This was a one night stay and the location was chosen based solely on convenience. This KOA is a Journey and quite frankly I wasn’t expecting much more than a place to sleep. It turned out to be one of the nicest KOAs I’ve ever been to. Nice spacious sites, paved roads, well stocked store, pool, game room, outdoor games, nice large playground, and the friendliest most helpful staff.

Very convenient location. Site A03 was not level at all. The site not being level caused our rv to touch tree branches. Was informed by the previous rental that they informed staff, because the same thing happened to them and were shocked that they were not trimmed. The sewer connection are to high and uphill so very hard to empty.

The site was a little bit off being level. The location was great, we looked right over the field and watched the horses. We didnt hear traffic from Int 25 either. Very neat, friendly and beautifully landscaped.

The staff was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. From checking, Ethan guiding us to our site, to helping us with a delivery that didn’t arrive before we left. Everyone was great. The only downside was that the sites were not level, but it all worked. Thanks! It was a 5 rating

Only one men’s toilet. Handicap bathroom locked. No wifi, TV channels not working. Located next to cattle ranch you smell it before you see it. Many long term.

A Nice Campground with helpful staff. Far enough away from Interstate to mot have traffic noise, but close enough for easy access. Close access to Fort Collins, Colorado too.

Friendly staff, and appeared to be clean around the pool area. Sites are not level, found out I need another pack of leveling blocks. Tight spaces, sewer connection next to the neighbors picnic table ugh. Weak WiFi. Perhaps signage “Caution Marijuana Smoke Present” ugh ugh!The site served its purpose for a one night stay.

After spending a horrible night at Rock springs KOA we were reluctant to try another but this KOA restored our confidence. It was extremely professional and easy access They should be commended for their campground.

We thought the campground was clean and nice, as well as the staff. We were unfortunately very disappointed that the campers behind us felt the need to smoke pot literally our entire stay. We understand that in Colorado it is legal, but that is a bit ridiculous that it is not monitored in those types of settings.

Great weekend stay to start out the summer. With the new features that has been add to the campgounds compaired to last year has made the stay more exciting. The hospotility that is there is top notch. The campgrounds are well maintained and the lobby, laundry, and bathrooms are clean. This location is in a very great spot. Its within 15 min. north of Fort Collins and 30 min. south of Cheyenne, WY

Stayed several times over the past 8 years. Have never stayed more than 2 nights but very satisfied. One of the more reasonably priced parks in Colorado.

Easy check-in. Nice pull through spot. The campground was quiet. Clean showers. However, Wi-Fi does not work in the furthest campsites. I was in C 10 and it has no Wi-Fi at all. That was disappointing.

We have RV’d for 30+ years and have experienced a few dilemmas on our adventures. We arrived in pouring rain after a long day on the road. When we started having difficulties getting leveled, KOA staff Tim & Tammie came to our rescue. They were sincere and expertly relocated us. I must say this was the BEST service to date at a KOA! Our family was traveling through and needed a safe clean space to park our pull camper for the night. This facility has very friendly staff and super clean. Highly recommended

Too cold/rainey to enjoy the pool area. Having a large group hot tub or several smaller ones would be ideal in such weather or cool evening. Give some thought to ice cream social at $/head cost on hot days or coco event on cold days.

Very nice employees, helpful, accommodating. Asphalt sites, not quite level but far from a big deal. Seemed like everyone's kids were enjoying themselves.

This was a very nice KOA, a little surprised it is listed as only a Journey. The staff is friendly and the site was clean with no hookup issues. A lot of the sites, including ours, did appear to not be very level. Since we were only in and out we didn't use blocks, but would have if we were staying longer. The amenities were great and the family really appreciated that the KOA provided all the sporting equipment for all the various games they had available (volleyball, basketball, cornhole, plastic axe throwing, etc.), which was a lot more than most KOA's do. They also had a pool although we did not use it.

The KOA has been great! The amenities are perfect for our family. It isn't too far away from anything. We are very happy with it and will most definitely stay again!
