This place is really undergoing some great changes staff. Very friendly the grounds are so well kept and in amazing shape my only drawback was I could only stay one day would of definitely stayed longer and my next trip thru will book for longer stay would recommend this campground to all my camping friends

Beautiful campground. Very friendly staff and helpful. We love finding good campgrounds with out disabled daughter and they made her happy with the rock painting, swimming pool, and the bouncy ball game. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful campground!!! Hosts were great to work with. Grounds are exceptionally maintained and the park is easy to maneuver through. Lots of trees and shade. Convenient to the highway but little to no road noise. Definitely a campground I would stay in again.

One of the nicest KOA's we have went stayed at! Mature yes at every site and clean concrete, rock, gravel and grass. We were impressed.

Nice campground, not too huge so easy to walk to dog park and playground. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice shade trees. Ft Collins is about 25 minutes away. This campground is conveniently located off the HWY but road noise wasn’t bad. perfect for people passing through.

Clean, dog friendly, store was well supplied. convent propane refills. Shady sites but a bit unlevel. would stay again for a quick getaway weekend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Had an escort to our site. Site was clean and not so level. Had to put blocks under the door side tires. I think all the sites were like this. Saw many other campers with the same issue. Bathrooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This location is located by a “feed lot” and the smell reflected the close proximity to the campground. Wasn’t bad after the wind shifted the next day.

Nice, quiet campground, even though it's right off the interstate. The grounds were well kept and the bathrooms clean. Dog friendly. The sites were not level, but that's why we carry leveling blocks.

We had a great overnight experience. Easy in easy out and the staff was wonderful. Cute decor inside and out. There is some campground construction going on right now which will make this place even more enjoyable. Right off the highway but we barely heard noise. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 11 nights this year. Also stayed here last year. Good location, clean restrooms and pretty quiet considering it's right next to I-25! - Site #C3 - pull through - FHU - gravel site, not level - fiber optics and cable at each site! We have a router, so we were able to take advantage of that feature. Internet was great with the router! - Friendly staff - clean bathrooms and laundr

A beautiful KOA located just north of Ft Collins. When we arrived, new flowers being planted, trees trimmed and everyone was so helpful! Easy access for our big rig too!

Very nice KOA. Despite being close to I-25, it was quiet and peaceful. The campground was clean, organized, and had a very easy late check-in process. Bathrooms and showers in the main building were always clean. I will stay here again!

We were so very happy with all the improvements made at this campground. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Very spacious sites, very clean bathrooms, laundry facility and very accessible from I 25 and not too far from the Rockies. The staff, especially Mr Wil was very courteous and very helpful when we have an issue with missing RV keys and he kept checking on us. Many thanks to him.The manager was very knowledgeable and they were working on expanding the campsite to make it more family oriented.

We were told NOT to cut limbs off any tree. (Of course not, I would contact the office to handle it) As we drove into our site B06, a tree limb scratched the entire length of our MH. Told the park host but made no effort to do anything at that time. I hope that ALL the trees in the park are properly trimmed as we saw multiple ones that needed to be cut.

This is a very nice KOA; however, we always have difficulty leveling our 36 foot fifth wheel. We specifically called the front desk before making this reservation; we asked for a long and LEVEL site. We were placed in site A06, which was long enough, but still not level. We had to disconnect the trailer from the truck to try to level it, without success, especially east to west, which is downhill.

You said you closed at 6pm we got there at 5;15 your office was closed ! We got our site ok but needed propane ! Had to drive to the next city to get it ! You charge more for that feature so I was dissapointed ! Other than that very nice and clean place ! Not sure if I'll stop on the way back ? It depends !,

Had to cancel because the weather changed on us. We had reservations for two nights and was charged for both. I think keeping one night would be sufficient, but not two. So, I can't rate the stay.

It was a quick one night stay but we have plans to return at least 2 more times this spring and summer.

We arrived on a Friday 2:15 pm office was closed office hours are 9am to 12 pm (winter) My first time to see office thats open for 3hours .

Beautiful view and clean Rv park. Make sure to have a step stool on hand some of the spots are not real level. Still a great place!🙂
