I realize they can't control this but the neighboring animals provided a horrible feedlot smell that made it uncomfortable to be outside in the evening. We wouldn't have been able to be outside anyway because of the mosquitos from the small stagnant pond in the middle of the park. Even though the staff were helpful and the grounds were well kept, we definitely will not stay here again.

Site 5 was unlevel enough to make the front wheels come off the ground and it still wouldn’t level. I could see the RV beside us had the same issue and had to use 4 wood planks to get level. We just slept nose down. Pool was in disrepair and not open. Trees were not cut high enough for our coach to fit without hitting. Staff was friendly tho !

We were a bit disappointed in this KOA. WIFI was non existent. Tables were weather beaten. Greenery between sites was quite sparse. The smell of cigarettes on one side, marijuana on the other, and dairy animals from another. This place just wasn't our cup of tea.

We needed a place to stay while visiting religions in the area. It was close enough to all locations relevant to our visit. We enjoyed having lunch in 4 columns and a picnic in Broomfield. Camp site was clean Host was friendly Amenities spot on.

Staff was overwhelmingly kind, considerate and accommodating. We stayed in a cabin and everything was perfect. The premises were clean. The staff was very nice.

Nothing too exciting to write about. Full hookup was best part and propane fill up. Price seems a bit steep. Pool will be nice once open. Didn’t really get to do much as it stormed pretty much the whole time; but it’s not far from mountains and it has a nice pool. ALL staff was very friendly and professional & helpful. Bathrooms and showers are kept Clean. Wish laundry was App capable.Good sta

Staff was friendly. But the entry roads were terrible and the site was very sloped. Wish roads were not so muddy. Like all the trees. We’d pay for cement pads if they were available.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean facility. Our site was not level, but we leveled the Rv, then it was fine. Park is meticulously taken care of.

My family was very disappointed. It was not as advertised. The cabin was dirty. The campgrounds has a terrible smell. The pool was closed the whole week we were there.

Very enjoyable well laid out and easy to get over to Rocky Mountain National Forest. I had a cabin so felt safe even when the inclement weather moved in on the 4th. Very enjoyable for me also cause I’m a country farm girl and this lays out in farm country. And reminded me of home. Very well stocked store and community room and also enjoyed using the out door cooking pravillion. Thanks!!!

Nice park…no real Wi-Fi. Bathrooms were clean. It had rained and was super muddy. Could use some gravel in several places.

Beautiful facility. Loved the landscaping. Well maintained clean buildings and campsites. Helpful friendly employees. But I would not be able to in good conscious recommend because of the smell and mosquitos. The smell was overwhelming every night when the wind shifted from the feedlot. They had 2 ponds of stagnant larvae water. Get fish or drain the ponds. Soooo many bites, even after spraying!

The place smelled like sewage so bad that we couldn’t even sit outside or open windows which defeats the purpose of camping. The staff was friendly though and the place was easily accessible.

Nice people, pretty flowers, clean bathrooms with hot shower water, recreation room has uncomfortable folding chairs, outdoor campers kitchen is nice, pool was not yet open but looks nice, on a bad day the manure smell from nearby stock yards is terrible, but I was blessed to have only short periods of smell. bring good citronella candles and mosquito spray!

Enjoyed the activity like volleyball, patio music. Would use this one again. Seemed spacious and restful.

The stinch of cow manure is overpowering. Had I known the campground smelled that bad I would have never stayed there. Other then that the park was decent.

Very nice pleasant stay. Some people complain about the cow manure smell but it really isn't that bad. Would have rated higher had the pool been open, I think it opened the day we left. We were aware that the pool would be closed before we arrived, but not when I made the reservations when I made them in March.

We're so glad we got a chance to stay at this KOA! The hubby was able to get the very last spot on July 2 and we found a very clean campground with friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again when we're traveling in the RV to Denver.

The mosquitoes in the campground made use of it unenjoyable even with the use of bug spray.

The campground did not seem typical KOA standard. A lot of campers appeared to be living in the campground. The mosquitoes were so horrible that you literally could not do anything outside.

The pool was closed which was unfortunate! The showers and facilities were dated and not very clean. They closed the rec room early.

Friendly helpful office staff. Restroom was clean, but they closed earlier than advertised for cleaning. Our site was not very level and because they were pretty full, we couldn’t change sites. I’d stay again but would like a more level site next time.

Muddy and need more gravel due to recent rains , Loud music on patio due to Kareoke after 5pm to 8:30pm , so loud could hear it over the RV AC and TV , after long day of traveling.. was very irritating

We only stayed one night. The site was good but the parked needed more gravel laid down to keep the dust down. Also a little uncomfortably with the residents that live there. Quite time was 7 am to 10pm and there were two cars stopped by our RV talking, lights on and car running at 10:30.

This campground was just OK and not up to what I would expect from a KOA for $75 a night. There is a sewage smell at night, the sites are not really "Big Rig Friendly", gravel, and not really level. Appeared to be lots of "resident" campers. Have stayed at several nicer places for much less. Would look for another place next time.

I stayed one night on a tent site with electrical. The grounds were clean and neat. The bathroom is well kept. I would recommend this KOA to anyone planning to camp near Fort Collins CO.
