If you’re needing an Internet connection, this is NOT the place for you. I stayed a week in Oct 23, and not once had an acceptable reception! I use AT&T, but also spoke with other campers, none had anything good to say about their reception! Apparently owners are waiting for fiber-optics… Good luck, it’s a long wait! Other than that, all was really nice. Staff was great!

Campground is very clean and maintained, sites were level. Even though the campground was close to I-25, the traffic noise was very minimal.. Campground hosts were very friendly and helpful. The campground is located in a farm ranch area so be prepared for potential odors/flies.

This was a good location for our overnight. It appears the owners are working on updates. Campground was clean. There are some concrete sites but most were gravel. Our site was quite uneven on both front to back and side to side which is why I gave it a 4 rating. The site was easy to get to and while we are in a 27’ TT, a big rig would have no trouble navigating. Would stay again.

Really nice place to park for a few days. The small town of Wellington has a lot of charm and a perfect place to stick up on groceries etc. Only one negative about thai campground is the feedlot east and across the road. The smell can be a little overpowering and prevented the windows being open at night.

Although the exit was closed and it took an extra 30 minutes to get there along a dirt detour, the rating doesn’t reflect this issue. Big problem is the cattle farm down the road, the flies and smell were almost unbearable.

We were very disappointed the pool wasn't open during the height/heat of summer. Also, the WiFi needs a lot of boosting. The staff was friendly and the store was well laid out.

We were there only as an overnight. Park was nice but our site was very unlevel. Since we were only over night we did not use any facilities. There was no WiFi which was disappointing but otherwise we would stay again as an over night.

our stay was good, there was a stray cat roaming around or if it wasn't a stray it had no collar. The road getting in they are working on so it should get better. The sewer hook up had no threads so more difficult to navigate. But all in all a good stay.

Clean, well kept grounds with games.and activity areas For.relaxation and fun...hosts were.welcoming,.gracious.and.accomodating...!!! Relaxing stay and close.to Estes.Park and Rocky.Mountain Natl Park area....we would.stay here again..!!

Very convenient place to stop. Camp site was clean, and spacious and pretty. Staff in the office were nice! We would stay there again.

Typically we choose to stay at KOA’s near the interstate because of convenience. This KOA did not meet our needs. Verizon cell service was non existent, WiFi is only available in the office, and the road to the campground is under construction and a mess. While we understand the road construction is not KOA’s fault, the roads in the campground were just as bad if not worse.

Clean and well kept. Comments about interstate noise may be over stated. You can hear it but not enough to keep you from sleeping.

Lots of mosquitoes and flys due to proximity to feed lot and many small ponds. General comment on all KOAs (10 different ones) we stayed at on this last trip . . . so many extended stay folks. People seem to be living at the KOA instead of camping etc. All but two KOAs are on very busy roads and or hwy, so if you are a tent or travel trailer bring something to “block” the sound.

The first site we had was not level for my 42' motorhome in space A3. My front tires were 6" off the ground and we still sloped downward. The staff was very accommodating in switching to a site that worked...much appreciated. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Only downside was an enormous amount of flies from a nearby feedlot. We would stay here again nonetheless! :-)

Sites are not level enough for a motorhome. The road into the campground is badly washboarded. A KOA usually means a certain level of campground, this one needs so much work. It’s been neglected for a long time. Many long term or permanent residents with junk filled sites.

The smell from the cow lot was terrible. The electric boxes need upgraded. The gravel road to get to it needed bladed and was so rough. The views were nice and the concrete pads were nice. The park was clean and ok for a nights stay, but with the smell I wouldn’t want to be there long term.

Lovely campground convenient to I-25. Rough Road coming in. Some trees need pruning for large rigs, but overall very nice. Would stay again.

It was very frustrating to find WiFi was not available at the campsite, in order to access it I had to take my laptop and stand up by the (closed) office. I work remotely, and we've always stayed at KOA because of the access to WiFi at our camper. There are plenty of security options available, so you might consider upgrading your internet.

Nice park but the flies are horrible. Road noise not bad but the flies are horrible. we didn't get rid of all of them until we got back to Arizona. Thanx for letting us stay with you for the night but we will not be back...

Clean sites and a very friendly welcome. The smell and extraordinary amount of flies were unbearable though. I needed ice, a directory and some soda but the office was closed all day. Still closed when we left the next day. �

Beautiful view and clean Rv park. Make sure to have a step stool on hand some of the spots are not real level. Still a great place!🙂
