you for being there for us! We enjoyed your facility. Everything was tidy and clean.

Watch what is put on your card. Also, when you book ahead and put a note to them call, because they do not read the note. We put deposit on one card. Told them in writing the remaining balance was being paid on another card. They went ahead and put all on the first card. The place is beautiful and clean.

Easy check in, great amenities. Close to highway is a perk for traveling, but a downside for sleeping as it is loud. Otherwise we loved our stop.

Not happy with this place. All evening and night it stunk with cow poop! In the morning I ask if there was a ranch or cow farm near by and they said yes. It would have been nice to know before I checked in! I could not connect to the WiFi. I really felt I was cheated and didn't get my money worth. Great park area and adult outdoor games/kitchen BUT, got eaten alive by mosquitoes even w/tons of spray. Also, the pool was broke and when I called to reserve they didn't even mention it. Then didn't apologize for it once we were there. Also, right next to cattle farm. Haven't tasted that smell in 20 years. So mad! Wish we would have driven 30 more minutes to Cheyenne, WY. They have to be better!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The amenities were nice too. The only thing that was not good, was the strong manure smell when a breeze would come in.

Employees were friendly and helpful but the sites are near or on cow manure sites, or so it seems - the smell was enough to make you gag at times.

Very peaceful Campground. Wish the pool had been up & running after hot days in Cheyenne. Used laundry & was good. Would be better if all dryers were up & running. Staff was very nice. Found some great restaurants in Fort Collins & Wellington. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to events be attended

Pool was broken and had no water. Maintenance man started loudly weed-whacking and mowing the weeds while we were napping late Saturday afternoon and woke us up. While he was mowing so much dust was all over our campsite we had to leave. Why don't they do this on a Tuesday morning at 10am instead of late Saturday afternoon when everyone is hanging out, napping, or making dinner?

Only downside is one of the workers killed a harmless snake in front of my grandchildren. Wish he would have just moved it to the open field next to the campground.

Was a very amazing, clean, friendly campground. Used the Kamper kitchen a lot! Bathrooms were out of toilet paper a lot but very nice otherwise. (Mom of two who needed TP for herself, thankfully I had a roll in the car)

Our stay at the KOA was adequate. It was very busy the weekend we were there, so the morning needed someone to check bathroom supplies (toilet paper and hand towels) before the office opened. Another bathroom in the tenting area would be beneficial. When the office is closed there aren't many toilet options available. Beware of the farm aroma! But that is beyond KOA's control.
