My husband and I and our large dog stayed in a camping cabin. Loved the experience, however, be aware if you are very tall, the full bed has a head and foot board. The bathrooms and showers were impeccably clean at all times, as was the shared camp kitchen and the rest of the grounds. Staff was also really friendly and informative. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful campground ! We stayed in a cabin. It was clean and had everything we could need. The staff was kind and engaging. The restrooms and showers were kept immaculate. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Sweet pups to greet you in the office. Our only wish was that coffee was ready before 9:00. We would definitely stay again.

Stay was great. The cabins were clean and cozy, exactly what we needed. The AC worked very well considering that it was close to 100 degrees outside. The staff were very friendly including the resident kitty that visited our cabins often. The bathroom facilities were kept clean and were nice to use, a bit warmer water would be nice for the showers. Otherwise, no complaints!

Its a smaller koa so you should expect early office hours. The place seems clean enough and the expansion should make for back in rvs to have more room

Very clean campground with nice bathrooms, including several private unisex bathrooms/ showers with great water pressure. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was good not great. Problem we had is that the cabin smelled musky. We know you need to use cleaning chemicals to clean cabins, but after you clean cabins you might want to let them air out for a little while. Would have been a really good camping experience if the cabin did not smell like cleaning chemicals.

One night quick stay as we were driving through. We had been driving for 10. Hrs and my kids needed to run off some steam! All they wanted to do was swim. Unfortunately the pool closed at 8pm and we arrived at 750pm. Why wouldn’t the pool be open until 10pm like all other amenities? We would have sure appreciated it! Otherwise stay was good.

Looks like the campground has had many recent updates. All the roads and campsite pads are new concrete. The facilitys are well kept and clean. I’ll definitely stay again the next time I’m passing through.

This koa is located in a quiet area and is close to I25. The bathrooms are very clean. If you're lucky you might see deer running around the camp.

We had a great stay in Wellington. They allowed my son to arrive a day earlier than we did. The cabin was very nice and cozy. We had a nice fire in which they had the wood available. Overall it was a great stay, the staff was very helpful and very friendly.

Really nice campground. The bathrooms and showers were spotless! It had wonderful amenities for campers including a cooking area, lots of games, firepits at each cabin and a table and chairs for four!

My only thought would be to spend a little more time cleaning the cabins. Floor was not clean. Lots of dirt under the bed. But the handicapped bathroom was great. And it is only for the handicapped. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I have stayed at many KOA but this was probably in my top 3. Staff was more than helpful and extremely kind. The grounds are well maintained look amazing. One thing that stuck out the most was all the activities for kids and the outside kitchen. I will for sure be staying here again in the future.

Peaceful! Property well lit. Spaces are large. Showers are clean, hot water and the pressure is adjustable. Laundry facilities work Great area kept nicely.

We had a great stay at the Wellington KOA! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. One thing that surprised us was how quiet the campground was, especially considering its convenient location right off I-25. It was much more peaceful than we expected! We also enjoyed some beautiful sunsets during our stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and having a great laundry room and well-stocked store made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful campground with a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Great campground with really nice sites. Laundry had plenty of machines and was very clean. Particularly good if you are looking for something right off the interstate. The only reason I rated this 4 instead of 5 star is the really weak wifi. The campground would benefit from upgrading the system. In spite of the frustrating wifi we would stay at this campground again.

We stayed just one night in early September. None of the complaints we read about were present. It is near the highway, but far back enough you don't hear it. The place is clean, quiet, and seems safe. There are lots of amenities including a small pool, a playground, and a dog park. I would definitely visit again.
