I have stayed at many KOA but this was probably in my top 3. Staff was more than helpful and extremely kind. The grounds are well maintained look amazing. One thing that stuck out the most was all the activities for kids and the outside kitchen. I will for sure be staying here again in the future.

Peaceful! Property well lit. Spaces are large. Showers are clean, hot water and the pressure is adjustable. Laundry facilities work Great area kept nicely.

Always welcoming absolutely love this location the staff is fantastic. Always busy cleaning or creating or fixing something to improve the location. They have a Beautiful pool, lots of game options, from corn hole, ax throwing a half court basketball area a kids playground volleyball etc. There is also a pavilion for outdoor cooking n gathering near the gated pool. I love this camp ground. It’s quiet and dog barking almost zilch! Great games, clean bathroom and laundry area! I went out of my way to stay there. The cabin was clean and perfect!!

This property is definitely one of my top favorites the staff is great the location is always clean. I particularly care to stay in the cabins; they are warm clean and cozy as well television could be a little bigger.

We arrived after dark and it was hard to figure out where the cabin parking was. We departed before the office opened and weren't sure what to do with our key exactly so we put it in the mailbox at the check in area. The cabin was nice but the beds were all super squeaky whenever anyone moved- not sure if anything can be done to reduce that.

Long story short, I was rudely awakened and accused on not paying for my reservation early the first morning of my stay here, and when I confirmed that I had in fact paid and reserved my site for multiple nights, the staff simply noted "I was okay" to continue my stay without acknowledgement of their system error or an apology. I will not be recommending this location to friends or family.

Quick check in. Cabin was just perfect for a one night stay. Lots of things to keep kids entertained and the fire pit was nice. Only negative was that it started to smell around dusk because of the feedlot down the road, but that is so out of their control. Overall, I would highly recommend!

I rented a cabin but ended up in a tent. Instead of shutting down the cabins due to moth infestation (thousands) they knowingly rented it out. Then because of their reduced hours I was not able to remedy this before hitting the road in the morning. I was so tired from not getting a good night's sleep I got a hotel Instead of staying at the next koa.

I paid to stay 4 nights but left after 2. One, there were hundreds of moths in my cabin and I couldn't sleep. I turned the outside light on to attract them to that light & kept opening the door to let them out. they were on my face and everywhere and it was awful. 2nd, too many folks didn't leash their dogs so it wasn't fun being there with my dog so we just left

Just needed a simple place to stay on our way thru the area. A Kamper Kabin here suited our needs. It’s a simple campground hence the Journey category. It had a cow/horse smell to it and I can see why people would complain about flies in the warmer months. My biggest issue was the refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived. We had medicine for our dog that needed to be refrigerated!! Not co

Everything was awesome except the smell. There is a feedlot right next door. My uncle lived next to one growing up, so I didn’t worry much about it, but they should warn people ahead of time.

This was by far the best KOA we stayed at during our entire road trip. Kabins were newly renovated and washrooms were fantastic! TV in the kabin with a fridge...would definitely stay here again! Super friendly staff also well!

We had a nice stay.Very clean great Mountain View’s.We stayed in a cabin for only one night the only thing I would like to see is if they changed out the bed it wasn’t very comfortable and when you moved the metal material holing the mattress up was loud other than the park was nice shower and laundry,clean.They had a nice porch swing and 2 tables along with fire pit at your door.will recommen

Nice clean campground. My only complaint is the TV in the Kamper Kabin 1 was hooked up to an over the air antenna and the trees were disrupting the signal. A little annoying.

Cabin was fine . Workers were friendly. They have kettles to burn firewood. Kettle had a hole it it. It caused a fire below it that required a fire extinguisher. It reignited during the night . Another fire extinguisher was required in the morning. this situation is dangerous. The site needs to review the KOA in Alamosa for a better fireplace or manner to burn fires.

Checking in was terrible. Their computer was down to confirm my rate, and the people there were closing the office. No help there. AND the cabin had no electricity except for overhead light and fan. No AC. I wouldn't ever recommend staying there to anyone.

I sent customer care an e-mail that explains everything do not go here unless you like clouds of Flys and the smell of raw manure from the NEARBY processing plant also not mentioned in the listing I would not recommend going there I don't want a refund but it's a shame KOA allows their franchise to be used in such a way casting a bad light on KOA's reputation

Staff was overwhelmingly kind, considerate and accommodating. We stayed in a cabin and everything was perfect. The premises were clean. The staff was very nice.

Very nice employees, helpful, accommodating. Asphalt sites, not quite level but far from a big deal. Seemed like everyone's kids were enjoying themselves.

This was a very nice KOA, a little surprised it is listed as only a Journey. The staff is friendly and the site was clean with no hookup issues. A lot of the sites, including ours, did appear to not be very level. Since we were only in and out we didn't use blocks, but would have if we were staying longer. The amenities were great and the family really appreciated that the KOA provided all the sporting equipment for all the various games they had available (volleyball, basketball, cornhole, plastic axe throwing, etc.), which was a lot more than most KOA's do. They also had a pool although we did not use it.

The KOA has been great! The amenities are perfect for our family. It isn't too far away from anything. We are very happy with it and will most definitely stay again!
