Lovely atmosphere even while under construction. Improvements to surfacing good idea. Facilities & Grounds clean and well looked after. Nice big outdoor kitchen if needed, some unique wood carvings-good way to recycle wood into beauty! Only one night-wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer had time permitted. Staff very friendly. Lost one Star for Wifi

The workers were very friendly, The club house and rest rooms were well keept and cleand every day. We will be back many times as our family lives in Wellington The new black top was a mess not rolled down so it got tracked into the RV and all over the shoes. We will have to wate and see how it turns out. There is a lot of work to be done yet to bring it up to a good campground. Time will tell!

Very easy in and easy out campground, which is what we were looking for. They seem to be updating sites, right now it is tight getting in driveway (we had to use wxit side) and around campground. We have a 45 ft motorhome, corners and camping spots were pretty tight to maneuver our coach and park our tow vehicle. Probably when the get deluxe sites finished it would work better for us.

Very nice park and decent accommodations. Unfortunately our full service spot didn't have any water that worked. We used our onboard water the first day and a half but had to move the final morning to a site that had water for showers. Not a real issue but would have been nice to know we didn't have water before we were assigned that spot.

My only complaint is No WIFI. But they said they are fixing it in June. Very nice host. Thanks for taking care of me.

The staff was great. The propane pickup and delivery service was very convenient! The laundry room was clean and all machines were in working order! But, The smell was horrible at this location, from the cattle ranch just a football field away… Also, the flies will be hard to deal with in a month or so…not the best KOA I’ve been to.

Unfortunately the only camp site around with snow and sitting water. Making the little space available quite muddy. Nice and convenient place and we’ll be back but couldn’t get ahold of anyone to see about changing since it was late in the day on the weekend. Still annoying with a brand new camper on its first outing.

Our hostess/camp manager, Debbie, was super-duper! She was helpful & welcoming & knowledgeable & we were thankful for her assistance, as we were literally staying in an RV for our first time EVER. Couldn’t spend any time outside our trailer due to the smell of the nearby cattle operation- extremely disappointed!! Also no wi fi which is unacceptable for a KOA.

Upon arrival, after deciding last minute to stay somewhere it was 10pm when we pulled in, I was just getting ready to do a night registration when the owner heard us pull in and came and checked us in herself. Between the entire place being very clean, the extremely courteous staff, and the playground equipment that my kids thoroughly enjoyed I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Everything was good except for the dog park. It is SO small that a medium to large dog doesn't fit. My 2 dogs couldn't even run in it and they are only 65 pound goldens. Come on KOA and fix this, there is PLENTY of room to enlarge it.

Maybe it was the time of year we were here, but it's tough when there is a dairy right down the road and the wind blows towards the campground. Really enough to make me probably not choose to stay here again. Nothing against the campground itself, that was fine.

It was a stop over, having stayed at other KOA’s; I expected more. To close to feed lot, smell. Flies were there but not as bad as we heard they can be in the summer. I believe this KOA is more for year round full time campers.

If you’re needing an Internet connection, this is NOT the place for you. I stayed a week in Oct 23, and not once had an acceptable reception! I use AT&T, but also spoke with other campers, none had anything good to say about their reception! Apparently owners are waiting for fiber-optics… Good luck, it’s a long wait! Other than that, all was really nice. Staff was great!

Campground is very clean and maintained, sites were level. Even though the campground was close to I-25, the traffic noise was very minimal.. Campground hosts were very friendly and helpful. The campground is located in a farm ranch area so be prepared for potential odors/flies.

This was a good location for our overnight. It appears the owners are working on updates. Campground was clean. There are some concrete sites but most were gravel. Our site was quite uneven on both front to back and side to side which is why I gave it a 4 rating. The site was easy to get to and while we are in a 27’ TT, a big rig would have no trouble navigating. Would stay again.

Really nice place to park for a few days. The small town of Wellington has a lot of charm and a perfect place to stick up on groceries etc. Only one negative about thai campground is the feedlot east and across the road. The smell can be a little overpowering and prevented the windows being open at night.

Although the exit was closed and it took an extra 30 minutes to get there along a dirt detour, the rating doesn’t reflect this issue. Big problem is the cattle farm down the road, the flies and smell were almost unbearable.

We were very disappointed the pool wasn't open during the height/heat of summer. Also, the WiFi needs a lot of boosting. The staff was friendly and the store was well laid out.

We were there only as an overnight. Park was nice but our site was very unlevel. Since we were only over night we did not use any facilities. There was no WiFi which was disappointing but otherwise we would stay again as an over night.

our stay was good, there was a stray cat roaming around or if it wasn't a stray it had no collar. The road getting in they are working on so it should get better. The sewer hook up had no threads so more difficult to navigate. But all in all a good stay.

Clean, well kept grounds with games.and activity areas For.relaxation and fun...hosts were.welcoming,.gracious.and.accomodating...!!! Relaxing stay and close.to Estes.Park and Rocky.Mountain Natl Park area....we would.stay here again..!!

Very friendly associates. Cement pads in some sites, great leveling. Good water pressure. Clean campground. Showers, restroom and laundry clean. Propane and good price. Thank you.
